Lavia is actually a better fit for Chelsea than Caicedo who is yet another hybrid 6/8. Lavia is a pure 6. Enzo and the rest can play a bit more forward while Lavia sits. The only thing now is that Southampton might be getting dollar sign ideas.

Caicedo is not a sitting DM but a runner, but some people seem to think otherwise.

PH property is standing exactly still or moving slightly backward since 2021 when I last checked it. In dollar terms, even at black market rates comparative, that's a decline of close to 30%

And the question now is who in PH has money to keep that market going up. Everyone is getting poorer. Lagos is slightly different as Lagos is a National market where the top 5% in the country go to compete for a small strip of land
