Obi's performance elicited harsh criticisms and curses from the larger indigenes of Anambra. There's really no need dwelling much on his poor performances much as the media is replete of reports of his underwhelming records. On this forum, i have lost count of the amount of threads tearing him apart when he was Governor.

You are not objective. Everyone will not like Obi's performance but I can assure you that majority of Anambrarians feel the impact of his government. The naysayers are in minority. Statistics and bank records don't lie. Obi left huge amounts in the coffers, a first in Nigeria. He achieved great feats in infrastructural development, road construction, education facilities, etc. But I don't expect you to agree with me as I can decipher you have made up your mind. Your opinion doesn't matter and will not change the truth anyway. Those threads you referred to are sponsored to feed the appetite of its consumers. However the stories are twisted to make Obi look bad and the creators know there are candidates who are just out to hear anything negative about Obi like your good self. We pray for good leadership and for our hateful compatriots to have a change of heart so we can bring real statesmen on board to help midwife the Nigeria of our dreams.

Politically, Obi was a nobody until he was picked up from obscurity by Ojukwu and Umeh. Ojukwu fought the fight of his life to ensure his victory in court and that sealed the consequences of the curses laid upon him the minute he dumped APGA for PDP.

Your comments have nothing to do with his ability to function as a governor or president. The worst scoundrels are existing in the limelight and have brought the country to her knees as very bad examples in leadership.

He has passed on but his life has not ended. Your ability to villify an individual just because he belongs to the opposing side makes you shortsighted. It is based on solid personal records of achievements which showcases hardwork and all of the great values. Obi was not made by APGA or PDP. His life has been exemplary right from his secondary school days. He has always owned his own business. Only a man of such background can lead this country out of the woods. Politician who are tainted can never achieve greatness for our beloved country. It true we are evolving but we can accelerate the process by having individuals like Peter Obi.

Voting against Obi candidate was never a vote of no confidence against Obi. You guys don't understand Igbo at all. We voted APGA because Valentine was relatively unknown compared to Soludo and the voters opted for the devil they know. If Soludo falls he will be voted out. Obi is loved by Anambrarians and majority of Nigerians.

There is better relationship outside politics. The ordinary Nigerians relate very well in the streets when it comes to buying and selling commodities or services. What is really wrong with a betrayal where the terms of agreement is based on illegality. If the betrayer is deemed to have integrity issues, how about the other parties to the illegal agreement. Many a politician have been part of an illegal agreement. Later on the politician due to pang of conscience disobeys the illegal agreement by siding with the people. I expect them to be congratulated rather than condemned for following their conscience. Someone who pulled out of agreement to commit murder and reported it is free of guilt or at least lesser burden of guilt. As my people will say" agreement is agreement".
