Who is Anambra? A lot of work has to be done than just talking that Anambra will not obey sit at home. One, you must provide an enabling environment. What protection is offered to the pupils and teachers that will be flogged for not obeying? Who wants to be shot or die? Who wants to have their shop thrashed and looted by IPOB?
