OkanlawonB: Why the complaints, didnt GB colonised India, Pakistan and Bangladesh? Germany that never colonised any country is accommodating more foreigners of different immigration status including asylum seekers than the UK does. The Problem with UK stems from this elitistic and aristrocastic system. This system is systematically crumbling the society by breeding juveniles of poor or total lack of parenthood. It is just natural that the locals are becoming xenophobic because you See increasing numbers of Locals turning miscreants , many more are living on social benefits while the foreigners seem to be progressing, Germany did not colonise any country? |

TheGuyFromHR: We're being a bit one-sided here.
It's their country, and its up to them to decide who they want to come in, however that may seem to us. Students bring in money, are skilled (at least on paper) and are controlled with visa restrictions (NRPF and all that) and are offered a work-related path to immigration which suits the country (giving priority to people like health and care workers, lorry drivers, etc.) , however uneven the path may seem to us. Those who come through the people smugglers are actually circumventing the "first safe country" principle and if they actually were genuine refugees they would not traverse the whole of Europe at great expense to find their way to the UK (even though refugees are actually better off in countries such as Spain, Germany and France where they get the right to work and higher benefits, the UK only suffers from the perception of being way more multicultural and a better place to hustle + English), that much we all know.
Sometime when I go to inner-city Manchester and see whole neighbourhoods that are basically part of New Delhi or Islamabad or any other Asian suburb, and you see that through an oyibo man's eyes, you can understand why the immigration thing is an emotive issue and how the uncontrolled aspect is a potential flashpoint for us all. The same with Bradford and Luton, visit the city council and see how many Asians work there, they get all housing associations and council houses, that is what happens with uncontrolled immigration |

claremont: A racist policy. If a Ukrainian came by boat from France, would they send the Ukrainian to Rwanda? Why is it just black and brown people they send to Rwanda?!
I and many immigrants in the UK are economic migrants. The only difference between us and the refugees crossing the channel is simply sheer luck. We were lucky to come in via the boat of university migration, and we were lucky to have the funds to pay tuition fees, visa etc.
If a book was written about the sheer hypocrisy of a small minority of black and brown people speaking/acting against black and brown refugees escaping their countries to seek a better life in the UK, that book will be a best seller. The way some of us black people throw this word: racism around at every given condition is really unfortunate. We are quick to wave race card making it difficult to address the real issue. Police stop and search is racist but blacks are stabbing blacks almost every single day. Many illegal immigrants crossing the channel are not from war zone , if you are a refugee you wouldn’t pay smugglers thousands to take you across the channel. Are you not the same person painting glorious pictures of Buhari? If our problem here is racism so what is our problem in Nigeria? |

descarado: It's done all over the word, why not send them back to their countries. Why Rwanda? It’s not easy deporting illegal immigrants and it cost a lot . Illegal immigrants destroy their passports even before getting here so it’s even harder to deport someone without passport. Some will disappear immediately and start living under the system . |

descarado: Anybody understood why refugees coming into UK by boat should go to Rwanda please?
I really don't understand what this is all about? They are not genuine refugees, so many of them are economic migrants. They can afford to pay smugglers thousands to bring them to the UK |

Cc@justwise @mimilyrics and other gurus please assist me with a response That is possible as the payment will only go through Nigerian banking system, obviously it will go against the 20hrs visa rules, whether you will get caught its anybody's guess |

Solatium: .
If you had been reading my post on this issue and you still write this way then one of this two things is at play. 1...Is either you deliberately ignore the reality and become judgemental because you want to be Politically correct.
2.. Comprehension is the problem.
You just affirmed my earlier stand by saying the crooks at LG sells wedding certificates, if you admitted that there are racketeering in this issue then the authenthicities of what he presented can not be said to be fake or original by anyone here except stated by the concern authority (UKVI) which fortunately has not earn him any punishment. it is then assume that the Wedding certificate is real until proven otherwise which is just my own point.
People are suggesting he should write a cover letter that the wedding cert is not real, what if it turned out that eco had verified it to be original in his last application? The implications is simply that there would have been another evidence to concludes that anything coming out of registry is fake. I suggested to him that he should get hold of the certificate from the agent or the details,he should go to where the certificate is purportedly register and found out the status before knowing what to do,how is that criminal? how does that amount to issuing fake divorce certificate? You guy's need to read with open mind before coming judgemental You still don't get it and i'm not surprised. Do you know the process of registering a marriage with LG? You really think that the agent registered the marriage when there is no actual marriage taking place? Why do you find it difficult to understand that these agents can get empty marriage certificate paper and fill it in with fake names and signed. it? You want him to go to the registry to find out about which marriage certificate? |

Solatium: Yes there is no marriage, but no one can categorically say the certificate is fake. One of the things that i don't understand about us is this denial of a thing, are we saying these things are not ongoing? if yes how did the agent got him one. Or you think the people at the home office are not aware of these? of course they are fully aware of it and it's not peculiar to Nigerians, it's a worldwide practice by some few element. That is why the home office name it SHAM MARRIAGES You are just unbelievable! You are asking how agent got hold of fake marriage certificate in Nigeria? What planet are you living in? Those crooks working at LG government registry don’t sell marriage certificate? Marriage certificate can not be forged? I have been reading your post on this issue and keep wondering what exactly you are on about. Honestly this is shameful. Please stop. |

Solatium: From your statement it's obvious you have never been to a marriage registry. Go there and see how they Trade these things, just a trip to any of the LG registry and see things for yourself,he go shock you say to get witness and signee no dey difficult.,Abi no be all these your council workers? these hungry lot's? It is so convenient for you to push him to submit a cover letter since you won't be the one to be banned. You do not need to agree with my points, let the Op go with your suggestion of Writing a Cover letter for submission and report back to house how it pans out. #EOD Please stop this here. There is no marriage and the certificate is fake, buying certificate from LG registry does not make it genuine. I really don't know why some of you here are so supportive of fraud. |

Marriage is indeed a mixture of luck & gamble........ I think you have a point there especially marriage these days, human beings are unpredictable, a woman/man that will leave you will do so no matter how good of husband/wife you are. So if luck is on your side you meet someone who is ready to tolerate your nonsense and vice versa then the joyride will last longer |
