When you have a bustling economy and there's a great need for office spaces and residential areas in prime locations, the buildings have no choice but to move upwards to accommodate the plethora of accommodation seekers in such locations.

Question is does the economy of Enugu have what it takes to support such audacious prime real estate investments? Answer is no. If so, why waste funds?

Build your economy and watch things fall into place. Take Aba and Onitsha for example. A skyscraper can easily be built there and it will be viable.
