Travel › Re: It Is Easier To Live In Nigeria Without A Job Than In The Uk. Share Your Views by ImaIma1(f): 10:23am On Oct 31, 2011
its better in naija than in uk especially with no family in the uk.

when people tht r working in d uk r havin tough time to pay bills and enjoy life.

someone i know who relocated to uk for greener pastures after quitting his job in naija has run back home o.

whn u pay babaysitter a fortune, pay mortgage, expensiv rent wit limited salary, how much more someone without a job.
Family › Re: Would You Go For A Low-key Marriage Ceremony? (you, Spouse, Parents And Siblings) by ImaIma1(f): 10:00am On Oct 31, 2011
i think the highbrow weddings are mostly about status and showing off.but its d marriage that tells and not the wedding.

if the marriage packs up after spending so much money, people go laugh eh.

me am a babe o but i dnt like unnecessary paparazzi.my trad wedding shld be in my compound at home here in lag,if not in the parlour sef

for d white, i prefer to pick a colour of clothes dt my friends to wear, rather than asoebi.simple cake, keep everything simple.

i like simple but distinct. d excessive decor doesnt appeal to me.its not like i'l carry it home naa.

when u do things simple, pple admire it.

i remember dis guy in my area o.girls used to like to attend the church cos dey said d guy is handsome.

and his pictures on his posters used to be dramatic; snapping pictures with raised eyebrows and all those overconscious poses.all that remained in d pictures ws for him 2 hold a gun like James Bond grin

my sisters and i used to laugh at his posters.lol

they even hd a publicity or evangelical outing recently.they went about with yellow hummers wink

wht is church turning into?
Romance › Re: Behind Every Successful Man Is A Woman': Is it True? by ImaIma1(f): 12:49pm On Oct 28, 2011
dis case is for mature minds.

so stop rambling on like small boys. "i have 5 cars, 10 houses and am not married"

"i hv MSc, Phd, BA, BSc,etc and am not married".blah blah blah shocked

think and think again
Romance › Re: Behind Every Successful Man Is A Woman': Is it True? by ImaIma1(f): 12:45pm On Oct 28, 2011
guys just try to run from d truth.who even said it hs 2 be ur wife?a woman could be ur mother, sister, a good friend, etc. women add a touch dt a man cannot.i think dis is wht dis statement means.some of just just react according to our pride like "why can they say that?".

its not dt a single man isnt a man.but der r some jobs dt cant be given 2 a single man because marriage, and being able to put a home 2gether says a lot about how responsible a man is.

so u guys calm down!!!no one is tryin 2 emasculate u.
Politics › Re: Nigeria Should Censor The Internet To Prevent Revolutions - Eugene Juwah, NCC by ImaIma1(f): 11:57am On Oct 28, 2011
if he cant deal with criticisms, then he shouldnt have been the president.as long as he is there, he is subject to scrutiny and criticism.

hes the president and we are disappointed citizens;disappointed in his incompetence and cluelessness.

so is he expecting a pat on the back?or praises when hes falling our hands?

censor internet media my foot.

if he is looking for something to curb,he shld start with boko haram angry

Fashion › Re: Would You Rather Rent Your Wedding Dress/Suit? by ImaIma1(f): 12:35pm On Oct 24, 2011
d wedding gown just takes up space in d wardrobe and begins to annoy u later.

u cnt throw it away cos u remember how much u lavished on it and if u keep it, ur daughter will never wear it 4 her wedding(dis is naija).and chances are you would hv outgrown it and so u cant be buried in it.

u want to give it out so ur friend or ur sis cn use it but its not their taste or they dnt want to look exactly like u on their wedding day. so it just lies there.
for me i prefer to rent or buy and make arrangements with d shop to resell.but if i see a gown dts my taste for rent, i'l prefer it.whether d gown is new or not, nobody will kno xcept u say.
i cn look better and more classy with a rented gown than someone dt buys one.
it doesnt affect d marriage.d weddin is jst a day, d marriage is a lifetime.

i would expect u to speak with wisdom. my mum had primary skul cert.did catering and house wivery in a catering skul.no uni or secondary skul.she even used to go for dinners and cocktails with my dad and mix with other educated wives,

and all SIX of us: the kids i mean are not dumb.there are managers, writer, accountant, banker><>>>blah blah blah. she says she dint go 2 skul but all her kids can cover up 4 her grin

so ur analytic whatever isnt accurate. God is above all.

Romance › Re: Can You Marry A Lady With A 3rd Class Degree? by ImaIma1(f): 11:37am On Oct 18, 2011
My friend graduated witha 3rd class in engineering but he is very witty and intelligent.hes into branding and advertising now. when he went 4 d interview, he ws pickd among a lot of other 1st classers or 2.1ers who lost out.he was even an expatriate in an african country.

another friend of mine had a pass but shes pretty intelligent.very fluent in english.shes doing her own business and driving her car while some of her "better results"counterparts are still strugglin 4 buses.

there were some people in school in english dept tht were on 1st class or 2.1 but mennnn!!!d english no gree for them mouth.how cn u hold a first class or 2.1 in english and u r throwing unbelievable arrows.

strive to do well in skul but if it doesnt turn out well dont mean u r dumb.

dont marry her smiley. do u think whatever we say here is going to make u change ur mind if its made up.for u 2 come and askd our opinion about such a matter, it means that ur love for her is conditional. and conditional love cannot make it thru marriage. dont punish the babe by marrying her.
Politics › Re: Fashola Will Make A Better President Than Gej by ImaIma1(f): 4:43pm On Oct 17, 2011
whether or not fashola is chopping or saying "oh yes"to tinubu, as long as the state is progressing sha, thats the koko. everyone saw jonathan as the savior that would come and save the world but i saw him as a person too slow to handle a fast country.
fashola seems more capable and the work goin on in lag shows this. what is jonathan doing? wearing his palmwine tapper attire and dragging himself about.
we talk according to wht we see not what we hear.

Christianity Etc › Re: Testimonies Are Welcome Here From Christians Only. by ImaIma1(f): 1:30pm On Oct 17, 2011
@Nimshi.shebi the topic reads that its for christians to share testimonies.why are u then trying very hard to be a thorn in the flesh.dis is how violence btw christians and muslims start o.
if i were to see a topic that involves muslims, i may not even open it and even if i do, i ill observe rather than be a confusionist amongst them.
der r many other topics to contribute to.must it be dis one.HABA!!!
we know u love us christians but please try to be less aggressive wit the love. but then tht may be too much to ask.

Romance › Re: Why Do Guys Hate Being Corrected Or Advised? by ImaIma1(f): 8:52am On Oct 17, 2011
what a coincidence.d pastor mentioned it ysterday.he said men shld learn to say am sorry and listen to opinions.if the man feels hes always right all the time, that means the woman is always wrong.and that could do a lot of damage to her self esteem.
it all takes humility, but that is hard to find these days.the correction shld be done in love and not maliciously.
