Immunity04: After studying any of these courses you listed above, what is the possibility of getting an employment after graduation? please comment Permit me to give an answer to this your question, I am not in Germany though. I have learnt a lot from people who reside there. Noone here can give you the assurance that you would be employed in that field or not. There are a few things you must have and be able to do - 1. Learn the language to an appreciable level during your studies (Germany is not US where you have Hollywood and everyone speaks English). 2. Network / build connections while in school. You won't be the only person in your lecture hall. You would have colleagues,, speak to them, speak to your lecturers as well... You will meet someone who knows someone that knows another person. That is life! 3. Have passion for it, be very good at it. Aside your Msc, there might be a special school for it.. 4. Filter your job search to what you studied. Have an indepth understanding of the industry. Take note of the bolded. Just know that nothing is guaranteed.. You play your part and pray for the best. |

Austeen007: 90% of Nigerians don't fancy Russia i may be wrong with the figures. But we do not Fancy Russia because of the Western Propaganda. To be frank, I am among the Nigerians who don't fancy Russia... Well maybe because of the Western propaganda. The way the country is being portrayed (war, weapons, bombs, racism, hostility and so on) has made some of us say we would never get close to Russia not even if they are dashing visas. Ahhh internet ehnn,, negativity overshadows positivity I'm glad there are prosperous Nigerians (like you and others who have commented so far) over there. Now my mentality has changed! |

We are complaining about how stained our image as a country is, how foreigners see us now, how UAE is refusing to grant/renew work permits, how difficult it is to even engage in a chat with a foreigner after saying you are from Nigeria, how difficult it is to get visa from Nigeria, how difficult it is to freelance because as a Nigerian you can't be trusted.....
Yet these ones are trying to pour iodine into the injury. You fraudsters will never know peace!

piper7: I'm not sure I know what you mean by level. I have no prior knowledge of the German language if that's what you mean. Let's say my knowledge is 5/100 EU languages ranges from level A-C which is elementary to advanced lęvel (as defined by the Common European Reference Framework). Since your preferred study destination is a non English speaking country (Germany), you will have to familiarize yourself with the language stages. Source: German Language School (GLS) Berlin* Level A1: Beginner. * Level A2: Elementary Knowledge. * Level B1: Intermediate. * Level B2: Upper Intermediate. * Level C1: Advanced. * Level C2: Highly competent. Since you are at the "beginners stage", hence your level is A1 and upon completion of this level, you can understand and use familiar everyday expressions and very basic phrases. |

Please lets stop crying over spilt milk.. Op has left the thread and NL as a whole (it is painful though). He isn't gonna post again. We remain grateful to him for the info he shared over the past weeks. They will still be useful in the nearest future.
....and lets free the mod. The guy tried his bęst. I'm sure he never wanted the thread to go South, being the reason for the preferential treatment he gave to Daniel.
Playing the "blame game" and unnecessary dragging of this "exit" matter won't do us any good. Daniel chose to deactivate his account of his own accord!
Life goes on.

Danielhouston: If people understand what it means to refer to a living person as Hitler. As a black man who lives in Germany and still suffers the impact of Hitler’s legacy, this is beyond disgusting. It is a serious crime and one of the most gruesome things you can reduce someone to. Read up on Hitler’s legacy and imagine how someone would show up here and refer to me as Hitler with a Nazi salute?
I was away on vacation and came back with joy, only to log into this forum again and experience such hate. I cannot ignore this. I refuse to get used to the toxicity. I cannot change it but I can choose not to be part of it. I will stay away from this forum from today. I will only come here when I have pictures to post, then I post the pictures and log out until the year ends. I swear that mentalist guy came to look for trouble. He is problematic. So sorry that you feel this way Daniel. At this point I guess your mind is made up already, can't convince you to stay or not to. The toxic souls have murdered the fun and defeated the purpose of the thread. @Afromentalist you went too far. Everyone (including those outside Germany) knows the bad legacy Hitler left behind, yet you used his salute to represent someone (a resident in Germany for that matter) knowing fully well it is a crime to do such in DE. And you claim to be born in DE. You went extreme bro..... I thought you were learned, I never expected such from you. You are shameless!! |
