Honestly you are not answering me questions.

Yes if your company is in a bad shape and its your only source of income then you shouldn't use it for visa application

sir the business is not a sole proprietor i don't think i can dump funds in the account and declare it as profit i have to reveal the source of income (documented) that's why i had to register the company open an account for it and pay myself
So how many people are involved in this business? Is the 200-300 a net profit from the business or gross one?

You don’t use business money for a leisure trip, you use your net profit while the business account acts as your tie to Nigeria.

You can’t just pay yourself salary, that is like setting your own exam questions and writing It then claim to be very clever student .

It was on Saturday evening, I had an acquaintance (I would not calk him friend coz I have not been too long with him, but we have our bond and chemistry effortlessly). He came to me ,I could sense he was greatly troubled and needed I to tell you I asked him what troubled him?
He opened up to me that he wanted to travel to Ghana with his two close friends. The requirement was that no more than 50k would be be incurred but they(him and his friends) had no place of abode. They had planned to roam the street and favorably someone would be concerned to help them.
He came saying these to me, and I know he yearns for my words but I don't know what to tell him. Please nairalanders what would you say to this account,
Any advice?
Any input?
Any experiences??

P.S : they are leaving in search of greener pastures

I mean aku odun ooo. Is Sunday and Eid.
In summary, is just a discussion where I listed bills of a student who wished to rent a Studio flat with the spouse (I said he/she need to b aware of additional bills lyk water, energy, council tax e.t.c. The beautiful Olori said students are exempted from council Tax and I asked if it applies for both Full and part time. Was just pointing out that students and dependent only get council tax exemption if the dependent is not granted permit to work or not working.
That was not my question, you said International students can study part time?

International part time students are still granted visa in UK. You said students are exempted from council tax which indirectly means both Full/Part time. Lastly if a student is coming with his/her spouse, they still need to pay council tax as far the Dependent his working. They are qualify for Council tax reduction. Counci tax exemption will be granted if a student is full time and the dependent or spouse is not permitted to work. Api Eid Mubarak

US Travel Ban May Last Until 2021
international travel will be very challenging until the coronavirus pandemic is over worldwide in 18 to 24 months (once we have herd immunity, preferably through a vaccine or the virus has gone through the population).

It is challenging for leisure travelers to plan trips due to possible second or third waves that may suddenly make transit points non-accessible or destination countries borders closed or requiring quarantine upon arrival.

I would be very hesitant to book any travel now beyond domestic within the United States or perhaps within Schengen countries in Europe (for later this year).

Perhaps it is better to start planning for trips in 2021 and just write off 2020

Watch American news, Trump says it every day. Now last days are only authorized local trips. No enter or traveling abroad unless it's repatriation, deportation or American citizens' return. No foreigners admitted in US, some exceptions apply. Try to travel and see by yourself. Everybody here knows it.

No, in this case, only the student needs to apply first. It also depends on the family plan. Do they want to go together or they want one person to go over first, after some time, the 2nd person will apply and come over.

That rule was specifically for families with children.
This is not true, they can apply together even with kids if they can afford it. There is no rule that says that the main applicant has to apply first.

If you like don't believe. I am an adult and I can't just lie. My six-month visa stayed 16days instead of two weeks. My two years visa stayed 3months and then applied for five years and stayed six months. The advice I give is that one should not make UK his home by frequently visiting or overstaying.
Tell that to a year old baby

#Justwise is very true. All my visa applications I didn't explain because there is a place in a drop box that u will be asked how many times av u travelled in the uk, then how long did u stay. No need of explaining any thing if you had a genuine reason that u visited and u never overstay. My 1st visa for six months I put Two weeks and stayed more, then another visa I stayed 3months and the next six months I stayed, So I never explained and got all my visa. I will advise that the person in question need not explain too much, if no overstay, just tell the ECO that u really enjoyed your vacation in the UK and will be glad if given another opportunity.
I don't believe your story period and i would't advise anybody to do so.

I think by the time the full details are worked out they are going to put in some conditions restricting it to a certain period of time.

Another good news, medical soldiers of covid19, that died at the covid19 war front.....

Their families would now get ILR, due to death of their medical soldier, at the covid19 war front.....

That includes Health Care Assistants, Porters, Ward clerks etc etc

Another reversal of immigration policies.....
I have mixed feelings about this bereavement scheme , so one has to die before his/her loved ones benefits? How about giving them ILR while that DrHealth Care Assistants, Porters, Ward clerks, or career is still alive?

What if he was on multiple entry visa? would this count? As long as he declares how long he spends in the Uk, I see no problem here at all. ECO are humans too and they factor all of this into it. Is three weeks enough for him to work in the UK? Absolutely not!

I have had unused US visa before because plans changed, my intention was to travel with friends when I applied but life happened and I didn't use the visa at all...was this a problem when I decided to apply again? Absolutely not!
How do you know that?

If you don't explain what happened how do you expect the ECO to figure that out?

I seriously do not think that you know what you are talking about

No recourse to public funds, overstaying, working, etc.

I mean it is just 3 weeks he spent. People extend their vacation all the time, it is no big deal. Humans are not robots...
Just 3 weeks? Did you present the budget of 3wks or 7days? Yes people can extend their holiday to 2-3 days but not 3weeks especially when you have indicated 7days.

So what is wrong with explaining that if you have a good reason why you stayed longer? Humans should be robot and do exactly what they are programmed to do else the robot will be useless.

Ya. Some schools will and some won't depending on the terms of condition especially after receiving CAS.
There is no bidding condition that gives the school the right not to refund deposit.

Typical Nigerians. They have drained the OP and used him to get what they want. Now they kicked him to the curb. Even the ones asking him to come back you're only interested in the information, u are not standing up for him. This is why some of us in Germany don't like to come here and help others.

@Danielhouston if u are reading this you have done a great job and people will not forget u. Just focus on your life and leave this people alone they don't deserve you

I'm disappointed u wuld say this. Anybody who reads this thread can see that the different opinion u are talking about are not really different opinion. They r people who just came here to cause confusion and don't know what they're talking about. They don't even live in Germany or know the law. I live in Germany and the OP has said nothin but the truth. Im even wowed by his knowledge cos some of us in Germany are also learning from it. This thread is not for entertainment or to argue. Anybody that has a different opinion should at least quote the law as the OP is doing. Opinion will not help anybody travel to Germany. It is only what is in the law.
Dude people are allowed to disagree with the op or have different opinions, it's a healthy thing in any civilised society, even if their opinions are wrong they are within their rights to express them. As long as this is done politely then I don't see any issue with this.

A lot more people here support the op and some will not, that is how life is.

You don't have to live in Germany to have an opinion.

This thread will be boring if you have everyone reading your posts on your side, some will definitely have different opinion to your narrative and honestly i don't see anything wrong with that as long as its done politely.

The Issue of racism/immigration is a touchy topic and people's experiences differs, you will be challenged whether you are for or against racism/immigration .

I don't want to start hiding or banning people(expect the rude ones) just because they disagreed with you.

You are more than capable to engage them constructively without war of words.

Ok lets just pretend as if we don't know that this marriage is in ICU. :- bros I am hoping not at all. Since she got this indenfite leave last year she has bin acting strange, all plans still hanging to join her.

You can compare the UK to Nigeria on individual bases because there are Nigerians who are doing very well than many us here:- please why do you say so that most Nigeria are doing very well than some of u guys in UK? I taught the UK have every good thing in place and their money is strong and their pay is higer than we in Nigeria. Most bankers I know in Nigeria are earning very good money compare to bankers in the UK, please why? Thank you for your response.
Yes the U.K has almost everything in place for you to live comfortably but like they say... better soup na money... the more you earn the more you pay into the system to support its smooth running. That is why you have ‘free healthcare’ free education, benefit system etc.

To large extent there is a high level of accountability here and corruption is not celebrated.

If you live within your means in the U.K you will not struggle to meet your needs, so it’s not necessarily about how much you earn, it’s about how much you saved.

You and your wife will be fine if both are financially responsible.
