i use cheb, cheb is good, pls, beware of bad gas, it can destroy ur ac system and kill d compressor, speaking from personal experience, desist from maxron

Same here, though no problem apart from my steering pump/hose which is slightly leaking,...... Could that be a possible reason for that?

i removed the gear transmission range sensor, cleaned and reset it to neutral, i then went ahead and reset d tps, the tps should give u a 5v on idle and 4.5v when accelerated completely, this is done by putting d ignition on, u don't need to start d car before setting it

Coz if I refill it again it's obvious before a month it might be back to same junction of no freon

you have a leak somewhere, do u perceive a smell in d morning when start d car and put on d ac?

Now, i noticed that the engine has started loosing compression when the ac is on, i would have to switch the ac off before it can pick acceleration, if i throttle, it hesitates before picking, it sometimes looks like it's Not changing gear as it should, even to climb hill, e go kind of dey crawl, if i come to a near stop, and throttle to move, it won't respond immediately, i would have to press d throttle like twice or thrice before it will move, d gear 1 sometimes can't climb a small culvet, pls, what could be happening and what can i do?

Scanned, all i got was ECT P2185 and ABS, this are codes that were there before this issue, i am yet to deal with this codes

cause normally, it shouldn't go beyond 2.2k rpm before it will change from gear 1 to 2 and it is supposed to reduce in 3,4 & 5

I'll look into the fuel pump, I noticed the car jerks when I try to accelerate and when I down shift to overtake.

But where do I get quality pumps, I don buy 2 pumps in the space of 6 months.

Ogas in the house I have issues with my car A/C.
It's a Nissan Almera 1998 with the Sr20 engine.
I noticed each time I turn on the A/C, the car would find it difficult to rev hard. The RPM is slightly above 800 with A/C on and does not seem low but when you try to rev the engine it responds slowly as if the engine is under immerse load and accelerate as if it's towing something heavy.
I also noticed the A/C works or cools fine when the car is in motion or when you rev it up, but doesn't really work fine when stationary.
The car has manual transmission and runs perfect without A/C.
Pls I need help as my A/C guy does not know what to do again and is confused.

clean ur fuel filters, if very dirty, buy another one, also, check if ur fuel pump is pumping fuel at d required PSI.

I have taken care of d AC thermostat malfunction, i reduced d gas to the extent where d thermostat started cutting, but, it still vibrates when it's in gear and break is depressed with d AC on, if i put the gear in neutral, it will stop vibrating

Oga, for ur own good, pls just use d manufacturer's recommended fluids, don't go for less, so many people from experience can attest to the ills of using a non recommended fluid in a car. Take my advice and thank me later

gear oil DW1

engine oil is 5w20

Gazzuzz has original 5w20

Just make sure the vehicle papers are original, after purchase, get a receipt of payment, a letter of change of ownership from the owner, go to the nearest court, get an affidavit for change of ownership, then go to the nearest police station, with d court affidavit, apply for a statement for change of ownership, pls make sure the vehicle has an authentic proof of ownership, vehicle registration, CMR, road worthiness, and insurance, then head on to where the vehicle registration was issued, if it was issued in festac, or apapa or mushin or ikeja, go back there, get a re-issue in ur name, there and then other documents will be issued to u, the change of ownership will now be in ur name

it's d ball joint that pulls off, and this ia so because of the way it was manufactured it is positioned, this is also compounded by the careless attitude and mismanagement of drivers, if attention is paid to it, good management culture is developed, and perhaps changing it every six months with quality ones, u will not have problem, EOD is a nice car,

pls, when buying, get a good toks, and when buying a nigerian used, pls, make sure that mechanics have not raped the engine, u can contact one of the gurus on this platform to help u in getting a good one
