This is only if they married under the Act, Court Marriage, and not in all states in Nigeria. This law punishing adultery is only mainly in the northern parts of Nigeria and not common in the south.

Page 45 is for all filling statuses - Married filling jointly, married filling separately, etc. Using columns 1 and 2, all filings with 100k to 200k AGI are 13.9pct, fillings with 200k to 500k AGI are 4.6pct. Higher than 500k, all add up to about 1pct. A total of 19.5pct.

Page 50 is for married filling separately and qualifying widow or er. These are married people filling as individuals, or widow(er). Using column 25 and by calculations, filling with income of 100k and above came out to be 10.8pct.

Page 52 is for single or unmarried persons. Using columns 49 and by calculations, fillings with income of 100k and above came out at 6.5pct.

This is not sounding right. 24pct American individuals made 100k and above and 18pct of this are blacks?

If you say 24pct of total workforce, we can make quick inference that 24pct is almost 25pct. Which will mean 1 in 4 workers in the US is making 100k and above. This is not the reality on ground. Amazon and other big number employer cannot even boast that 1 in 4 of their workers earned over 100k and above.

Until appropriate authorities like IRS, SSA, DOL provide similar data, I doubt the authenticity of this.
