adsmaster: Today i want to talk about my observations with car owners(partners)......from interaction with a fee since joining the business these is what i observered
1...they seem to forget that they are partners with the drivers(the owners are limited partners while the drivers are general partners) the limited partners should read up what partnership is all about and re-adjust there mindset- which will lead to number 2 below
2...they come into the game with employer employee philosophy: they address the drivers like they are there staff, hence they call you anytime and expect you to answer, come to see them...you know "the yes sir master sir sydrome"
3...from the get go they are already suspicious, feeling itchee. Here i dont blame them its as a result of the country we find ourself...but what is required of them is to create systems that handle or tackles that....
will contd have a request I just want to comment on the bolded from my own opinion..... Please, it's my opinion, so don't crucify me
The question I ask myself is "what exactly is the driver bringing to the table for him to be called a partner in this business?"
If I set up a food canteen: Furnish it with tables, chairs, curtains, tiles, TV, and I employ two ladies to cook and sell, and I tell them that for every plate they sell, I give them #150, will I really call this a partnership? When it is glaring that if anything happens to the shop, they(the two ladies) have nothing to lose?
Look at it from another angle.....
To be truthful to myself, I don't see it as a partner relationship. It's actually an employer-employee relationship
I see uber guys get serious accidents, and I ask myself...."What's the fate of the car owner? " Will the driver fix the car?
Bros, that's how I see this work oh... Na who provide and maintain motor be the oga |

nwizu042: Got a request this morning 5:am. Asked rider his destination and he said yaba. While on 3rd mainland bridge rider changed it that he doesn't have money and that his destination is abule egba. Am like why didnt you say this before embarking on this trip and he started changing yans. I just laughed and stopped the car on 3mb and asked him again and he said i should take him to yaba. I said ok. I started cooperating and he started telling me he hasnt had his bath in2days now and bla bla bla. Ijust de nod head. Sharply turned into sabo police station, after much stories with the police, rider didnt have a dime. Couldnt call anybody to help him.police collected his phone and gave him 3100 and asked him to go get back the money and get his phone. They found female chains and wristwatch with him. I suspect he robbed some ladies or whatever. Last last he paid me and i moved. Shine your eyes out there kings. Pardon the typos. We thank God for you oh
I have started taking note of police stations as I drive, especially around unfamiliar areas
Once I have any issue with any rider henceforth, be it transfer or otherwise, na straight to station |

That request made me think I could get a request from there when I took a rider there (offline). If I knew I wouldn't get a request from there, I would have charged a higher fare. That's true sha |

Jaidooo: Yes. That one too. It affects rating too I think but of course score drops faster even if its just one canceled or missec request. Try reject like 3-5 requests in a day I tell u DAT very day u see ur rating drop even if u were sure riders scored you high I haven't noticed that oh
Will start observing |

Jaidooo: Me set no understand rating on taxify. What I observed is if I canceled too much or rider canceled in on me too very often. Rating dey drop drastically. I feel na taxify dey rate drivers and not really the riders. Just my thought Its your activity score that drops, not rating |

DanniBozz: I am not close to the guy per say so I think sitting him for a drink is like bringing him closer to me and finding out about this might now seem like dating my guys ex. We only greet if we cross paths in the compound and that's it. We both live completely different lifestyles so I won't want to even invite him closer to me. Then, make him a friend
What if you don't finally settle down with her?
Invite him over and let him know whats happening.
Remember, you are not asking for his permission. You're only letting him know so he doesn't get surprised. I'm 99.99% sure he'll be cool with it |

Later I get a text that he's received his phone, thanks blah blah blah... I text back You're welcome sir.. . Next thing texts fly in back to back... I see 10k recharge, immediately I check my bank balance o cos na only 200 credit I buy from GTB... Then another text, I just loaded your phone Thats the reward for being kind

Politics › Re: RUGA: Fulani Not Planning To Install Emirs in Enugu, Asaba - MURIC by izzou(m): 1:01pm On Jul 18, 2019 |
MURIC seem to be making some sort of sense but the Presidency has shown us for the umpteenth time that we shouldn't trust them
The Presidency initiated a scheme - RUGA The Presidency said the scheme is VOLUNTARY 11 Northern states applied for it while the Southern states did not apply
And then the Presidency suspends the scheme.
The question is why was RUGA suspended since it was supposed to be voluntary?
I really do not blame any tribe or state for thinking otherwise because the Presidency are not transparent with this scheme |
