naijainstinct: Thanks. If the IGBOS in the other parts of SW are peaceful with there host, and are seen a problematic in Lagos, then we need to investigate the cause. And this is my findings. (1) Lagos State, is the only state in Nigeria, where the indigenous groups as owners are less than 10% of it's total population. Meaning, of the 24m( Est) population of Lagos State, the indigenous people here are just 2.5m, people mainly the Aworis, who are in 16-17 LGAs of the constitution recognized 20 L G A.,the rest are non- Indigenes. Meaning more than 20m people in Lagos State are non- Indigenes. You can do your findings. (2) Lagos, by it's cosmopolitan nature is the only state in Nigeria, where evey region in Nigeria has a space. Apart from the fact that Lagos State is in the SW, the Yorubas have their space here, of the over 90% position alloted to them by the cosmopolitan nature of Lagos State. The IGBOS, have their own space here, ditto other regions. (3) For the fact that other regions have their spaces here, not by force, but the fact that nature forbids vacuum, the other Yoruba States like Ogun, Oyo, Osun, under the umbrella of Yoruba nation, wants to dominate and push others out of their space here and dominate here in Lagos State, not Yorubaland. (4) The real indigenes of Lagos State, unfortunately are been dominated by their so called Yoruba brothers in their Lagos land. The other Yoruba land, give to the Lagos State indigenes, what they cannot take in their own states, and expect from the Lagos State indigenes, what they cannot give. Example. B. O. S, is not a Lagosian, but he's ruling Lagos State. His Deputy, Hamzat, is a prince in Ogun State. Solomon Olamilekan, was a senator here in Lagos, for 8yrs, but has gone to Ogun State, contested and won again as a senator, to represent Ogun West. Tinubu is from Osun State, but was both a senator and 2times governor in Lagos State. Obasa, speaker of Lagos State, is from Ogun State, Ambode from Ondo State. Go the ministries, you will pity Lagos State. Wherein in Yoruba land, has anyone from Awori, Epe, Ikorodu as indigene been a councillor in any part of Yoruba land? The indigenes wants to take control of Lagos State, unfortunately, they are in the minority, therefore they want their voices heard and their land retrieved from the stranglehold of their Yoruba brothers. This is fight in Lagos. Forget about what they say about the IGBOS. On the issue of Lagos State, been a NML. It can't be true. It's only used by the Yorubas to put the IGBOS in a bad light. Every piece of land is been owned by someone. If the IGBOS wants to buy land, who do the Pay money to? Who writes the family receipt? There's as always a family they will go to. So it's just decoy, to demark the IGBOS in Lagos, drive them and confiscate their properties. IGBOS, have no problems with Yorubas at all. All that they Igboman wants, is a peaceful atmosphere to do his buying and selling. Government jobs, positions and it's traping are not the immediate need of average Igboman, where to do his business, hide his head, make money to take care of his family at home. You said Hsusas prefer the Yorubas to the IGBOS, how true is that? It's the same Yorubas, who are generous, that fought against the Hausa/Fulani and massacre them in 2003, when this same Tinubu was governor of Lagos State. It was the same Yoruba that fought and massacre the Hausa/Fulanis in Shagamu,Mile12. That's what the are intending to do now. No man is taking any part of Yoruba land, rather, Yorubas should learn how not to be intimidated by the success of strangers in their land. This the whole truth. Do your research and let us know. |

naijainstinct: I don't know wether it's here or not, I have asked the Yorubas, this question, you can as well help answer it. Are there no IGBOS in other parts of Yoruba land? Where in those places, have heard of any altercation with their host? Why is it only in Lagos State, that it's sad in the South West, IGBOS wants to take their land, IGBOS are dominating them. I I have been to almost all parts of Yoruba land, but Ondo State. Just help me answer this question, it's very germain in addressing this issue. IGBOS, were in Lagos in the early 90s, they couldn't take the land then, it's now they want to take it. |

Godspikin: That's not true. Follow the story very well. I'm following it and documenting for tomorrow. Thank be to God for smart phones. Their pains are mainly because of linkage to the IGBOS, nothing short of that. If you disagree with me, cast your mind back to the days, when Jimi Agbaje contested on the platform of PDP. What was the jingle then? Jimi will sell the Yorubas to the IGBOS. Do you check and get back to me. Honestly, we are seriously learning from the South West. You know, tribal politics and carpet crossing started with you people, it has spread. I pity for those, like SEYI Tinubu, Akeredoliu, FFK, Taslim Folarin, with Igbo wife and Yoruba children. naijainstinct: Let me tell you the truth. You there's a way you treat someone, that brings out the beast in him. When the beast is out, nothing interests him again. The way the Nigerian nation have treated the People of the South East, it has made every political position, to be of no value to them again The average Igboman, sees nothing attractive in your Senate President position, having held it for more than 5 times. So what's new about it.? Anyone of senators of Igbo origin, gunning for it, is just to fester their own nerves. If I tell you, the mind of every Igboman now, you will be surprised. But I will not. christistruth01: I doubt if you know the meaning of the word generous. One thing I can decipher from all your actions, is that Bola Ahmed Tinubu's victory at the just concluded Presidential election, has brought out the real thinking of every average Yoruba about the IGBOS. That someone said Lagos is no man's land, is just a smoke screen. If not, how can you say that the should give you the sea port, that is Nigeria? Are you ok? stuffs2002: You promote nonsense, when you don't know the cause. Emeka Anyaoku married a Yoruba woman, tell me one right that has been denied her or her husband for the intertribal marriage? Yorubas in the SW, made lots of post on this platform, against her husband, for marrying her and ask Ondo people to vote against her husband for marrying an Igbo woman. Two of my uncles, married Yoruba women, nothing of their right in Igbo land has been denied them. She understands Igbo language and speaks it well. She was made a women leader in her clan, not minding that she is not an Igbo woman. Recently, Yoruba carpenter, who is handling my project in my village, got married to my sister and they have two(2) kids now. No one denied them any of their right, because of their tribe. Yorubas are teaching the rest of Nigeria, new things now. Don't worry, it will come to hunt you later. MusaChukwudi: As long the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria is alive and well, which guarantees every Nigerian, the right, to live anywhere of their choice, work, vote and be voted for, there's nothing you and your Obas can do about it. Let me tell you the shortest way to your dream. Glory to God, a bonafide Yoruba man and the head of Yoruba kingdom, Tinubu is the president -elect. Just make Biafra, a possibility, through referendum or an act of the national assembly. The earliest you do this with Tinubu, the better for you and your dreams. There was war, between the rest of Nigerians and the IGBOS. The IGBOS, were massacred in the North. 20yrs after the war, the number of the IGBOS in the North now, is more than what you had then in the North. The Yorubas, fought against the Hausa/Fulani in Lagos State and Shagamu in 2003, when Bola Ahmed Tinubu, was the governor of Lagos. The Hsusas ran, today, they are back to Lagos, in full force, every day trailers and discharging them in all areas of Lagos. So work with Tinubu, for the realization of the Biafra dream, then your dream of seeing the Igbos leave Yoruba land will become a reality |

Muritalal Mohammed Int'l Airport, was built with the federal government money, which is NIGERIAN people's money. Bridges built by Julius Berger, were all done by the federal government, with our money. Trade fair, Festac town, 1004 etc And so many others. So you didn't develop Lagos State. Zico5: My brother ( sorry to have used that word brother) A bad work man always quarrel with his tools. Yorubas are found of seeing other tribe as a threat. Prior to the 1993 election and the annulment, if you cast your mind back, there's nothing the Yorubas, didn't say about the Hausa/ Fulani. The Hausa/Fulani were abused to hell and called all kinds of names. It's a shame, that 30 yrs after, it's now the IGBOS What brought about THE YORUBA NATION struggle? Hausa/Fulani,as a tribe were seen as a threat, therefore, they must be destroy. What brought about Amoteku? Fear of threat. All that have contested election in Lagos State, under PDP, or any other party, was always seen as Igbo proxy, to keep Lagos, under the control of the Igbo. windofchange: Yul Edochie, thanks for your comment, but you seem not to have understood the undercurrent water behind this move. IGBOS live in different parts of Yoruba land, where have you seen the IGBOS have dispute with their host in Yoruba land, other than Lagos? Lagos State, is the only state in Nigeria, where it's ethnic indigenous group is less than 10% of it's population. Meaning, of the 24m(est), less than 10m is the population of it's indigenes. A whopping 14m is made up of non- indigenes, out of which Yoruba from other states are part of it. The 10m ethnic indigenes of Lagos State, wants to reclaim their land from both the non- indigenes, which includes the Yorubas from other states. This is the battle on ground. Non- Indigenes of Lagos State from other Yoruba lands have been ruling and marginalizing them for long. Check the records of the governors. The deputy governor of Lagos State is a prince from Ogun State. Solomon Olamilekan, was a 2term senator in Lagos State, he wants to be governor of his state Ogun, he has gone their to be senator and position himself for 2027 governorship election. Faleke is from Kogi. The issue of No MAN'S LAND CLAIM, is a decoy. Which Igbo man does not know that there are people that owns Lagos State? The Aworis own Lagos State 1 Like |

Hayot: I took time to read all of the lengthy post, to understand the point been raised here. I can only but say, this is the most decisive, hateful and resentful hate speech that I have ever read on this platform. I'm grateful to God, that your post is on a popular social media that is been read all over the world. I believe that the authorities concerned are taking note. This was how the genocide in Rwanda started. This was how the seed of tribalism and hatred was sown into Nigeria politics years back by Awo. It's very painful, that a bonafide indigene of Lagos State, today is been thrown under the bus, because he married from Igbo land. The same reverberated in Ondo State, when Mr Akeredoli was contesting as the governor. The message then was that they should vote for the candidate that has a Yoruba woman as a wife. The seed of tribalism and ethnicity ravaging the political landscape of Nigeria, was sown here in the South West, the seed of denying one his right because he's married to another tribe is also been down here in the South West, the seed of traditional rulers calling non- indigenes in their dormain, to either toe their party line or be thrown into the Lagoon begins also in the South West. Whosoever wins as governor, will rule for 8yrs. Bola Ahmed Tinubu as president, will be for 8yrs, whatever we do today, is a seed that awaits in the future. You can kill, throw, destroy anything Igbo in Yoruba, post hate speeche and mobilize the entire Yoruba nation against the IGBOS in Yoruba land, you will reap the seed, just a day The world is a small place. It's painful that a man like you, going by your post, will for political reason, make a post like this, when in the saner clime, where you claim your siblings are, Yorubas, especially in the UK, are making waves, and none questions the place or origin. But for an election that's just for 4yrs, max 8, a full blooded Yoruba man is been victimized because of where he married. Tinubu himself, didn't marry from Yoruba land, he once said according to paper publication, he doesn't believe in one Nigeria, does that stop him from who he is in Nigeria today. Posterity will judge. I rest my case. 12 Likes 4 Shares |

They say the IGBOS are political neophytes and regional champions. One of the posts that I have just read now said the IGBOS don't open up themselves for other parties to come into their land. My question is this, are the writers or posters with their senses at all.? Now look at the following. 1999. The IGBOS voted massively for PDP and helped made Obj president. The Yorubas never voted for their son 2007: The IGBOS again voted for PDP, helped late Yar'Adua became president. The South West, never voted for him G. E J's Era, the IGBOS voted massively for him. Few people from the South West voted for him. 2015, Rochas Okorocha, brought APC, to Igbo land after his exit from APGA. Till date APC, has 2 states, members of the NASS. At what point did the IGBOS decide to vote the way the voted? When injustice took place in the parties. Please stop your blames and harsh comments against the IGBOS, you don't know their pains. |
