Romance › Re: Loneliness Or Desperation? by KateSpade(op): 4:22am On Dec 02, 2012
queensmith: Of course she is desperate, who doesn't want a partner in life? Who is the loner that doesn't want company? You have a bf, you probably don't know how that is.

It's cruel of you not to introduce her (if you really think she needs it, soo far the only problem I see is stupidity, not necessarily desperation) She probably doesn't need you to introduce her to men because meeting men isn't ever a problem. She just needs to be smarter with the decisions on who she sees and know who not to take seriously

Anyway, long story short, get off your high horse, if you think she will benefit from meeting your friend, introduce them. . . .(unless you actually like them. . . ) or allow her. Assuming she isn't ready to meet your friends is just plain rude. . . . some women think having a bf makes you a professor on happiness. . . . it gets soo annoying.
Thanks!

Romance › Loneliness Or Desperation? by KateSpade(op): 6:11pm On Nov 30, 2012
I have an issue with my best friend. She just doesn't know how to completely cut off any male in her life. She will date numerous guys at the same time, get into an argument then continue talking to them for years because she believes someday they will change or they have 1 or 2 good qualities. The most recent guy is 33, with 3 kids who likes her but not enough to take her out on an actual date. I suggested months ago that she needs to get rid of him and she agrees and says that he is just there to keep her warm. I just don't know how to help her anymore nor do I want to hear about how he or the other dumb guys upset her anymore. I talked to my bf about it cuz every time we go out with her its always a different guy, he believes she is desperate. I know decent men that I could introduce her to but at the same time I don't think believe she is ready for someone good. What do u think? And what do you think I should advise her to do, or just avoid her anytime she brings these wasteful guys around?

Romance › Re: Girls Giving Out Their Numbers by KateSpade(f): 9:04pm On Oct 18, 2012
The man probably is amusing to me in some way (makes me laugh or think) or we share a common interest. But it all depends on my mood. Like my bf, I gave him my number because he did make me laugh and he was swayed by my mood (I was in no mood to talk that day).

Let's hope you are making the right decision before sleeping with people, and if you are then you are able to be ok with yourself at the start and end of each day that's what matter's most.
Romance › Re: Why Do Women Love To Marry Medical Doctors? by KateSpade(f): 3:50pm On Oct 11, 2012
Some women like men with a good job. Doctor, lawyer, engineer, might mean security for them.

I don't mind dating people in the medical field but not so sure about marriage because that is a lot of stress.

Romance › Re: I Won't Marry A Nigerian Man Because They Rate Women By Their Cooking Skills? by KateSpade(f): 11:06pm On Oct 01, 2012
I won't marry a Nigerian man because they marry on cooking abilities and I can't cook. . .I'll rather marry a white man because they are more civilized.
Don't you think thats a bit much? Yes, its wrong to rate people but shouldn't you know how to cook for your own personal benefit. Everyone has to eat, you should know how to take care of yourself, for you. I can't be with a guy who can't even take care of himself or else I wonder about his home training. And if you want to marry a white man, more power to you but if you believe they are more civilized you are in for a rude awakening.
Romance › Re: When Long-Distance Relationship Ends - Advice On Adjusting by KateSpade(op): 3:19pm On Oct 01, 2012
Sister, i must ask some questions first, 1. Were u guys keeping in touch while he was away? 2. Aw long was d relatnship before he left?
Speaking from experience, i was away from my baby for 10 months and wen we got back, it was hotter than before. Infact we are married now. Its all about what u want but first, u av to answer those questions.
1.Yes we are keeping in touch
2. Hmmm we have been together for about a year before he left. (but there were times when we both were apart from each other during that year)
