1. My parent ability to procreate is as a result of growth. This growth came from the DNA that codes the protein. Now this protein can be hormones which are produced by pituitary and act on the ovaries, testes etc to cause them to mature
2. My genitals grew too. From a baby penis, actions of hormones like FSH, LH, testesterone etc caused it to develop.
Now a lot of things can go wrong in these gonadal development. From genetic, to viral etc. Everything in the body runs via DNA which translates and codes proteins which act on target organs. My penis was not designed.
This designer you're talking about has not been proven. And even if you are to say there is one, then he has done a poor job in many organs. Then he isnt intelligent. He designed some people's organs to be spread all over the body(the origin of cancers) . He designed some organs to fight other organs(the origins of autoimmune diseases). He designed some organs not to grow at all(the origin of agenesis).
So because these processes are made by DNA coding, errors can happen. And that is how we see these diseases I mentioned like cancers, autoimmune disease, agenesis, chromosomal aberrations etc
3. Its possible the first humans were from Africa. Many evidence point towards it. Same with the human thumbs. Many fossils point towards that evolution of our limbs

Steve Jobs owns Apple(or majority shares), so any product made by it is attributed to him. Same as if anything goes wrong in Nigerian economy we blame Tinubu. He's at the top.

When Gtbank buys an ATM machine, they program it to work anyhow they want. So if there is a dispense error, I won't blame the hardware manufacturer but Gtbank who installed the software.
