Ife madu amaghi dika otu nne ya. (what you don't know is like your mother's private part). X-rated but true. |
I'm sorry but any girl knowingly hanging around a married man and at same time confused about the situation, rubs me the wrong way. |
I'm on the list. But it's my pseudonym. I intend to keep it that way for security reasons. ![]() |
You're not sincere. You prefer Man1 because he provides for you. Man2, who probably cares more about you might not be able to pay your house rent. Enjoy Man1 with his baggage but don't delude yourself because he is not leaving wifey. You probably know that already. |
The key is to read to understand the basic principles. Repeated reading helps you understand stuff that were not clear at first. Once you understand the basic principles, you can apply it to every fact pattern. Reciting your text might help you scale through exams but you don't gain much knowledge. |

I really don't mind what you wear provided I get one for the road. |
The average westerner have no clue of other nations beyond their borders. Don't get mad at them, just inform them. Even if they seem not to agree with you, that's the best way to educate them. |
Just work on the relationship a little bit and you should be fine. The Dad may show some resentment, but once you warm up to the family and they see those qualities that their daughter is in love with, they'll come along with the idea. The root cause is ignorance of each others culture but times are changing, and eventually you'll not be judged by your tribe but how compatible you are down the road. |
Just like Seun said, you're really close to cheat on your wife and complicate your marriage. I'm not saying you must stick to your marriage, but now is the time to evaluate the whole situation based on the facts and what will make you happy in life. Remember you have to focus on long term benefit rather than a short term gain of screwing this co-worker. It's not advisable to do a one-time with a co-worker. |
Two kids. No sex preference. |
I'm amazed. It's like groundhogs day. |
" If OBJ elongates his term in power, would he be the only one that have done so in history. If I think OBJ deserves a third term as is being speculated, do I (Godson Offoaro) not have the right to air my views to say the reason why I think he should do it?" This statement compromises any honest legitimate views he has about OBJ. Our young democracy must be guided according to the tenets of accepted democratic principles. A third term sows a very dangerous precedent that no amount of perceived short-term gains will justify. |
It's easy to say "dump him". But a lot of ladies for variety of reasons lack the will-power to take the right action, which is "dumping his ass. I suggest that relatives always and never give up advising her that her life and respect far outweigh any security the relationship provides. |

Why don't we teach our kids to play baseball in Nigeria. With the kind of talents that abound in Nigeria, we'll be producing pro-baseball players in a couple of years, just like Latin America is doing. Kids can easily develop their skills playing stick ball in street corners, with minimal equipment required. Baseball players are paid more than football players, and will create an additional source of income outside pro-football. |
Find another girl. It's a jungle out there. Survival of the fittest. |
I can tolerate been untidy but not dirty. |
These girls are really nice! |
Miss Ekiti has the African look of beauty and grace. She has a good shot at winning if Rhodalyn is not one of the judges. Because she might just be tooooooooooooooooooooooo dark. |
I arrived late at the NYSC camp in Lagos, Iyanapaja?. There wasn't my size of uniform left. So I had to make do, wearing the jacket with a pair of jeans. I had a hangover throughout the duration of the orientation due to the serious binging that go on each day. The most memorable was the day we were discharged. I had to go drop a friend in Lagos Island. Unfortunately, I made a wrong turn that left me dejected and broke. I had to use the 2000 Naira stipend they just paid me at the camp to release my car. |
@demmy Did Awolowo sincerely think it was in the best interest of Yoruba people? Probably. But for you to maintain it had no tribal undertone is laughable. |

Awolowo's political parties were opened to anybody from anywhere in the country to join as member and he did had members from all over country so for the life of me I can never understand the charge of tribalism concerning his person. For sure his party took the Western Region away from Azikwe pre-independent 1956 election but weren't they political opponents? Was Awolowo obliged to assist Azikwe win? And was a Yoruba elected as premier in other regions? That's the definition of tribalism. |
