Nigeria is fùcked, I admit it is truly fùcked from all angles but are we really gonna lose hope completely?
Are we gonna give up on possible redemption? Nigeria is still our home, we can't give up on it no matter the situation.
I am not hoping on miracle, rather hoping if we get something right in 2023, we might see a new Nigeria. It is all these chants of hope that made me distance myself from this election. The problems are glaring and you can see the rot already. How does BAT hope to fulfil a page of his manifesto without plunging us into the abyss of debts? If we really want to be realistic here, we will be discussing how possible it is to salvage Nigeria, instead of talking about records that happened 15 years ago Nigeria is messed up. I can understand if Dayo is supporting BAT to pepper DonJ, but how you can't still see it amongst all abroadians still dey surprise me |

Buhari built infrastructure, improve our armed forces but at the expense of our economy. I am happy he's distancing himself from BAT rallies, coz it would have been difficult to sell BAT candidacy with him spearheading the Campaigns... Maybe you are trolling the Obidients by supporting BAT, but it is glaring that nothing will change. Nigeria is at the lowest of its lows; We are spending 91% of our revenue to service gbese. So how will BAT fund all those stuffs on his manifesto? Let me guess? Don't ask, just believe. Nigeria is finished, but let us pretend that BAT is coming to do something |

The man basically took loans to build almost everything he did. No need to brainstorm about how to fund any project; Just borrow and borrow.
Was it not here that someone posted how the government wanted to take a 100 billion naira loan at 15% per annum to build a road....A ROAD.
I used to ask if we ever generated any revenue in this country, but this tweet has my answers.

Also the events that brought me to the Uber thread in 2019 are back
They are working on the inner lane of Apapa oshodi expressway from mile 2 to cele. So only one lane, so even if you are out by 5.30 you still spend 2 hrs in traffic before you get to that cele exit (local govt office)
Even during the fking Xmas break.
Outside of that lag is lag. I entered that traffic on the 26th before I left Lagos. At least, CCECC is working, so it is just for a while Everywhere is dusty too. |

I also said that too izzou: Ikpeazu, Ortom and Ugwuanyi have their party's political structure in their states respectively
PDP tends to lose more if they expel anybody.
All it will take is for them to delay their ambitioons for 4 years, but PDP will be finished in their respective states forever.
They will decamp, take the structure with them, and PDP will be irrelevant. |

BlueRayDick: So as it stands all the G-5 but Wike are in a precarious situation as far as endorsement of presidential candidate other than Mikano man; Atiku is concerned.
1. The Enugu state governor has is the PDP senatorial candidate in his constituency. If he endorses anybody other than Atiku, the party can expel him and then write INEC that they do not have a flagbearer in the race for the seat.
2. The Benue state governor has is the PDP senatorial candidate in his constituency. If he endorses anybody other than Atiku, the party can expel him and then write INEC that they do not have a flagbearer in the race for the seat.
3. The Abia state governor has is the PDP senatorial candidate in his constituency. If he endorses anybody other than Atiku, the party can expel him and then write INEC that they do not have a flagbearer in the race for the seat.
4. The Oyo state governor is going for a second term in office as a PDP flagbearer . If he endorses anybody other than Atiku, the party can expel him and then write INEC that they do not have a flagbearer in the race for the seat.
PS: All these will only play out if Atiku's money is as "long" as we've been told in the past and long enough to tempt their respective ward chairmen to initiate their expulsion from the party. (We all know the role Oshiomole's ward chairman played in him losing out as the party's chairman)
In all of these I think the G-5 governors are dumb and are no way as influential as the 7 governors of PDP that defected to APC prior to the 2015 elections. Each and everyone of the G-5 governors are neophyes compared to dem Amaechi, Saraki set. I don't think anybody can withdraw at this point. Even the new LP Campaign DG could not withdraw his senatorial ticket from ZLP. 3 of the G-5 are occupying states that have an appeal for Obi. So if they support anybody other than Atiku, the people will still be at peace It is only Seyi's own that looks dicey to me. If he supports BAT, and BAT wins, i feel it could affect him the next Saturday. The plan is still going on fine |

A001: Why this man dey vex on top a simple matter?
Data Analysis, lols. There are thousands of data analysts on Upwork, Fiverr and Freelancers.
Dem plenty like pure water and the pay is poor mostly for beginners on those platforms.
If a skill is easy to learn, that field will be congested. Data Analysis even has more competition than web development because the latter takes more time to learn.
The guy in question didn't say he's looking for a skill to learn to start earning in six months.
Did he?
It's better to go for a field that takes more time to enter and has prospects. He may not choose web development though, but software or web development has better prospects than data engineering or data analysis IMO. I agree with you. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by izzou(m): 10:31am On Dec 28, 2022 |
A001: He can choose any one that interests him. I only corrected the wrong notion that web development has high competition.
Good devs get jobs regularly. Even in copywriting that some say has high competition, I know guys that earn well there and get high-paying gigs regularly because they've good marketing and writing skills.
The main thing is interest. Then, some people are naturally gifted in certain areas, and it's also possible to become great with sheer hard work and dedication. It fcvvking has a high competition, oga. Go on Upwork, LinkedIn or Facebook and see Asian guys with very good portfolios hustling for jobs. What is the probability of a newbie getting one? Be realistic, and avoid using encouraging adjectives to beautify a struggle Reccy wanted to do graphic designing, and GloriousGbola just opened his eyes to the reality that he didn't know. One would think that graphics designing begins and ends with YouTube videos, but it is not. Only to learn HTML and CSS, and be good, he would use months. Then add JavaScript, and then he would be getting to December, yet he is still not a Web developer. Lets add REACT again for few months for him to be very good, and he will just be a Front End Developer (Back end is still not there). If he applies this same effort to Data Analysis, he would be in the market already looking for his first gig. I don't even know why you want to correct anything. It is my opinion, and you have given yours. Let the man choose what he wants |

A001: Data Engineering also requires a lot of hours of reading and practice to master.
All of those fields he mentioned require hours of reading and practice to master them, except copywriting that can be learnt in a relatively shorter time if your writing skills are good already. I am not emphatic about the number of hours and practice. I am talking about what he needs to learn. Learning HTML as a newbie, then learning how to use CSS to style it, and then adding JAVA to it. Then he would add REACT out of it For Backend, he would know Python, Database management(MySql) and I can't remember the others. I just gave him my opinion, because I have been there, and not to mention that after he has gone through this rigorous ordeal, the competition is still high for it. |

reccy: And this.... Coding is embedded in Web development Coding is just like writing. Web dev is just like Chemistry. For you to know Chemistry, you need to know how to write. You have to learn a lot to be a Web developer. Front end has HTML, CSS, JAVA, REACT.... Back end still has its own too. These are the ones i can remember. You will need to put in a lot of hours everyday in other to gain mastery, and if care is not taken, you will quit. Like DeadPresident said, stick to Data engineering It is just my opinion oh. We can really relate it to other candidates too but the general thinking is that he is referring to BAT which might true given the peeceive notions of what retrogressive people think.
But we don't have time to listen to insults from any quarter, we are simply presenting our manifestoes to the electorates. We have no time to exchange words with inconsequential being (s) who cannot boldly win 3 states.

I don’t think she would’ve given him a chance if he was still struggling to feed himself . People who are eating in abundance are also struggling to find a partner. So, the theory of making money before a relationship doesn't really hold water. Finding a wife/husband is not easy. I believe relationships should not be relegated totally while one is struggling. One can still build friendships at that stage. Unless you don't find happiness in relationships, it should not be entirely ignored because of money. When you eventually make money, it becomes a harder struggle to find that happiness |

One of my guys and his gf back then in school got married this year . They went their separate ways because baba was broke and the babe was equally from a very humble background . They both focused on their focus . More than 10 years after , they reconnected and continued their love story where they stopped .
My guy is going to Canada by 2023 because she already has PR and filing for him to join her as her legal spouse . ( They married this year ) .
E get reason why the wise sage Davido sang “ Love is sweet , when money enter love is sweeter “ This theory is relative too. Your guy don find love before, so it was very easy to continue when the money show. Assuming he didn't meet her before, he would have started his relationship struggle after making money, and God knows when he would have found love. That is why you see men looking for a serious relationship that will lead to marriage at 40 to 45 years You are not wrong oh, but this life no get written rule |
