raumdeuter:Why was Messi in front of O’Shea in that frame and by the time the goal was scored, O’Shea was nowhere near Messi? |
raumdeuter:Or Rio was looking at O’Shea to keep the defensive line in a straight line in case the offside trap becomes an option. |
DownChelsea:Hahahaha or perhaps Samsung and the other crappy Android phones have no access to TruDepth cameras. They have no access to the cutting edge dot projector that throws over 30,000 dots onto the user's face, which are then captured by an infrared camera. They have no answer to ensure the system operates properly in the dark with a flood illuminator that adds more infrared light when needed. This is cutting edge technology that is well above what Samsung and co can even muster. Security is why Apple phones are best sellers, not fanciful 120 fps or exploding batteries. It’s not too late for you to jump ship. ![]()

raumdeuter:Look at the trajectory of the ball and where Rio was. Rio wasn’t getting to the ball no matter what he did. It was a well placed, laser-guided cross. |
CapitalCee:Boateng was monstrous in the final - but because of the occasion, he got all the accolades. The way Boateng marshaled Messi for 120 mins should be a subject in football schools across the world. However, Hummels outperformed him in the group stage and nearly all the KO games but the final. Messi later got his revenge in the CL few years later when he massacred Boateng with leg work. ![]() |
raumdeuter:Rio was in position but the ball was played over his head. O’Shea should be tucking in and covering that side of the area. Had Xavi played a ground pass to find Messi, Rio would have cut the pass off. The aerial was over Rio so the man behind him(O’Shea) should be covering that zone. |
CapitalCee:The team was better in from 2007-8 but was badly coached beaten 2009-2011. People forget it was the input of Carlos Quieroz that got United over the line in 2008 Semis when he completely told Fergie to park the bus. Carlos left after that victory and SAF went back to his old ways of attempting to go toe to toe with a team that was significantly better than his team in Europe. Mourinho would have done a much better job of winning at least one of the finals in 2009 & 2011 by being smart. SAF’s tactics in both finals were laughable. Giggs, Anderson, Carrick in 2009 final. Giggs, Carrick, Park in 2011 final. Was SAF high on crack? The same Barca midfield trio that battered every team at the World Cup the previous year was the same one SAF lined up Park & Giggs against in a final? |
CapitalCee:It’s weird anyone has anything bad to say about that Barcelona side. Bombblacks is probably just hating. |
raumdeuter:Football is team work. Defending as a unit is key. Vidic was stupidly out of position, Evra shouldn’t have given the ball away and O’Shea should have tucked in. |
raumdeuter:O’Shea was watching Henry that was 20 yards away from the action and ignored the imminent danger? Where did you learn your football defending from? O’Shea should be tucking in as soon as he saw Xavi looking up to make that cross. |

You are talking general label, I am talking about how Pep used them. They were completely free of any defensive duties. Busquets dovetailed and Xaviesta floated behind the 3 forwards. |
DownChelsea:If it’s a farce, why are they still on Apple phones till now. It’s been almost 4 years since it was put on iPhones and it’s still going strong. Every tech geek has said iPhones are the most secure phones on the planet. Isn’t it about time you admit you are clueless about how tech works? ![]() |
raumdeuter:1 DM & 2 CAMs |
DownChelsea:Are you asking me? Phone companies without 3D facial technology copied the notch cos they thought it was just there for aesthetics. They realized a year later that if they weren’t providing 3D facial technology, there was no reason to put a notch there - so they stuck to the old & archaic Touch ID that Motorola first put on Atrix in 2011. |
DownChelsea:What kind of idiocy has seized your brain? iPhone X released in 2017 Galaxy Fold released in 2019 How’s 2019 Samsung phone a 1st Generation product? There’s no evidence you graduated from a functional school. |
DownChelsea:Yet, Samsung copied the notch on their Galaxy fold. Google Pixel 3 XL also had a notch after Apple first put it on iPhone X. |
raumdeuter:Vidic gets treated like a bītch in big games. Torres, Etóo, Gerrard, etc. He has as many red cards for being treated like a bïtch from needless tackles than any other top PL defender I know. raumdeuter:*Wouldn’t have The context of my sentence should have told you that I meant wouldn’t have. |
DownChelsea:It’s like you are retardēd. Apple had Touch ID before dumping it for Face ID. Touch ID is an archaic technology. Many phones were breached by suspecting spouses by putting the finger tip of their sleeping partners on the touch pad. Apple dumped it for the more secure Face ID. If you are still shouting about Touch ID that was on iPhones as far back as September 2013 then you need to go back to school. DownChelsea:It’s more like your brain is retrogressive. |
raumdeuter:No shame in being treated like a bïtch on the pitch? ![]() What won’t you say to defend Vidic? There was no need to commit like that and fail to make any challenge. Vidic just gave up like a bïtch that he is in big games. Henry had Rio but Rio still swung his foot to distract Henry and that was why Henry failed to score. Vidic simply surrendered and made no recovery action to get the ball from Etoo. ![]() raumdeuter:Rio jumping wouldn’t have gotten to the ball. It was a well delivered cross that took him out of the game. The ball was bent around his head, it wasn’t a flat cross. So because Vidic engaged the ball means he had no fault for the goal? Are you a clown? |
DownChelsea:The notch is because of 3D technology. Samsung could never. Almost 4 years after Apple launched Face ID, Samsung are still in the mud on how to get a 3D TrueDepth camera. It’s not about making noise. DownChelsea:They also have a reputation for the mobile phones that explodes on people’s faces. Their crappy batteries exploding and injuring people all over the world. That’s their cutting edge technology. Their legacy is as horrible as your thinking faculty. DownChelsea:No one gives a shit about foldable phones. Nokia already did that many moons ago. 3D True Depth cannot work with punch hole cameras. The technology is far too advanced than the pin hole camera on Samsung phones. The notch isn’t aesthetics. There’s a reason it’s there. DownChelsea:What is more hopeless is your morgue temperature IQ. If you were to die a sudden death today, the average national IQ in Nigeria will increase by 20 points. It’s imperative that people like you should be banned from procreating so you don’t pass your idiotic genes to your children. |
raumdeuter:What about the first goal when Eto’o ruined Vidic? Was that Rio’s fault too? Talking as if Messi’s goal was the only goal that decided the game. Vidic was more culpable for the loss than Rio. Eto’o chopped him into bits. Your selective amnesia won’t remember that. ![]() |
DownChelsea:You are the broke woman from the bush that thought a N60k iPhone is the shiznit. DownChelsea:Says the slowpoke that opined Samsung’s screen quality is why they don’t have 3D facial technology feature on their crap devices. Why don’t you just admit you are a bit slow when it comes to cutting edge technology? |
Teeboy2300:Iris scanner is a shit technology. It’s slower than Face ID You have to focus your iris to be scanned Wearing contact lens or sunglasses affect the process. FaceID has no such issues. |
Bombblacks:Terrible away record & they almost won 3 back to back in the era when defending a champions league trophy was almost impossible. It’s almost as if having poor away record affects nothing in CL. Just outscore your opponents in aggregate and you are good to go. |
raumdeuter:Puyol & Etoo(on the channel) were the only sensible outlet to receive the ball from Xavi. How Xavi managed to weave that cross into the box with a curl caught everyone else napping apart from Messi. It’s not all goals conceded that you can blame a defender on. Sometimes, you just have to clap your hands. Had Rio contested the ball with Messi and lost, you would be right to blame him. The idea that smart defenders get close to attackers is crap. It wasn’t a set-piece. |
Bombblacks:They were games they didn’t really need. But for Mourinho’s satanic football in 2010 CL semis, Barca would have won 3 CL titles in a row(2009, 2010, 2011). One could also argue their bus trip to Milan from Barcelona because of the Icelandic ash polluting the sky also caused an enormous amount of fatigue to their players and they lost 3-1. By the time the 2nd leg was due to be played, The ashes have cleared and Inter flew by air to Barcelona - which gave them a massive advantage to defend the 3-1 lead in the first leg. Mourinho got lucky with that one. |
raumdeuter:Another ridiculous take. Xavi’s cross took Rio completely out of commission. Xavi’s brilliance should be applauded instead of blaming Rio. Evra gave the ball away as United were trying to break forward. Xavi weaved a delicious cross that got Messi a free header. I don’t know how you can blame Rio for that passage of play seeing that the ball flew over his head into Messi’s path? What should Rio have done? Catch the ball with his hands?! |
Bombblacks:One could easily argue they were the best team ever between 2008 and 2012. Barcelona were fearless, they didn’t change their tactics for over 4 years against some of the toughest teams in Europe. Everyone knew how Barcelona would line up and you are still more likely to lose to them. Their opponents changed tactics to stop them, Barca did not change anything. The trifecta of Xavi, Iniesta & Busquets damaged many teams. They took the same format to the World Cup in South Africa and Euro 2012, every team they faced in the KO stage got destroyed. |
DownChelsea:The question every tech advocate keeps asking each year.... Instead of you to hustle more so that you can be able to afford an iPhone that isn’t sold for N60k(Face ID technology), you are out here disgracing your blood line that Samsung makes more secure phones than Apple. Cheapskates!
|
DownChelsea:This bush woman keeps exposing her ignorance on a subject she knows nothing about. DownChelsea:60k iPhones were made 6 years ago. If that’s your kind of thing, jog on. DownChelsea:But your face unlock can open with a mask, right? Who’s going to tell you the technology on your iPhone is archaic, I gave you a simple task and you have failed at it. Find any article that says Samsung phones are more secure than iPhones. It’s a simple task instead of ranting like a baboon on heat. |
DownChelsea:What poor folks always say to convince themselves that Samsung is better than Apple? Not in a million years. Apple iPhone is the most secure handheld device on the planet. Maybe you should ask the FBI why they couldn’t break into one in 2016 and had to send the device to Israel. They paid $1m to an Israeli company to unlock an iPhone. DownChelsea:This has nothing to do with security. The quality of the screen has nothing to do with the archaic 2D facial unlock on Samsung phones. Basically, all I need to unlock your phone is your printed photo and your fingerprint(if you fall asleep). Apple’s Face ID is more advanced that you cannot unlock the phone if the owner is asleep. Face ID is even attention-aware. It recognizes if your eyes are open and your attention is directed towards the device. DownChelsea:Apple used finger print scanning from iPhone 5s till iPhone 8 before dumping the archaic technology for Face ID. Ask anywhere, the Face ID is more secure than the fingerprint + 2D face unlock. DownChelsea:Just say you cannot afford one. There’s no single mobile phone product that is more secure than the iPhone. You can scour google from now till 2025, you won’t find any. |
Expert17:Baba don run. Nice job, Expert17. You are a god of men! ![]() |
