When can the Court Order a DNA Test?

Who Can Apply for a Paternity Test in Nigeria?

In Nigeria, the following individuals can apply for a paternity test:

1. A Father: A man who doubts his biological relationship with a child can apply for a paternity test.

2. A Mother: A mother may also apply for a paternity test to establish the biological father of her child.

3. A Guardian or Custodian: In the paramount interest of a child, the child's guardian may apply to the Court to ascertain the paternity of the child.

Mohbad's father is neither of the above. This case is DOA. He does not have the locus.

8. Your argument about porn destroying life is like saying garri destroys life. People have stopped working hard to better their lives because garri is cheap and they can afford it. I can say garri is a life saver, people are alive today because they can afford garri. It’s all perspective.

One terrible thing about APC and their supporters is that they always look for means to justify the hardship they keep dumping on Nigerians.
Their supporters are so wicked and wretched that they want all Nigerians to live their impoverished life.
They blame car dealers, market women, traders and anyone for the country Economic and hunger problem but never blame the Government.
If Egypt currency is devalued by 50% which is about 1pounds to 10 dollars it is still far valuable than Naira.
