It's very convenient for to blame the incessant killings on hooligans and criminals. There are enough criminals and hooligans in the south but they rarely go off killing Fulani cattle rearers at the slightest provacation. Even in cases of genuine grievances over crop distruction by cattle. It's the duty of the rational Muslims to educate the ignorant ones amongst them. There must be concrete effort on their part and seen by all of us, to stop this madness. Anything short of that, is a failure in making this Nigeria experiment work. No man holds a monopoly over violence. A stitch in time saves nine.

Why are the authorities in the north often reluctant to prevent or minimize this mayhem? I fully understand that this violence is carried out by hooligans but no amount of hooliganism can match the powers of the state. Rational Muslims in the north ought to realize that they're failing the nation if they don't speak and act against this dangerous trend.

Why are the Igbos the target of violent demostrations in the name of Islam?

I know He is Allah's messenger. But He must be turning in "paradise" asking why his followers in Northern Nigeria keep slaughtering innocent Igbo traders in his name.

In the middle east and around the world, Muslim zealots attack western interests. Why in the world do they keep attacking Igbo traders in Northern Nigeria? That's why I say it's a war between Biafra and Northern Nigeria.

Each time there is a muslim riot in Northern Nigeria, Igbos are predominantly killed. Unfortunately, these Igbos are just Christians by name only. They get killed simply because they're Igbos. The civil war between Northern Nigeria and Biafra never ended. It will continue in one form or another till the Biafra nation is actualized. Make no mistake because Nigerian Soldiers were drafted into the war, the real enemies were the Muslim North. Igbos remain alert and be ready to defend yourself because I am. Solidarity forever.
