Tell him to F off.

And if his parents are still in Nigeria,

Tell him that the parents stand as insurance in case of his fvck up.

That should calm him down.

Don't ever treat blackmailers with a kid's glove. You have to come down to their level. Most of them are cowards.

OR
With a little connection, have SARS arrest him on blackmail charges. They will seize his international passport. With missed flight and rebooking, bail charges and delay tactics of Nigeria police, he will regret ever knowing you. SARS know how to mess people up well well. Heck. They may even get close to offing him if nobody watches them closely.

Jungle/Street justice is more effective than court justice in Nigeria.

That's why.

Just as some people are wrongfully convicted in court, some people are wrongfully barbequed in the court of jungle justice.

Cave ne sedes.

Take any rumours from Nigeria with a pinch of salt.

The ones that say they saw, know or witnessed are usually the ones lying the most.

The same Nigerians that said Obasanjo died(on three different occasions). They said that Osuofia was nabbed and executed for cocaine runs. There are so many similar rumours in Nigeria. Each peddler will even swear with his/her life.

Atmmachine is not credible. First, if he is in US Navy, he is barely feeding himself. Secondly, the way he talks is common among those petty rumour peddlers I mentioned. Don't be surprised that he has never Gozie in his life.

OP

Stop deceiving yourself. There is no formula for marriage. Pious, educated, successful, handsome and even losers have failed in marriages equally.

When two adults raised from different family backgrounds and beliefs come together, there is bound to be clashes. The way the clashes are handled will determine if the marriage will survive or not. It is not by sex, education, height, appearance and other mundane things you ignorantly ascribe to marriage.

Marriage is tough.

My uncle finished his house in the village.
He goes there every two years.
He usually stays for two weeks.
First three days is for cleaning, then he stays and fixes some broken systems.

After 2 weeks, he leaves with the hope to come back in two years.

I think it is stupid.

I had a big mansion in mind. Then the dilemma set in. Who is going to live there? Not me. I travel to my village and leave the same day most times staying less than an hour. The cost of logistics for a short visit is irritating enough that I don't.want to imagine what it will cost in terms of security to stay for days. In fact, nothing in the village interests me.

About Relocating To Nigeria From The United States by BayoAdex(m): 5:44am

Good morning everyone, I am an American naturalized citizen and currently a studying chemical engineering in the United States. My plan is to relocate to Nigeria after the completion of my program (plus an MBA) with the aim of working in a top oil and gas/petrochemical firm, as life in the U.S to me is "monkey dey work baboon dey chop".

Please I need your candid advise whether relocating to Nigeria is something reasonable. By the way I used to live in Lagos and Ibadan, I left Nigeria about 5 years ago so I pretty much still have a feel. Please Engineers in the house and my honorable people, I need your advise. Thank you.
/
In 2013, you claimed to have a "visiting visa" to US.

In less than 2 years (2015), you are already a naturalized U.S. citizen planning to relocate to Nigeria.

You better get your story right.

I suspect that unemployment and idleness are playing games with your brain.

Family › Re: Men Sleeping With Their House Maids...who's To Blame? by InvertedHammer: 4:44pm On Jun 16, 2015
Fact: Some men sleep with their maids.

Women in denial say: Blame the man for lack of self control, using a maid encourages child Labour, etc.

Jesus said: Do not put the Lord, your God to temptation.

Solution: Don't bring another lady into your relationship, be it a maid or whoever. Blaming the men for this despicable act or the wife will never solve the problem. Many women will still lose their husbands to the maids.

If your hand will lead you to sin, cut it off. So says the bible. If the maid will be the "temptation" in your relationship, why not err on the side of caution and let her go. Women can take this simple logical advice or risk losing their matrimonial bed to that young blood (with well-rounded melons) especially when madam with flabby brea.sts starts looking more like a bag of yam courtesy of child birth.

A word is enough for the wise. Protect your home.

Once a maid reaches puberty, every discerning woman should know that it is time for her to go. It is simple as that. Self-control or not, male organ has brought a large number of great men and heroes down. What makes a woman think her husband will be an exception?

Celebrities › Re: Nigerians Drag Annie Idibia Into The Toke Makina Mess by InvertedHammer: 8:12pm On Jun 14, 2015
cramjones:
The lesson all Nigerians should learn from this mess are:

1. There is absolutely no need talking with your spouse on social media for the whole world to see. You guys see each other, talk to yourselves directly.

2. Marriage is never a ticket to happiness, never let anyone make you feel less important if you are not married.

3. Never date someone for over a decade, you can never know all about someone. Even couples that have been married for over 2 decades still learn new things about themselves - You will know the first 3 months if this is your person or not.

4. Never trust yourself in choosing your spouse. Depend on God, depend on that still small voice. Only God knows the deepest part of a man's/woman's heart.

5. Not everyone who posts romantic adventures with their spouses on social media are happy. Most times it is a front. Don't be depressed and think your life sucks because you are not getting the type of vacations and gifts being paraded on social media.

Above all, when your relationship/marriage crashes like it did for sweet Toke, never give up. Life has its ups and downs. With persistence, focus and a heart with love, you will surely find love and happiness again, and God will certainly fix your brokenness.

Annie Idibia I detest! Her and her husband's example should never be adored by any!

I wish you well Toke. You will surely prevail...hang in there.

Shalom!

Most relationships that go lovey-lovey in public usually go belly up.

There are a lot of people in bad relationships that would do everything to break that relationship--misery needs company.

It gets worse with the wives that flaunt high end acquisitions by their husbands.

What they are advertising is that their husbands have overflowing expendable income, then the ubiquitous and covetous vultures fly in.

The vulture can even be the wife's best friend. But women continue to fall for this old trick in the book.

By the way, do they have kid(s) together after 14years? If not, oh well...

It is good so that the people that see one badly tarred road or a four-storey building as a big development will crawl back into their rat holes.

Nigeria is still a 5th world country. You can't even breathe some fresh air in the middle of green vegetation because people urinate or defecate all over the place like primordial animals. Worst of all, everyone thinks it is normal.

I am yet to find any good reason to buy a brand new car.

IF you buy a lemon, that's a whole different story...you got scammed.

Give me a used car that went more than 20-points inspection any day.

Buy that new car, drive it one kilometer away and it becomes a used car.

Used car? New car? In Nigeria, you are one bad filling station away from being an acquaintance to a mechanic.

Some news cars do come with problem(s) that the dealers themselves cannot rectify.
