Except you and your spouse are married and are both financially capable to raise a family, please ladies, use contraceptive before you indulge in unprotected sex.

That Nigeria is over-populated today is a consequence of moral decadence and reckless child-bearing prevalent in the country particularly in the Northern part of the country.

If our women use contraceptives before any unprotected sex, birth rate can be controlled.
