CHRISTIANITY is the belief that jesus is the son of God sent to die for our sins and take the place of cattle and rams in sacrifice to wash away our sins so that we could be acceptable to God.It is also a christ like way of life[following the ways of jesus].
if you cant find any contradiction or wrong in what i stated above then you should shed more light on why there is no truth in christianity.
and looking at my second sentence on christianity, it is clear that you were never a christian but a CHURCH GOER and i ll tell you what-demons go to church too.

About the contradictions so you mean all these years you realy never knew that the bible was written by humansthe bible is is book of accounts,stories and personal ideas and opinions written by MEN.

ALSO can you tell me what you find wrong in the christian doctrine for which you now seek in islam?

i will only respect a pastor when he follows the teachings of jesus to give out a coat when he has two,when he stops amassing wealth from offerings while the poor in the church are struggling to pay church dues,when he drops all that he has to follow jesus as jesus commanded for until then i know he is there for the money and fame

JESUS IS NOT GOD!he is the son if he is God using mark 16.19 why would he be sited at the right hand of God?i definitely cant sit at my right hand

you still dont get my point -jesus cried because he was as human as you and me(the same way you would have felt the pain is the same way he felt it)
if he did not suffer the pain then what was the use of him dying on the cross

I don't know why anybody should doubt the authenticity of Christianity because of contradictions in the bible because we all know that the whole bible was written by human authors who either wrote about accounts of events or their own opinions about several things.
so of course there will be errors in their writing and the translation to english.nobody claims it was written by God

I do not wish to derail the thread but what jesus meant by that is( john3:35-the father loves the son and has put EVERYTHING in his power)which means that the father knows that whatever the son does is what he would have done hence anything that proceeds from the son is the same as the father which is why they are one.

so what s ur opinion as i ve told u why he cried on the cross

first tins first jesus is not a god
jesus foretold his death which shows that that is the purpose for which he came to earth. he cried because the pains were real(it would not be special if he could not feel the pain)but he was ready to bear it all to redeem man to God
if he saved himself he would not have fulfilled his mission here on earth
and i dont think it would have bin much fun killing rams and sprinkling blood every now and then

jesus died that bloody death on the cross to wash away your sins that whosoever believeth in him shall not perish but have everlasting life.his blood has taken the place of cattle and rams.God made it clear in the old testament that blood shed is important for washing away sins. if you dont believe in jesus get your rams ready cos there is no way you would get to heaven with all that sin.
there is still time to believe in him to cleanse you of your sins.

You are right though but if you cannot pin point that he is false there is no need to run away from the church cos if it is by how they extort you then there will be very few churches to go to.

so why are you telling us??Are we supposed to worship him,pray through him or abandon our churches for his?

The only acceptable ground for leaving a church for another is when you know that the pastor or priest in the church is not a true man of God

Abraham was able to take ISAAC for sacrifice because he did not tell Sarah and Isaac about it. he told them they were going to offer a sacrifice to God and that God will provide the animal for sacrifice.
I have grounds to believe that it was ISAAC to be sacrificed because Isaac was the promised child borne to him in old age and with the promised child already born it will not have been hard for Abraham to sacrifice ishmeal.(GOD WANTED TO TEST ABRAHAM'S OBEDIENCE)
If Abraham did not find it hard to send ishmeal away on SARAH'S WISH why would he find it hard to kill him on GOD'S COMMAND?Huh??

I see evolution as a paralysed theory because we all have to agree that no matter what humans and plants evolved from there is someone that created those things

Is there any religious book that is imitated and lest you forget a lot of stories in the qur'an are in the jewish bible and the old testament of the christians' so explain yourself more!

The first muslims cannot be any of the people of the jewish descent because God instituted judaism in the time of moses. if islam was already in existence and was approved by GOD he would not have instituted judaism through prophet musa.this is to say that even Adam and Abraham were not muslims

Alright i am confused!isn't your allah the God the jews worship and who has revealed himself to them and even ordained their mode of worship through prophet musathey practice judhaism not islam
