Politics › Re: Confessions Of First Female NDA Cadets by hardbody: 12:30pm On Jul 24, 2013
So because they could do 20 push-ups without running out of breath and walk 12 kilometres daily they have become gallant like their male counterparts abi? What do we then call those elderly women in the village that trek such distance everyday and they more or less push up by cultivating the ground and often times when they get home, they still push up in bed for their husbands and this is after cooking meals for the enlarged family and taking care of other chores. Those females in NDA are still who they are, females. If i catch any of them in a corner, they will forget their uniform and beg for mercy, unless they carry gun sha oo, then i will behave myself

But as for their male counterparts, bros, me sef go think twice before i follow soldier (NDA trained) fight. I had a personal experience of the recruitment, i did not stay back for the glory, especially when i was meant to understand i could come out alive or dead and no questions asked. So i know the training coupled with manly strengt should be able to break me down.

Sunday4ars: Nigeriam find it difficult to forgive and forget. anyway the name Dana opens up d fresh wounds of people. let them change their name
Belview changed their name and nothing much has been happening to them. I flew their new name to Abuja some time ago and my regional manager was like, guy, why are you flying bellview in another colour and name. Meanwhile i was there hailing the airline, claiming it is new, they left on time, with less than 30 passengers on board, bla bla bla

If you had an iota of sense, you will realize that the guy was on the opposite side of the road, at least on the first pic and there is usually some form of wild growth demarcating the oncoming lane against that on the opposite direction. Use your head ( I hope you have one)
Nairaland General › Re: Do You Stand Up For The Elderly In Public Transports? by hardbody: 12:09pm On Jul 23, 2013
No I do not. I don't use public transports. However, if i did use, chances are i will stand up for an elderly man and a pregnant woman to seat. But if the elderly man claims it as of right or is cantankerous, i will retain my seat. On the other hand, no matter how terrible an attitude the pregnant woman has, i will still give her my seat. Her attitude could all be because ofthe child in her womb, who knows, she might be carrying Nigerian president yet to be.

You said you want to sue, i say SUE. The law says 'ubi jus ibi remedium' (where there is a right, there must be a remedy). It is this attitude of let us leave it to God that encourages those bandits to carry on with their gross illegality.

I hope you can identify the police man(men) that effected the arrest. If you are not able to get their names, sue the NPF and join the IGP. All the best.

Joshua, you have not said anything that sounds and feels like rocket science. A people pushed to the wall will naturally fight back. In this instance, the youths may well try to cause trouble, but this is Nigeria, the Police will very happily shoot a few unlucky ones and teh rest will run home. That will be the end of the revolution as the rest of the eople will gradually start creeping out of their holes when they have exhausted whatever little food they would have stashed away. Revolution go teyyyyyyy to come

GEJ cant claim he is nt aware of all these development he need a ruthless fellow like Fasheun and Al-mustapha to plan his destruction in 2015. Lets wait and see what will happen then.
Money is not, the Love of money is the root of all evil.

Romance › Re: 6 Wrong Reasons To Start A Relationship by hardbody: 5:52pm On Jul 09, 2013
Relationship and external pressure: Another aspect which can force a person to start a wrong relationship is the thought of old age. This aspect causes many young people to panic or feel some degree of anxiety to marry. Coupled with pressure from friends, family members and the ideal of, you’re not getting any younger force people to make up their minds. The only problem with this is that most of them hurry and make just the wrong decision.

The above is so true. There was this girl i just drove over to see and really she did not come across as someone i wanted to have a relationship with so i gradually reduced calls and chats in the hope we will fizzle out and she asks me brazenly when i plan on marrying her. I took a bit of time to articulate my response and i asked her to tell me in few sentences what she knew about me. She confessed she knew nothing about me other than my name and my place of work but she is under pressure because her twin sister got married last year. I quietly told her to marry the right guy for the right reasons and not out of pressure. I reminded her i could be a brute and turn her into a punching bag or i could be outright dangerous and so forth.

Its really crazy this mentality that some ladies have around here.

You are both a cheat and a massive liar. In the past one month i have been to the east twice and on both occasions i drove. This past weekend, specifically on Saturday i left Lagos just before environmental started en route Benin for a colleague's father's burial rites, i also drove through this road. This is the true state of the road as at last weekend, stop peddling lies. It is so disgusting when adults tell white lies, yhuck. Infact, if i had a passenger with me in the car, i would have recorded the road, it is a beauty to drive through now. There were only two diversions and none lasted for more than 5 minutes. For the records, i was doing 160-180km/hr on that road.

Do they pay the teams or their country based on the rankings? if they do not, then it doesnt matter. they can rank us 100 so long as we keep winning all our matches, we will remain No.1 in Africa, at least in our head.
