this issue is not about who won the election, Its about accepting or rejecting an appointment in principle.

Agbakoba is one lawyer i tremendously respect. How would it be for the NBA chairman who led the NBA to a boycourt over the marred election would sit on the same govt. Agbakoba did the most principled thing. Not every good profesional needs to be in govt. We need voices of decent and there's no better one than the NBA boss.
