I don't know what a faulty cockpit window has to do with a pilot's experience or lack of one.In this case there were two pilots.If someone was to say to you that a man couldn't travel because his car wouldn't start,does that mean that he is so inexperienced a driver that he does not know how start a car?

If you have a faulty car window that won't close or open,a common thing in "Tokunbo" cars,I guess that means you are inexperienced.

Nigeria bank stocks are still very cheap relatively, i see Zenith, First Bank, Oceanic, Union Bank, UBA, and some other top banks getting to N200.00 per share (Still less than £1.00, and a about $1.80 ). The most expensive Bank stock is Zenith and that is worth 0.25p or 0.50c, damn cheap when compared to other emerging economies. Our flight was grounded at Enugu Airport for 6 hours because they(Aero-Contractors) didn't know how to close the cock pit window,I didn't see the need to start a thread.While the plane was stuck on the runway,no other plane could land.

It is unfair for some Nigerians living outside to continue hammering their country on its negativity yet not taking any positive action. Living outside Nigeria does not make you better than Nigerians living at home.

According to the CBN,remittances last year amounted to $4billion.That is the biggest source of foreign exchange outside of oil.I agree,living outside doesn't make you better but neither does living inside Nigeria.

Not all Nigerians living in Nigeria are dying to travel abroab, things are gradually looking up here, so lets try to celebrate the good along with the bad, no one is against critism but not bashing Nigeria even when it is a positve step some Nigerians abroad will still find a way of making it a negative step. Nigeria belongs to all of us, it will not serve any purpose to any class of Nigerians if Nigeria as a Nation fails so let us try to work positively to see how to make things better.

I suppose there is a greater appreciation of Nigeria's failings when you travel or reside abroad.If you have never lived outside,you have little basis to do a comparative analysis.

Malouda didn't look outstanding in the Champions League.The CL gets tough at the knock out stages but Lyon rarely survived long enough at that stage to be adjudged as competing at "the highest level".

Malouda performed well at the last World Cup but so did Hong Myung Bo at USA 94 and I wouldn't have recommended him for Udorji Utd. Robben will be a great loss and Chelski will find that Malouda is anything but an adequate replacement.

Veron was not a flop but he was also not a success.He started his first season well,scoring 4 goals in the first 2 months,but he deteriorated as the season progressed.

He performed better the next season,that was when he scored against Arse-anal,but he was injury plagued for most of that season.In the few games he played,he was generally outstanding.

However,overall,he didn't live up to the promise he showed in some of the early games in the first season(remember the 5-3 victory over Spurs).That is where the analogy to Nani comes in.Early promise is no guarantee of success.

Cool down folks,it was only Glentoran.A good performance against Glentoran is not neccessarily a harbinger of great things to come.Let's wait till the real football starts.

I still think there is an obvious difference between "beat (lightly)" and "a light tap that leaves no mark" .'To beat' is not to the same as 'to tap'.While calling the attention of someone,we may tap them on the shoulder,we do not beat them,even if lightly.

We will all see how things pan out, what i can say is that, this season is going to be "TIGHT!!" and one of the best we would have seen .

Another thing you can say is the Gunners will not be involved in the title race.Apparently,only Vagina Gunners(female team) compete for trophies these days.

I think Chelsea are favourites to win the League.Utd will suffer from discontent due to player rotation and a lack of settled formation.Just like the coming of Veron disrupted the team's formation,the new signings will disrupt this team.

Now that a lot of people know Bush is against this measure,I fully expect them to suddenly declare their support for it.Afterall,if Bush is against it,it must be good.
