From what you wrote from your first post, uniben is doing this to her as part of investigating her. She can only sue uniben and win if she comes out in flying colours after the investigation. What she needs from you people is prayers and not this "get a good lawyer, get a good lawyer " which isn't going to help her this very moment

There is a reason why you do exams at different levels. It is unfair to ask her to write exams from 200level. Before exams, there would be revision, peer discussions and a lot of things. After that you have holidays and start the next level. Exams are not meant to be written at once and without support. Failing these new exams doesn't prove she didn't pass the first time because now, support has been removed. Curriculum might have been updated etc. Just ask me to come and write o level chemistry now without support, I will likely fail so it is unfair to ask her to rewrite the exams from 200level. if she is found to have commited malpractice, she should be rusticated accordingly. If no evidence is found , she should be made to apologise to the school and propably punished in a way that won't directly affect what she has worked for over the years. Granted she is a brainless olosho but that is what we are producing mainly as graduates nowadays...oloshos and yahoo boys

Court is not that straightforward. She can even claim someone signed it on her cloth and she wasn't even aware what was written on the shirt since so many people were signing on her cloth that day. Did you see her write it on the cloth? So assuming one of her friends playfully wrote it on her cloth during the celebration will you still send her back to 200level. Let her get a good lawyer and you will understand why people run away from court.. they can turn case upside down

If found wanted for suspicious or a character that doesn't promote the image of the institution. Its stupid to compare Yahoo, which have no limitation and been regulated by both international and national body to small legal institution who makes and regulate their exam malpractice law.

We have all done stupid things as students. It is not every stupid thing a student does that will warrant withdrawal of certificate. The student also worked for that certificate, paid school fees etc so it doesn't mean the school can just wake up one day and say we want to withdraw your certificate. This girl was earlier declared passed. If she self confessed to a malpractice which is debatable because she might as well bought that cloth like that and she can claim it wasn't meant for social media that they all agreed in her class to wear something crazy. She will say she regretted her actions and never meant to tarnish the image of the school. That should be enough. The school can't just withdraw her certificate because she bought a cloth. Did they write the name of UNIBEN on the cloth? Maybe the malpractice she was referring to has nothing to do with exam....maybe she was scamming her boyfriends for me to pay school fees you don't know. No matter what, a simple apology and retraction of statements should do

Your first sentence has answered your question. The pastor is fighting for employment not for evangelism. Oyedepo didn't sack him from church. He didn't sack him from doing evangelism. He can still continue to be called pastor but he won't get paid. Since you already know God's work shouldnt be employment, why is the pastor annoyed for getting sacked? You don't need me to preach the good news. If you need me to pay you salary to do it then you must show me you are effective because I am not God that will know all the invisible people you have won their souls. So, if oyedepo must pay pastors then there must be accountability from them so getting sacked by the person paying you salary can't be wrong. The pastor can continue his evangelism today and the God that sees all the invisible souls he is winning for God will reward him

It is hypocrisy to say they are working for God so they don't need physical members but they should use the money from the pastor's that have physical members to pay him salary. People left even while Jesus our Lord was preaching on earth with only His disciples remaining, and He asked why they're still with Him, why didn't they leave too.

The Bible says even if no one will praise God He'll raise up stones to praise Him. Must there be population growth in Church before you know that you're winning souls? Can't someone win a soul that is attending another Church?

Besides, it's not everyone that was preached to will repent. God knows about this when He says when you go to preach the gospel and weren't accepted by a house, you should dust your foot and leave.

Mind you, these Pastors started working in the Lord's vineyard just last year, and in one year or so they're thrown out for poot growth index.

Let's be careful with what we defend.

In the first instance, Jesus won't even pay you salary for evangelism . Your reward is in heaven. Oyedepo sacked him from collecting salaries not from evangelism. Jesus didn't sack him so why are you irritated? He can as well continue to evangelis for God but don't expect oyedepo to pay him for that. Allow Jesus to do that. How is that difficult? You want oyedepo to keep paying him from whose purse? Who told you they haven't done training for them? Who told you they havent done everything possible for them...so just assume the pastor is lazy or even troublesome which is obvious from the way he came to social media or distruptive, he may be hampering church growth and they can rightly fire him. If they do that, they are not saying Don't carry Bible again. They are not saying....don't call yourself pastor again. Just get paid yourself. You are very correct. Only that Christ did not pay anybody to look for the lost sheep. This pastor don't need oyedepo to save a soul for Christ. My wife is a Winners member and in the beginning I followed her and the children to church to as support even though I do not even believe or like the church.

Not long after attending service regularly, i was asked to join the Publicity Unit. I was among those that took minutes of the pastors preaching for publication for the next bulletin.

Every Sunday they we always asking for one donation or the other. If its not the new children's church building donation, it would be to buy busses for the transportation unit. The first time I attended the publicity unit meeting I was forced to make a pledge. They were even using my apartment for the Saturday fellowships. In every meeting and fellowship we were required to make an offering. The last straw for me was when I was asked to pay N1,500 for the vest they gave me to identify me as a member of the publicity unit so I could walk around the church without any harassment from the security guys. I told them than I am using my resources and talent to serve the church free of charge and they expect me to pay for a vest I only use to do their job. I quit there and then. I told my wife that even though I love her and I will always support her, I would never step a foot it that church again.

Winners church exploit people to the fullest.

Can you see yourself? You quit because of 1500 to buy vest believing you are doing their job. When it was time to work, you believed you were doing it for them just because they asked you to pay 1500 ..why can't you say you were doing it for God? So you now want them to pay this pastor for free because now it is God's work. When it was time for you to pay ..you were doing it for them, now that they sacked the pastor they shouldn't because the pastor is doing it for God.

Does it then make sense for God to bless a particular branch with tithes and offerings and the junior pastor that God used to collect the blessings cannot be paid directly from that blessings.

You will need to answer this question first. Who employs the pastor? God or Oyedepo? If it is God, God will pay him since only God can appreciate whatever he does. Since they are using guns to kill, you don't care. It is not barbaric so it is not jungle justice.
