@ OKIJA JUJU <<<<<<<<<That war was ill thought out! >>>>>>>>>> ON POINT. I am also not a fan of Ojukwu. We could have used decoys and postponed the real outbreak of hostilities until we were ready to attack and counter-attack. The rest on that is now history, but hy HIS Grace, another opportunity will be here soon. grin kissOH SWEET REVENGE

BTW Genocide would not happen again. Our Brothers are no longer going to run, they will stay and fight wherever the war meets them, you never know the Goat (used in this sense to mean a generally quiet and unassuming nature, ready to live and let live) can bite until you push it to the wall. We have been pushed to the wall and it will take but a very tiny spark to trigger what some of us have been waiting for, AN OPPORTUNITY TO REVENGE THE EVENTS OF 66-70. I have read a lot, i have researched a lot and except it does not happen in my life time, i will take out a lot before I go, that is if you guys can get me. I will also train and nuture a lot more, teaching them to remember the events of 66-70. It will be a sweet revenge.

"haka nai, u r foking dumb.
An enclave called Biafra held the whole of Nigeria, British and other foreign powers to ransome for 3 years.THREE CRAZY Years. We sought for self determination, your British overloads had their hidden agenda and they would not let us go our way in peace. Even our neighbours who should have supported us or at worst remained neutral chose to sabotage our efforts. The result is not history, Nay, it is what we behold happening today. What teh IGBO man saw ahead was the perpetuation of Northern Oligarchy with intent to use the oil from the South to develop the North, We sought to curb that and bring the minorities around us closer home so we can share our commonwealth, but in their 'short termism', they sold out, today Ken saro Wiwa and the Ogoni 9 died for the same cause they sabotaged us on.

The IGBOS were not oblivious of the existence of modern war tanks and ammunition with which to prosecute that war, we were only handicapped. Ojukwu used his father's money principally to fund the war, when Awolowo decided on changing the currency to ensure it became useless for the average Biafran Man. I recall my Dad saying something like all he had in teh banks automatically came to 50 pounds.

Boko Haram will continue to deal with you people, very soon they will come down to the west and hit you all, but take this or leave it, the events of 66-70 had come and gone, it would have been nice to have learnt lessons, but No. you twarts are fanning the embers of war, one thing is clear in my head, unlike the last time that the war started and ended in the IGBO heartland, this time, we will bring it to your domain. You know our strength? there is no place in this country that you would not see an IGBO man that speaks and acts the community that he is living in. Keep on drumming up war, i for one will be part of the infantry, i promise you. FWOOLS

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

True, this topic reminds me of a documentary about the ethnic conflict which took place in Kenya in 2008, when each tribe went on the rampage butchering each other.  At the end of the documentary, all the rich and political elite returned to their lives and the poor people started to unite again.  The interviewer said "why have you made up so quickly"? They replied "we have lost everything", "our belongings", "our loved ones", "our livelihoods" - everything.  But we have realised that there are only two tribes in kenya RICH and POOR.

I buy into this whole-souled. However, as for the internet tigers and tigresses, the Ibos are highly unlikely to be used as cannon fodders again. NEVER. 'Our mumu don do'. I see everyday of my life the hypocrisy of the English, the near decimation of my people by the hausas, supported (tacitly or otherwise) by the Yorubas and minorities. I have read several books and journals and watched movies relating to that one-sided war. the memories of what happened are so etched in me that at the slightest provocation, i will personally lead an assualt to avenge a fraction of the brilliant and unsung boys and girls, men and women either killed by the northern elements using the british support or those kids deliberately starved to death and kwashiokor by Awolowo who shamelessly declared that hunger and starvation is a legitimate weapon of war. We are waiting, I assure Y'll.

Can we just move on with the victories in our games and perhaps win the requisite cup in Africa and then go on to upset the world at that stage. These results will speak for themselves rather than relying on rankings made by people who are not even ranked integrity-wise. Would it not be a major news if Nigeria came from the lowest position in Africa to win the Cup of nations and then after qualifying or teh world cup, come from number 50 to upset the likes of Argentina, Spain, etc?

That will be the 'real ranking'
Business › Re: Fuel Subsidy Removal: Petrol May Cost 195 Naira Per Litre (From 65 Naira) - NLC by hardbody: 3:19pm On Sep 21, 2011
All talk and no action by the populace. The pattern is very simple and consistent. First of all there will be scarcity, and rather than people sit at home, they will come out and trek, others will lay siege atthe filling stations and buy fuel at say N200/litre. After a while, the fuel price will officially be pegged at N170/litre. the next thing, people will shout Halleluya, noting that at least the price has 'come down' and at any rate, it is now 'affordable'. Meanwhile some fatcats will be smiling to the treasury and stashing our money away.

As for me ooo, no regrets. If they want, the fuel can sell for N500/litre. My promise, i will continue to drive, however, whenever our people are ready and willing to come out of their docility to challenge the status quo brutally and violently, i will be there to lend my support, until it happens, we deserve all that we are getting.
Crime › Re: Police Seize Truck Load Of Ammunition In Anambra by hardbody: 2:57pm On Sep 21, 2011
Well, if the arms were meant for robbers, too bad. But if my people are trying to ensure that the mistakes of Ojukwu are not repeated. for those who either do not understand or have conveniently chosen to forget, the history books tell me that in the days preceding the Nigerian/Biafran Civil war, soldiers of Eastern origin dropped all their guns before they got a pass to travel to their part of the country, meanwhile their Northern counterparts kept their guns. This way, when the war first started witht he first gun shots at Garkem in Ogoja axis, the men manning the biafran border along that axis simply fled in panic because they had only matchetes.

If this is true (as i assume it is having read about this in several journals), then i can understand the hausa man that intercepted the lorry. THey will do everything within their power to ensure that that when the war starts ( as i am almost sure it will), they the northerners will again have the unfair advantage of decimating the southerners. Meanwhile, i will like to then see the faces of all who are here justifying the interception, while guns, ammunition and different forms of war armaments are being surreptitiously stockpiled up north. No be hia we deyhuh? sad sad sad

Internet tigers clamouring and mongering for war. Guys, be warned, war is deadly, it brings along with it woes, misery, anguish, hunger, diseases, death, family separations and losses amongst other things. I am all for separation but would prefer a peaceful separation.however if the resolution must be begat vie et amis (with force of arms) i implore that we comply with the rules of engagement as recognized by the relevant conventions. Having said that, i hope the southerners are getting ready not 2 be caught unawares or fight an unprepared way like the one led by Ojukwu. However, on Aburi I stand.

Education › Re: Can A University Be Sued? by hardbody: 8:28pm On Sep 05, 2011
Universities, just like any other juristic person can sue and be sued. However, what are the merits of your case, the plank you want to rest your case on? That you made the cut off but was not admitted does not appear to be a very strong reason to want to sue. Admission into universities are subject to several other vagaries which may not have been favourable to you at the time of selection. Except you can provide evidence that weighs strongly in your favour that scores were altered or that you were unjustly disqualified, you may not get judgment. Assume for purposes of argument that the court favours your position and you are admitted, do you strongly believe that you will graduate from that same institution, chances are that if you are very brilliant, they will award you a PASS grade or third class at the very best. You may wish to know that such a grade would not take you very far or at the best you will work doubly hard to start well in life especially if you plan to be reliant on employment in the job market. If you insist, you may test the case but ensure to aspire to be admitted elsewhere. Good luck.

When are they bombing third mainland bridge so that the anticipated may start. And i hope d few southerners in the army are not 2 daft to remember to start sending ammunition to the south ooo, let us not be caught unawares like the ojukwu/biafran error. They should also start recruiting and training fighters now rather than conscript young inexperienced boys later. Let us start preparing for the worst and expect that BH and their creators will listen to d voice of reason. We should be ready to mortgage our oil for mass equipment of destructions from d west and if possible, start bringing in the MOSSAD and war mercenaries to start their reconnaisance strategy. These BH guys have a game plan, we should start thinking ahead. IMO-

@Born Again 190, ever heard d saying about d saying that a leopard cannot change its spots? The only reason you always spew rubbish is because you can only but give what you have. In classical latin it is said 'Nemo dat quod non habet'. Personally, i expect nothing brilliant from you knowing you will always cloak your failures and brain incapacitation with claims of jesting about everything. You and i however know the truth. Your limitatons are caused by arrested mental development.

UK government looks after their citizens they get the best. (Post by AK47), I did not know that visa to visit and hide after expiry amounted to qualification for citizenship. So y'll are citizens? little wonder some of your 'citizens' were until recently coming back in droves to be employed in Nigerian companies doing well. Una well done. I refuse to be paid DOLE. I make my money myself and spend it in apartments that do not look as posh as yours in the UK but give me the satisfaction that i yearn, the freedom i desire, the first class citizenship i want for myself. I just couldn't stop laughing at this post. It is amazing that someone could sit down and think through this sort of post. Well, you probably have your statistics which are not available to me, however, if your assessment is based purely on the internet girls and ladies, then you have not done a thorough job. The real ladies working in this clime, spend time at strategic issues that they hardly find time to go after the likes of Mr. Cork on the net, and they spend enough time abroad during summer or official trips to realize that the likes of Cork will never merit their time here or hereafter. While at it Cork, how about you try and write good and flawless comprehensible grammar (note the spelling) such that is easily understood by those whose language the English Grammar is.

Would exposure mean good infratstructure? if yes, then i admit the western world has done better, but if exposure is taken to mean 'gentlemanliness', bro, in the next world, you will still be miles away from some people that i know in this country. I just dislike the idea of making it sound like i am pitching against you, it is not worth it, neither are you.
