I want to apply for UK visa for myself and my wife, for this summer vacation. However, my wife was refused US visa just two weeks ago.

My question is; will my wife denial of the US visa (just 2 weeks ago) have any adverse effect on our UK application? Are we applying too soon?

Please I need your advice everyone.

Please help me travel experts I’m a Graduate with 3rd class degree, currently still on my one year NYSC program which will end by February 2023,Now here is my confusion I want to start processing UK/Canada Study and Work Visa.
But my Questions are does any of the two countries I intend applying for accept third class for Master’s or Post graduate Diploma study?
Will they require my NYSC completion certificate?

Or probably should I apply for fresh degree program as I’m 28 years old already?

Yea for the 10 year route, unfortunately Tier 4 and PSW visa do not count for the 5 year route.

The below is just to tell prospective students about an easy job they can do in the UK.
I have noticed that many Nigerian and Indian students PSW visa are been rejected at alarming rate due to exceeding 20hrs of work.
Some of these students have no choice than to work above 20hrs because they will immediately be sacked. Some of them solely depend on this income as they borrowed to come. If you work in warehouse jobs, security jobs, kitchen porter jobs e.t.c, you will be given shifts more than 20hrs a week. So everyone, endeavour you have money before coming to the UK so you won't default.

SOLUTION

To resolve this problem, apply to a stay-at-home call centre job. The job is only about 4hrs daily from Monday to Friday, 5pm to 9pm.
This is exactly 20hrs. It is very easy as you will just be answering calls. You will have time to focus on your assignment. The job is also a professional job that can be transferred and added to your CV unlike those aforementioned jobs.
You should have quiet space to work at home with a strong WIFI connection. Many other telecommunication companies have these opportunities.

Before embarking on this japa process, I had enquire about cost of living and job opportunities, these pays a high role in considering planning of expenses, before choosing schools in these regions, it not just all about applying to any school, but being strategic about it.


Bottom line is, IF you are an IT professional, that’s serious with his career and has a goal, you will never suffer or regret your movement to UK.

With all these bills you stated above, a lot of Nigerians are in the UK thriving and doing great things back home.

I know a graduate who worked in Nigeria for 35 years and was able to build just one bungalow and doesn't have a car till today . I also know a non-graduate(Nigerian) who's has lived and worked in the UK for just 8 year and has 10 houses in Nigeria and two in the UK and also changing cars like handkerchief...this is the type of story that drive Nigerians.

I got a sponsorship job and the are ready to issue me COS to switch immediately. Please will there be an implications if I switch now? It's a more draconian stance along the lines of Theresa May's policy of (making the UK Inhospitable for illegal immigrants) and the major problem I have with the Rwandan policy is the fact that the Rwandan Govt may think they are getting free money from the UK Govt in return but how many dangerous criminals from Eastern Europe will end up in Rwanda and cause trouble all over Africa.

What happens if the fugitives on the above Europol list claim asylum in the UK and are immediately sent to Rwanda and these are dangerous criminals if you look at the faces and crimes they committed on the above list.

I just hope the British are not again playing on the naivety and laziness of African leaders when it comes to doing their own personal research as the Brits may intentionally see this Rwanda policy as a way of dumping dangerous criminals in Africa as it serves 2 purposes for the Brits - 1. They can report falling numbers of illegal immigrants (an election winner in Britain for any political party) and 2. If dangerous criminals are dumped in Africa, crime will drop in the UK and it will go up in Africa.
