And Jesus Christ was 1/2 Man and 1/2 God, so tell me , where did the 1/2 God part of him go when he died ?

Who raised up Jesus from the dead.

I leave you with your 3-god god theology.

ghazzal: every puzzle meant to be resolved is timed. i hope you dont get trapped in this 4 time is goin.
@image123, the basis of anything should be logic. applying reasoning will help separate truth from falsehood then faith will make sense. remember that what makes a fool is faith without reasoning.
reason is varied, what might appear reasonable to me might be unreasonable to you, and vice versa. so you're not saying anything.

Who will "every true christian" rule over then?
Thanks.
when Jesus comes with the saints as Jude and Enoch say, there will be people on earth that are not yet dead. These people will also reproduce for the 1000 year period. Another thing is that rulers have different level. e.g chairman, governor, minister, speaker, president are all rulers over one another in a way. Another thing is that ruling or reigning can actually be a state and not an act.

plappville: Exodus 20:10 ESV But the seventh day is a Sabbath to the Lord your God. On it you shall not do any work, you, or your son, or your daughter, your male servant, or your female servant, or your livestock, or the sojourner who is within your gates.

Exodus 35:3 You shall kindle no fire in all your dwelling places on the Sabbath day.

I am not the giver of this order, God is!
plap, there's nothing wrong with the order. The point now is that God has given us a better covenant. In the new covenant, He doesn't accept us based on the day of worship, whether Saturday or Sunday. He wants us to live for Him at all times now. And of course, He wants us to rest yes. We should have good rest, including our animals and machines. You need to 'study' more on grace. Perhaps, i may open a thread on that if God gives me the privilege.

Do you mean that Sabbath the 7th Day of Rest given by God. Is "man made? when you talk about (Touch not; taste not; handle not;, were these not Gods Laws in the OT? how is it man made!
You said "You would not do laundry, heavy cooking (that takes hours), shopping, watch movie or lots of television or house cleaning on the Sabbath.. These are the man made laws i talked of.

Now we have to treat the "THE FIRST DAY OF THE WEEK/THE LORDS DAY issue.

Acts 20:7 “And upon the first DAY of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread, Paul preached unto them,
ready to depart on the morrow; and continued his speech until midnight.”
i already talked about the first day of the week i said "1Cor 16:2 Upon the first day of the week let every one of you lay by him in store, as God hath prospered him, that there be no gatherings when I come.
This is a clear evidence that the early christians were not limited to meeting only on a saturday. these set of people met, at least for a period of time, on the first day of the week.
"
Anybody can hold services on anyday of the week. they are all the Lord's days
Rom 14:5 One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind.

Human beings accept that they dont know everything and science improves.

Unfortuantely, it is only religion that claims to be the absolute truth. What other than religion would make you assume that everything you know is true?

September 28 Go and preach the good news

Act 28:22 But we desire to hear of thee what thou thinkest: for as concerning this sect, we know that every where it is spoken against.

God, who many times spoke before by the prophets, has in these last days spoken to us by His Son. Prophets may be scarce, even in Israel, there might be no open vision or the Word of god. So, in the past, the Word of God was limited to the availability of prophets. But thank God today, the Word of God is available through His Son Jesus. Jesus Christ is everywhere. Not every believer thinks himself a prophet, but trouble not yourself, you have Jesus the Son in you. God wants to speak through you, that's why He gave His Son to the world. He did not give His Son just to some number of prophets but to the whole world.
From today, let God speak through you, if you claim to be a child of God. The world is literally dying to hear from you, of the good news. Do not leave it to the evangelists and the church workers. Every hand should be on deck in the spread of the good news. We understand that your money is reaching where you cannot reach, but please what about where you can reach? Are you preaching the gospel? They desire to hear what you think. Forget about what they already know. Many times, we tend to look and conclude that a set of people have already heard the good news, therefore I do not need to talk. We see them in our offices, schools, classrooms, on the road, and in the neighbourhood. We think in our heart that this one goes to church too. She dresses well, the preacher must have told him.
In Today's passage, they said that the gospel had reached everywhere. And they even KNEW that everywhere, it was spoken against. What would have been your reaction if you heard such a report? Would you water down the gospel, or deny the gospel, or change the gospel? Would you say, well this is bad ground, they are not ready to receive the gospel? Preach the Word, be instant in season, and out of season. The open secret today is that they desire to hear you, what you think. Do not hesitate, the Holy Spirit will help you. Do not be discouraged, you just go and preach the good news, whether they will hear or no.

Christianity Etc › Re: 47 Reasons Why Our Heavenly Father Has No Equals Or “co-equals” by Image123(m): 8:19pm On Sep 27, 2012
(11) Jesus, the man, is the mediator between God and men. 1 Timothy 2:5 says: “For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.” Christ is clearly called a “man,” even after his resurrection. Also, if Christ were himself God, he could not be the mediator “between God and man.”
he is also clearly called God.

Psa 45:6 Thy throne, O God, is forever and ever: the scepter of thy kingdom is a right scepter.
Psa 45:7 Thou lovest righteousness, and hatest wickedness: therefore God, thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows. Mar 9:37 Whosoever shall receive one of such children in my name, receiveth me: and whosoever shall receive me, receiveth not me, but him that sent me.

(12) Jesus called the Father “my God” both before and after his resurrection (Matt. 27:46; John 20:17; Rev. 3:12). Jesus did not think of himself as God, but instead had a God just as we do. For example, he told Mary Magdalene to go to the brothers and tell them, “I ascend to my Father and your Father, and my God and your God” (John 20:17). Thus Jesus’ God is the same God as our God, the Father.
Joh 10:30 I and my Father are one.
Joh 10:31 Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him.
Joh 10:32 Jesus answered them, Many good works have I showed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me?
Joh 10:33 The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God.
Joh 10:34 Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods
Joh 17:5 And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was.

And they say Jesus did not exist before the world, who do we believe, Jesus or copy and paste?

(13) Jesus said, “My Father is greater than I” (John 14:28). In direct contrast to these clear words from Jesus, the orthodox formula of the Trinity says that the Father and the Son are “co-equal.”
Joh 17:21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.
When your bent mouth wants to preach equality in the churches, your eyes dey sharp to this passage.

(14) It was God who made Jesus “Lord.” Acts 2:36 says: “God has made this Jesus…both Lord and Christ.” “Lord” is not the same as “God.”
Ewoooooooo, so God is not Lord againhuhhuhhuhhuh (Mar 12:29 And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lordsmiley

Eph 4:4 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;
Eph 4:5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism,

It's evident that Jesus is Lord, now you don they stammer on the meaning of Lord. that reminds me, the Holy Ghost is also Lord, yet there is one Lord. truly, this thing na mystery sha.
cool grin cool
2Co 3:17 Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

(15) In the future, the Son will be subject to the Father. 1 Cor. 15:28 says: “When he has done this, then the Son himself will be made subject to him [God] who put everything under him, so that God may be all in all.” Trinitarian dogma contradicts this by making Jesus eternally equal to the Father.
If he would just be subject to the Father in the future, it begs the question, Is he not at present subject to the Father? Frosb and companyhuh?

(16) Jesus recognized that the Father was the only true God. In prayer, he said to God “…that they might know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent” (John 17:3). For Jesus to have prayed this way surely meant that he did not consider himself to be “the only true God.”
Merely meant that He understood that there was just One God in three persons. He recognised the Holy Ghost as God, that's why He severely warned against blaspheming Him, He, God the Son was also blasphemed. You don't blaspheme against a man or angel, you do against God.
Mar 3:29 But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation:
Luk 22:65 And many other things blasphemously spake they against him.

(17) Jesus was “sanctified” by God. John 10:36 says: “Do you say of him whom the Father sanctified and sent into the world, ‘You are blaspheming’ because I said ‘I am the son of God’”? (NASB). Jesus was sanctified by God, but God does not need to be sanctified.
This is what they call "GBAGAUN" raised to power 2.
1Pe 3:15 But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:
Isa 8:13 Sanctify the LORD of hosts himself; and let him be your fear, and let him be your dread.

(18) Philippians 2:6-8 has been mistranslated in many versions, but properly rendered, verse 6 says that Christ “did not consider equality with God something to be grasped.” Jesus Christ was highly exalted by God because he did not seek equality with God like Lucifer had many years earlier. The statement makes no sense at all if Christ were God, because then Christ would have been praised for not seeking equality with himself.
CONTEXT, as a man for 33 years. He humbled Himself and became us. What did He humble Himself of, servanthood or being in a manger? Do you even know the meaning of the word 'humble'?

(19) It was clear that Jesus did not consider himself equal with the Father. In John 5:19, he said, “The Son can do nothing by himself; he can only do what he sees his Father doing” (cp. v. 30 and John 8:28 and 12:49).
Same thing, HUMILITY. He forgave sins!!
Luk 5:20 And when he saw their faith, he said unto him, Man, thy sins are forgiven thee.
Luk 5:21 And the scribes and the Pharisees began to reason, saying, Who is this which speaketh blasphemies? Who can forgive sins, but God alone?

i've never seen a man who forgives sins like Jesus Christ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(20) There is only one who is “good,” and that is God. In Luke 18:19, Jesus spoke to a man who had called Him “good,” asking him, “Why do you call me good? No one is good except God alone.” If Jesus had been telling people that he was God, he would have complimented the man on his perception, just as he complimented Peter when Peter said he was “the Christ, the Son of the living God.” Instead, Christ gave him a mild rebuke. Christ was not teaching the people that he was God.
get it, He wasn't going about telling people that He was God. you just quoted it in Philippians,
Phi 2:6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
Phi 2:7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:

Of course Jesus was good, thats why He said "there is none good but God". Don't you get it?
1Ti 6:15 Which in his times he shall show, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords;
1Ti 6:16 Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom be honor and power everlasting. Amen.

This verse is actually referring to Jesus Christ, you are free to exclaim now, Jesus!!!!!!!
