Nigerian youths, ronu oooh! If the country start to burn now, nah the masses go surfer am pass. All these politicians, I can assure you that their children are already flown outside the country by now. Nah another people steal your money/future but nah other victims like you you still dey oppress. Why block the road that iya Ruka passes to sell her market and feed her children? Is it the suffering woman or her poor children that will restructure Nigeria? 1 Like |

People that supported protest are to pay 1billion, what of the people that did the actual protests? |

chukel:First, you should know the west I mentioned is just for illustration purpose. Then which university did Asiwaju graduate from again, was it Toronto, Cambridge or Unilag? We shouldn't support/promote laws just because it favours us (a part of the country) knowing fully well that such laws can be manipulated. Such attitude is what has kept Nigeria backwards because no nation can develop with that "we against them attitude." I'm not against the law actually. I only hope there will be a clause to prevent the kind of possible manipulation I highlighted. Peace. |

Now look at this scenario: Imagine that Buhari used Osinbajo to win western votes in 2019 knowing fully well that he has issues with academic qualification. After the election someone approaches the court and Osinbajo is disqualified. To replace him, Buhari then picks El-Rufai since they're from the same party APC. The westerners will feel betrayed and cheated but their complaints will be target "wailing" because Buhari's attack dogs will tell everyone that Buhari has not broken any law but acting in accordance with the constitution. Similar thing played out with appointment of service chiefs with most of them from the president's area. Make una think this amendment well oh. But wait o, so amendment of constitution can be this fast and uncomplicated? |

Jail break is not the part of the peaceful protests we stand for. All well meaning Nigerian youths must #sorosoke against this kind of act of lawlessness. Two wrongs don't make a right. Yes, SARS and Police imprisoned a lot of people unjustly. But there are CRIMINALS that are rightly sentenced there as punishment and to sanitize the society. Freeing such people under any guise is s no no and against the principles of the new Nigeria we are demanding for. If you believe someone is imprisoned unjustly, make a post about it now that attention is on #policereform and we'll definitely get justice. On peaceful protests we stand. |

Too bad. Who are the people sponsoring so called thugs against peaceful protesters? Hope it's not what we're all thinking.... The voice of Jacob but the hand of Esau. 1 Like |

The most annoying part is where he said: " and nothing will happen ". This is the same attitude and phrase associated with SARS and other trigger happy security officials. This is the attitude fuels herdsmen killings and destruction of farmers crops. It is the same attitude politicians have when they loot the treasury and oppress the masses. A government that condones/supports lawlessness has lost its legitimacy. 2 Likes |

But must this guy always be anti-church and anti-pastors? Wetin concern him with how a pastor chooses to respond to an issue? If them talk, he go say them don misyan. If them no talk he go say them must talk put. Is it only pastors that have not spoken out publicly? He even acknowledged that some of them have spoken. So all pastors must speak in favour of#EndDARS to appease Freeze? 1 Like |

Samsimple: Just like that? Na wah people oh. Oshiomole did more than these during his NLC era but what became of him after Edo women helped him to become governor? I commend the woman and all protesters though but would she still be the same if President Buhari had given her a post in his government? 2 Likes |

Why can't the South East governors set up a regional security outfit to check the excesses of the herdsmen and protect the lives of their hardworking farmers? The youths of these farming communities should setup community vigilante that would serve to arrest any trespassing herdsman with pictures and video evidence and sue them to cult for malicious damage. Traditional rulers should employ African insurance to protect their people and ancestral lands such that every herdsman that leads it's cows to damage a farmer's crops will be met with instant and severe repercussions. |

Very commendable. I pray it is sustained and not a gragra show. It would really help in decongesting Apapa/Festac axis that is almost becoming un-motorable due to trailers parking on our roads. |

Even the judiciary is messed up in this country especially in this regime. |

Slurity: Give us the facts of any herdsman arrested/prosecuted. |

This is a very serious offence capable of causing problems at this time when national unity is hanging by the threads. I hope this man would be prosecuted and made to face the laws of the land for such brazen disregard for federal character. 2 Likes |

Yes, voter apathy stems from the realization by electorates that their votes don't count and the violence that characterize many elections in the country. Imagine only about 25% of registered voters came out to vote. |

No. They won't go to court to challenge the outcome of their own election because EVEN OUR LAWYERS DON'T TRUST OUR LEGAL SYSTEM TO GIVE THEM THE REQUIRED JUSTICE. They know the system better. 1 Like |

This guy's never protested nor condemned the killings of the citizens going on for so long in their land, but are quick to protest for a governor. Nigeria has never been this polarized |

Only God knows how many people have been buried alive thinking they were dead. Some may eventually die by freezing to death in the mortuary. |
![]() |
This is how it should be. At least a Muslim group is openly condemning the killings for the first time. It's a good start. This is what Muric, Miyetti Allah and ACF should have been doing. Anyone who keeps silence while such evils are happening at his backyard is a suspicious accomplice or supporter. |
