It does not mean the word of God was no longer relevant, but that men abandoned it to seek their own  ways. another man comes,picks it up reads it and applies it and start seeing the results.

it is extremely selfish to refuse to attend to the possibility of many Gods and their roles in the Universe. Isn't God more real than Gods to us in this times? Isn't there the cultural factor? The idea of God or Gods, is more or less a convenient answer to all questions, that an inquisitive man seeks, his beginning, and that of his world and their essence. Before indulging in his definition, the means to perceive or acknowledge his Being, has to be ascertained or else, we are defining more or less nothing.

From my view, God comes into existence in the mind of a man, germinates and develops within. Develops extraordinary attributes and supernatural powers which can shake and terrify an entire civilization but can never step out the MIND.

God is omnipotent, that is a phenomenon, which necessarily arises in every culture, society and man about the globe. An entity which manages to survive in the different and contradictory forms, at different times.

I nevertheless consider God as never dying, never changing, contradictory, omnipotent, omnipresent, non matter, unlimited, undefinable, unrestrained by time -- NoTHING.

The general subjection of women to men, especially in marriages is cultural. it is widely common in Africa to treat women as near commodity. In a reasonable marriage, there should be mutual respect for each another, not seeing the other as inferior by reason of sex.

Sometimes, women cause it for themselves, in cases whereby they marry men far older than they are. There then would be wide gulfs in manner of thinking and values. the age difference too is, another source of conflict.
