In USA, within one month the landlord can get you evicted and still collect his money since you will have social security number so the landlord has no reason to take laws into his hands. Here, the tenant is owing 8months , locked the property and the landlord may not be able to get him evicted in the next 8 moths again and he may never recover the rent since the tenant will just disappear. So, if the same thing that happened to this landlord is happening in America, many of them will also become lawless and trust me, they will find legal loopholes to get away with it

The landlord didn't have a good lawyer. The court don't punish you more than what you owe. For example, if you destroy something worth one million, the court will ask you to pay with damages not to forfeit your land to the tenant. The damages won't be arbitrary. The guy must also prove he had 5 million in open space when there was bank. If the destruction was during daytime, they would also prove why they didn't remove the money first. Moreso, if the tenant was actually owing...the law is meant to punish not to destroy. So the judge destroyed the man because he removed fence and you think that is justice. The man had no lawyer. Just forget it. Tenants can do anything. If they are owing you, they can quickly pack their stuffs and run so it is either way. If some people came to park the things and the landlord didn't show face when they were packing it, why would you accuse him of breaking your door. Simply just obtain a police report and proceed to court. Even though you owe him, he should have obtained an eviction order from the court. He has broken the law. If you don't sue him, he will do it again. We are not in a jungle, there's a due process for everything. Being owed is not a reason to act outside the ambit of the law. Also, don't allow anyone harass you. Going by the ACJA 2015, police should not interfere in civil matters such as this. Indebtedness is not a criminal offence. The reason why you are reporting to the police is because a criminal offence has being committed by your landlord i.e obtaining your asset without your notive (a.k.a stealing).

Make sure you pay your rent too. All the best.

Inasmuch as there is a lot of undesirables in Okotie's ministry, he does make some scripturally valid points that every Christian should ponder upon. Here are some of those points:
1. Can a man be born-again from the mother's womb. The Bible disagrees with this. Yes folks like John the Baptist were anointed from the womb, they were not born-again from the womb. The definition of born-again is to confess Jesus, and believe in one's heart his atoning death on our behalf. There is a reason it has the word "again", because it is a second birth that comes after the natural. To say we are born again from the womb is to say one was born without the adamic sin nature which really equates that person with JESUS CHRIST.

Please and please dear people, take away your biases and look at this with a scriptural lens.

2. Does philanthropy equate piety? Please do not get me wrong folks. Yes, philanthropy is part of the christian work....God anointed Jesus Christ and he went about doing good - But, let's not equate this with God's seal on a man. Let's not forget that false prophets also perform good works to endear themselves to men...The pharisees also did a lot of good to be seen and praised by men.

what is the meaning of these? Can you show us the video of TB Joshua saying he was born again from the mother's womb? In reality, you can be called from the womb...even before you were born ( Samuel, Samson, john the Baptist , even Jesus himself). Finally, being BORN AGAIN IS A PENTECOSTAL DOCTRINE. It was not known by any of the apostles. It was not known before the coming of pentecostal churches. What we did was water baptism which was what was done to Jesus and new converts. Jesus did not teach Born again as a doctrine. He only mentioned it once as a parable before Pentecostals started running around with it like a separate doctrine on its own so what you consider scripturally sound from Okotie is just an opinion.
2) When people were entering into heaven, Jesus did not say they were born again. He said...when I was hungry, you fed me. When I was naked, you clothed me, when I was sick you visited. If you know that scripture then you get your answer. You and I don't know wether TB joshua and Okotie are both wizards but we do know which of them fulfilled the above criteria and that is enough for us. The rest is left for God

Who said so. It can be well arranged. You can always trap down a fish, put money in the mouth, know the exact spot where it was trapped and then go there to catch same fish. He also fed 5k with three fishes. He could also easily arrange that with MR Biggs. Finally, that they say angel will be crediting your account doesn't mean you will see the name Gabriel or Uriel. That is very foolish and even his followers were not expecting that. We all know what he meant was that angels would be directing people to credit your account right on the spot. Every non hypocritical Christian knows that is what he meant so if you want to deliberately accuse him, do so but don't pretend you don't know that is what he meant. That doesn't mean he is not fake though but this miracle is not different from what Jesus did. Why didn't the angel bring the money directly in Jesus case? why did the angel put it in the mouth of the fish rather than bring it directly? Finally, why did the angel use Peter to catch the fish. It should be angel Micheal that will catch the fish now since you believe that once they say angel will credit you it means angel Uriel or cherubim will come and be doing bank transfer. Let us criticise objectively so it won't look like we are just hating them
