Every summer this place turns into a cult of mass delusion
Can never forget the summer of 2020 as clowns whipped themselves into a frenzy over Havertz all summer, only to see that nigga misplacing basic passes first game of the season. Do people have the general well-being of the club in mind or is it twitter games they play with rival fans over which player their club signed? Bloody Fabrizio Romano generation.
A good DM keeps you in the game, you can achieve that for low fee. The big bucks is paid for the consistent matchwinners who get your goals and assists. |

afrodoc2: Instead of Chelsea to sign Caicedo gently they went to pull Liverpool's tail by flirting with Lavia. You nack person gf, the guy go nack your wife.
Lavia is actually a better fit for Chelsea than Caicedo who is yet another hybrid 6/8. Lavia is a pure 6. Enzo and the rest can play a bit more forward while Lavia sits. The only thing now is that Southampton might be getting dollar sign ideas. Caicedo is not a sitting DM but a runner, but some people seem to think otherwise. Good riddance to mass delusion. |

I'm very happy Liverpool hijacked Caicedo
The world must have gone crazy these past few months. I thought Caicedo was the second coming of Xavi with the way he was hyped here. Someone I won't pay more than £50m for.
Give me Trindade for £25m and call it a day. Foolish people |

But when Chelsea did it for Cucurella in order to keep Brighton from signing Colwill, Chelsea is a maga. How did Brighton have power of attorney over Colwills contract? The way you come up with shîts ehn |

Theflint1: I think the idea is to what comes as the land/property appreciates, the money from rent is like a side thing. Different perspectives I guess. Land appreciating in Naira is not the same as land appreciating in dollar PH property is standing exactly still or moving slightly backward since 2021 when I last checked it. In dollar terms, even at black market rates comparative, that's a decline of close to 30% And the question now is who in PH has money to keep that market going up. Everyone is getting poorer. Lagos is slightly different as Lagos is a National market where the top 5% in the country go to compete for a small strip of land |

Emaprince: Naija youths are heartless.
I don't know....I just have an un explainable irritation for boys with fried hairs, oversized polo , slide and man pulse. I hate doing any kind of business with them.
Maybe I'm stereo typing . . But that's just me. I hate what those boys have turned this country to. That means age is catching up with you The Prince I know is a street villain, King of Bandits and thieves Emaprince: PRINCE!!! The name's chanted on the streets/ . savior of bandits and the thieves/ Time of my birth . . I came out my mom's p.uss.y . . and landed on my feet/ To be candid as I speak/ . Our moves are cryptic/ we handle feuds with lyrics/ and turn your crews to picnic/ Move the mic from hand to hand cos we spit and 'pass-over'...like the escape of jews from egypt/ I bruise and slit wrist/ . . i started thugging as a child/ Ruffriders . . . BlueRayDick: I don't think so o. Someone yesterday still lamented to me about how her landlady increased her annual house rent from N600k to N1.2m last week.
Even for price of properties for sale, the prices are jumping due to the naira-dollar wahala. All those new houses built in Lekki axis are going up cos most of the developers paid for some of the fittings at a high cost due to the naira-dollar palava That's Lekki PH prices are holding or dropping and I suspect the rest of the country is doing same except Lag and maybe ABJ. DeadPresidents: Today makes it exactly sechs monaten (6 months) since I left the country.
I’ve not fallen ill once mostly because there’s no environmental factors to cause me to fall ill. No smoke clogging the atmosphere from Generator/Vehicular exhaust, no damn mosquitoes and even when sandflies nearly finished my calves and knees at the banks of River Vistula in Warsaw, nothing.
Constant light has made me an involuntary insomniac as i usually was asleep by 10 in Lagos but these days its difficult to sleep before 3.
Omo, I hate the leadership of Nigeria much more than ever. Basic things are out of reach. I found it wild how poorer Eastern European countries than Nigeria (such as Belarus and Albania) have much higher standards of living. You done already enter Poland, Belarus and Albania? Well Belarus and Albania ain't poorer than Naija on a per Capita basis, they are 3 to 4 times richer, not even factoring a fairer wealth distribution that means the difference between the average man in each country is even wider. Add the fact that Iweala made up a magic rebasing formula to double Nigeria's GDP overnight using accounting wizardry and the disparity is even starker. |

Besides Burkina and Mali are bordering them on the West and stand by them so everything is moot.
Diffa Arab is less than 2% of Niger. That battle will not end well Algeria won't invade but may close border, besides you have natural barrier of Sahara approaching from Algeria and Libya side. If Chad, Nigeria and Benin close border is it landlocked Burkina they will get supplies from? Anything coming from Mali or Burkina is coming a long way and travelling through hazardous territory even those Governments are not fully in control of. |

Melvyn11: Niger will be the first to blink cause they can't survive. A poor country like that cannot be forming all these strong head. Algeria is against them from the North, Naija from the South and Chad from the East. Benin will have to supply them but Benin sef go follow ECOWAS. It won't be long before they descend into civil war, I'm sure other tribes are plotting, and the Arabs will also sponsor one or two. How this situation escalated so quickly shows that these guys are the Abacha breed of military men with nothing upstairs. In just one week, they have completely closed all diplomatic corridors and the sanctions have already reached promax levels on all sides. See the way they even treated Sultan of Sokoto and Abdulsalami. Such temperament in power can only be suicidal for them. |
