My people in the UK, I'm ready to move in too. I will be applying for visa anytime from January or February but before I take the step, pls, I need this question; HOW MUCH DO YOU SPEND WEEKLY OR MONTHLY?

Because as it is now, I'm thinking of killing the idea of moving to the UK due to what my guys (3 friends) there are telling me.

Make I no leave my "better" life here go enter stress that doesn't worth it (according to them).

PLS, HOW MUCH DO YOU SPEND WEEKLY OR MONTHLY?

It's not too late for me to forget about it oo. Thanks!!
Do you want to travel or you want to generate another abroad vs Nigeria stupid debate?

What you are asking can be found online if you do your research, you don't need anyone in this forum to tell you, besides everyone case is different except your intention is to start another stupid debate or argument.

As for me, I'll jump and pass.

Please for someone who was supposed to start in September 2023 but had to defer to September 2024 due to delay in visa. Passport was stamped this October, is it compulsory to send IRCC the new September 2024 LOA that just arrived even after visa has already been stamped based on the initial LOA?

I expect that IRCC should know that by stamping the visa in October for a September 2023 program, the person will have to defer.

YourGFsnatcher:
I will not advise you to go to Canada. We just finished a webinar on relocation, ALL the participants from Canada are regretting ever going there especially at this moment. Canada was good, but they are undergoing a serious economic crisis, housing has sky rocketed. You need at least three jobs to stay put. On average salary u will spent almost 70% of it on rent. You need other jobs to take care of other bills. Something terrible is currently happening there. But if you want to relocate you can check other countries that are still okay, that are not undergoing any economy crisis. Cos it won't be good to go with your small change and have to spend it all without even fully settling. I will advice you take that job. Your life is set already. You can go to any country for vacation u like with that salary and you will live large in Nigeria. Before you can live large in Canada it ll tale years or the mighty grace of God... u ll only be working hard to keep up with the bills. If you have a car, car insurance alone is 500 dollars monthly. That's almost a small car in Nigeria. This means Before u finish paying your bills, buy a car and pay for everything to drive a car in Canada will not be Bean's. But in Nigeria all these are already made for you.
While there are issues currently, you just exaggerated a lot of things you wrote.
Insurance is not $500 monthly, I don't know where you got that info. Besides, 2 people can have exactly the same car but pay different insurance premiums due to their individual driving records, location and license.

Secondly you said he can go to vacation to any country he likes with that salary, are you for real? grin How can 500k naira or 1m salary take you to vacation to any country? Do you realize that 1m is less than 1k USD, have you checked flight tickets lately? grin

He is been advised not to go to Canada and instead take the job because he has a visit visa not cos of the reasons you stated above. The exaggerated reasons you stated above is not enough not to go if he had a PR and has factored in the big picture.

Now, every country has issues from time to time. The difference between first world and third world countries like Nigeria is the ability to confront and solve the issues. In 2008, there was an economic crash in the west, years after the recovered and started booming again. People who migrated in 2008 despite having it rough at that time are all balanced now. So having problems are not new but trust me, 2 to 3 years from now, these issues will become old story, that is the advantage of first world countries. If the current government can't solve it, we vote them out.

The same thing can't be said for Nigeria. The problems of 1999 have not been solved and has continue to pile up more problems every year and every administration. If you have noticed every past administration is always better than the current one since 1999. Unfortunately as a country, we can't even remove a nonperforming government so the chances of ever solving Nigeria problems is very low.

Inflation in Canada currently is around 4% and everyone is angry. You can feel the anger everywhere, the current government is sweating and under pressure, the opposition is currently leading in the polls and favored to win the next election. In Nigeria where inflation is up to 30% for only God knows when, I don't see the level of anger I see in Canada, the leaders are so comfortable, no pressure on them at all, I don't know how they will be serious in solving Nigeria problems.

In summary, the current economic climate in Canada is tough at the moment but we are happy it's going to be temporary as both ruling and opposition parties are trying to address the issues. If you want to migrate legally and you have crossed your i's and dotted your T's grin, don't be deterred. By the time this current issues are resolved, there may not be oportunnities to migrate again. They may reduce or change their immigration targets and make it harder for people to migrate. Immigration is not static, it can change at any time.

I hear you my brother. Thing is, I don't have work permit, and from what I understand from my folks there advising me to stay in Naija it'll be a real hustle.
I also hear of people relocating back. It's a REAL dilemma! Driving me nuts!!!
When I read the headline I thought you got PR. My brother visit visa is not a visa for relocation, understand that and have peace.

If you had a PR, I would have advised you to go. 500k is just 650 CAD as at today. It may become 500 CAD before December they way things are going. That means you are better off earning in CAD than that useless naira.

But since you are on visit visa, it's better you stay in Nigeria.

TravelRe: What I Noticed About Friends Abroad by Kenn55: 4:56pm On Oct 13, 2023
I don't think the so called "friends" abroad will discourage anyone who has the money to relocate. I think the discouragement comes when they see you are likely going to be a burden they can't bear.

Let me share my own experience.

I have a friend, we graduated together way back, he is married with 3 kids and works in Lagos. He has been planning to relocate to Canada through school. I have even advised him on the issues just to help him make the right choice. However, I didn't know that his plan to relocate was for me to sponsor him by paying his school fees, supplying the POF for visa and him living in my house for the program. He said he will start paying me back when he arrives and start working.

I told him I can't afford to do that. Even if I have that money, there are still line up of people who are closer to me that requires assistance before him. Meanwhile he is still owing me a total of N1.15m for more than 4 years now and I have left it for him. I only give people what I can afford to loose cos there is no guarantee that the reciever will pay you back.

I told him that staying in Nigeria is probably better for him since he doesn't have the funds to relocate and he went to tell people that I'm discouraging him rather than helping him relocate and that I'm not a good friend.

lol I uploaded my letter of acceptance to be precise.
I think I’ve come to a conclusion that these people do as they like. I mean they give biased reasons to not just approve your visa just do your best and hope on God.
I can remember earlier today someone on here complained about dragging them to court with an immigration lawyer after having solid funds and documents they had not choice than to ask for settlement instead of going to trial.
They didn't refuse you on financial grounds initially probably because they didn't even get to the point where they evaluated it. Sometimes IRCC evaluates applications step by step, the basic step first then the more complex steps follow. So if they can't find an important document during the basic evaluation, the reject the application without going through other details.

Now, from what you wrote, your application doesn't seem convincing to even me sef. You can't be paying just 2k out of a total cost of 80k while showing big account statement. Since you are going for a 4 year program, it would have made sense to at least pay for 1 year tuition.

Note that to get a settlement or favorable decision in court, your application must be clearly tight even to a blind man. IRCC wins cases too. My cousin got a settlement cos it is very obvious IRCC got it wrong. The school fees he fully paid for his 1 year masters program was 49,950 CAD and not even 45,000 CAD as I wrote earlier. So he only needed to show just 10k living expenses but he showed 25k USD without lump sum. So you see why IRCC settled the case.

I will advise you to pay at least 1 year school fees and be clearer on your finances. While it looks like you have solid funds, if you do the maths well, it doesn't look that solid for a 4 year program.

Hi guys,
I remember asking about judicial review here. I want to give an update for the benefit of people who might be in that situation.

My cousin going for 1 year MSc, school fees 45k CAD fully paid, living expenses in 6 months account statement submitted both in USD and naira total of 25k USD, no lump sum, newly married but wife not going with him for stronger home ties, yet after all these, he was denied twice with their insufficient finance and other grammar.

From all indications, the main reason why they denied him is that all his siblings are in Canada. He is the only one remaining in Nigeria. They didn't say that is the reason but in GCMS note, the officer noted that point indirectly.

So my cousins here contacted a lawyer and filed for judicial review at the Federal court. Before even getting to the stage where the Judge will grant the Application for Leave, the IRCC lawyer reached out for settlement. Dem no wan face judge defend their decision grin

So the litigation was withdrawn and after 2 weeks, the gave him PPR. However this cost almost 8k CAD for Lawyer fees to go through that process. Canadian lawyers no get joy for money oooo grin but it was worth it at the end.

Like I suspected, IRCC sometimes intentionally deny people with other biased reasons different from what they state on paper. This is because they know pursuing judicial reviews is expensive so students would likely keep applying and give up at the end. Fortunately in saner climes, people who do bad avoid going to court cos they know the consequences unlike in Nigeria, people will commit crime and tell you to go to court grin

If you are denied and you are sure you have a solid case, don't be scared to go to court if you have the money. If IRCC see you have gone to court, they will offer you settlement before it gets to a Judge and you will get a PPR afterwards. IRCC does not want to waste time and money to fight for a case they know they will likely loose so they will rather settle it and move on.

I followed this case because my sibling (last born) is also the only one remaining in Nigeria and coming through school next year. Now my cousin own has worked, I'm now confident my sibling own will work next year if not by normal process then by judicial review.

Goodluck to everyone applying for a visa.

RomanceRe: Homosexuality: What Changed? by Kenn55: 9:24pm On Oct 04, 2023
Flamemignon1:
First of all, it's a sexual attraction so it's not about who give whom what,I didn't choose to be attracted to men same way you didn't choose to be attracted to women, it's just is, I tried to get rid of it like a stain but the more I tried, the more it became stronger,it was so bad that I was sleeping with women everyday and every night just to see if I could change. If we are going into sex with whom,I can tell you that anal sex with a man is quite different from anal sex with a woman,I've had both and believe me,a man's ass has much more pressure than a woman's,you can research it if you want, it's natural making it better for anal sex than a woman's but nothing compares to the vagina though, it's naturally lubricated and it's tight but it can go as far as the anus.

Moreover, nobody can please you like the same sex which is true because they are literally you, they know the points in their body that turns you on and even how to make their genitals orgasm because it's their body too and to prove this fact,a study was done between gay men and straight men and also between lesbians and straight women,it was to find out who had better orgasms and lesbians came out on top because they are their fellow women, they know where to touch to give them pleasure and make their vaginas orgasm and in some cases squirt and gay men had better sex and orgasms than straight men which started with four play and ended with ejaculation,do you even know men squirt too? not to talk about the prostate orgasm which is in the ass and the orgasm is 8 times more intense than a normal penile orgasm,a lot of straight men don't know much about their own anatomy because they are off just pleasing women forgetting about other pleasures of their own bodies exists than just penile orgasm

I love your analogy but I think we are actually conflating two things here which are "normal" and "natural",the former is socially inclined while the latter is innate, everything you wrote in that excerpt falls under the normal plain not the natural field, it's natural for a straight man to feel sexually attracted to the women especially during the early stages of puberty,he's attracted to the opposite sex regardless of the woman's position in his life, incest was a normal thing in ancient times especially during the royals of Prussia now Germany,it was to keep bloodlines pure but on the normal plain, he knows he shouldn't harbour these feelings then those feelings turns into disgust as inbreeding is terrible especially if they have intentions of continuing their family

Normally I back off when it comes to religion but I will bite, the bolded should be most Abrahamaic religions not all religions which in itself resurrected from Zoroastrianism making it skeptical for historians to believe them as stand alone religions and homosexuality isn't abhorred in Hinduism, they even have a gender fluid god and even a third gender not to talk about confucianism, Buddhism, Sikhism that even okays same sex marriage

Also you mentioned China which homosexuality was as normal as heterosexuality before the west did what they do best , Ancient China even had a gay emperor who was in love with the commander of his army, it's even inspired a famous Chinese poem, the let go of western religions today but not their laws. Also,if you want to bring ancient Africa to the mix, Uganda had a gay king who even had boy wives before the west came and did what they do best and that's just Uganda

You are confusing your version of happiness for everyone's version of happiness, happiness is subjective and kids doesn't make everyone happy,my uncle and his wife are examples of this, married for 23 years(it will be 24 by December) with no kids, they never wanted kids as they are both professors and they love travelling the world and they are happier than ever. It's folks like you that guilt trips people to join the bandwagon to just push out kids with no future set for them, that's why we have kids who turn up to be nuisance of society and guess who those parents are, straight parents and besides have you heard of the term lavender marriage? It happened then and still happens now in homophobic countries, it's when a gay man marries a lesbian just to cover each other due to the judgemental and hateful society,if they wanted kids, they can have those with their lesbian sisters. Mind you,two men in a marriage are husbands,no one is dominant or submissive like a hetero marriage even hetero marriages are getting out of that stereotype, they are both men so no one is a wife and you should do more research because it's obvious you came to this argument without one, kids from same sex parents fare better than kids from opposite sex parents, that's a fact so it doesn't matter what sexuality the parents are,all that matters is they love and care for their kids because it's beginning to sound like you will love a kid to age out in an orphanage than be in a home with a love same sex couple

I did the bolded for years and it led to years and years of depression,I almost killed myself so if you know of any gay person you know personally who "converted" then tell me not the ones you have heard or seen whose journey you don't even know of and there's no problem, it's folks like you who keep telling us we are a problem making queer suicide rates go up,I hope you christians are proud of yourself

Now you muddled it all up, sex is different from sexual orientation, the former is an action while the latter is an attraction, two different things, anybody can have sex with anybody if they need to not because they want to,how do you think gay men who are still married to women do it? They think of men because sex starts from the mind before they can get erect, gay men sleep with women not because they like it but because they need it to cover their sexuality
You seem not to be interested to quit the lifestyle.
I just have another question for you before I leave the thread. This is just for educational purposes not for argument.

How does gay relationship work? Is it that only 1 person get penetrated all the time while the other person's ass is untouched or the 2 people involved get penetrated equally?

I ask because I heard that in a gay relationship one person still has to act as a woman in the relationship

Secondly, what happens to the anus in its ability to hold shit after penetrations? Since it is not designed for sex, is it not going to affect how the person poo?

Thirdly, I see men doing like women these days, some have attributed people like that to gays. Is this true?

Like I said, this is just for educational purpose not to condemn or argue with you. Thanks

Actually, there is more to homosexuality than those who engage in it think. Homosexuality is not an ordinary act. It is just like someone in the past said: "Dem no dey use clear eye do homo." And he is/was right.

Kenn55, is there a difference between the mind and brain?
Don't get me wrong, those things are wrong. I intentionally didn't want to go full religious route in my assertion, after all not everyone is a Christian. I was trying to show why homosexuality is not just wrong but abominable.
Something can be a sin but not an abomination ex fornication. At the same time, something can be more than a sin hence abominable. I was trying to narrow my assertion to focus on homosexuality alone and not just sexual sins in general.

I feel the same way you feel as a straight man when you see a naked man, nothing and yes I've had sex with women before. Infact I've slept with more women than men,I just thought I haven't found the right woman yet and it led to years and years of self hate and depression because I was sleeping with a sex that I have no sexual or romantic feelings for so I decided to get into conversion therapy (it's a camp where they think they can make gay men straight) and that was the full on definition of torture,I almost died because of the electrocution of my brain and my manhood,I finally left and It wasn't until I met my boyfriend and kissed a guy for the first time that I felt fireworks in a romantic and sexual way,now I'm happier than ever living my true self
I understand you clearly. I used to have a total hatred for gays before but have understood that the issue is bigger than we thought. Come to think of it, there is nothing a man can offer another man sexually that a woman can't offer. Even if it's about sticking it in the ass, women have better ass too and I'm sure some women won't even mind even though it's disgusting. In case of lesbians, if it's about licking, sucking, fingering their Vagina etc, then men have tongue and hands too that can do it perfectly. In fact some men will not only lick the vagina but can cook rice and beans on top of it and eat everything. So it means there is more to homosexuality than we think. Let me explain.

The brain controls everything in our body and system. The sense organs, sex organs, feeling we have etc. It is designed to function in a certain way under every situation but sometimes in some cases, it functions opposite on in reverse of what is expected. This is not always the fault of the person, sometimes it is what it is. Let me give examples

Example 1: There are straight men who don't like BBW but love slim girls while some hate and don't have feelings for slim girls but can kill for BBW. The question is why don't the like one or the other? Are both people not still women? Their brain see these categories of women differently, it isn't their fault.

Example 2: A man having a sexual feeling for his daughter or sister or mother (incest) . The brain is designed to get disgusted at this idea that is why a normal man who sees his sister naked instead of having erection, he feels disgust instead, but the same man will have erection if he sees a beautiful neighbor or colleague naked.

The difference between the 2 examples is that while in example 1 the brain in that regard is working in reverse, the problem and desire are still within the realm of natural order cos both are still women he is entitled to have feelings for which is natural for men hence,it isn't viewed as a problem. But in Example 2, the problem and desire falls out of the natural order cos you are not supposed to have feelings for your blood and that is why it is a problem.

Homosexuality falls under example 2 because the problem and desire falls out of the natural order. In all these examples, the people involved didn't intentionally choose to feel that way but unfortunately their brain malfunctions in an area that is abominable as in example
2 hence they need help. This is why I no longer go hard on gays cos I know they are battling an issue that is bigger than them.

Homosexuality is wrong. Come to think of it, this is one of the only few things all religion of the world agree on. From christianity to Islam to Hinduism etc. Even officially atheist nations like China and North Korea rejects it. Even olden days traditional people rejects it. This is to show you that this is an abomination and not just a sin.

You mentioned being happy but think about it, is this a sustainable happiness? It is a dead end if you look at the future. Even if gays can get married legally, aren't they gonna have children? Are they going to be happy when they are 65, getting old and weak with no child not to talk of grand child? Or are they going to adopt a child formed and born by the same woman they are running away from?
Since we accept that homosexuality is in born, that means the adopted child can be straight. If that is the case, what will become of the adopted child who is straight and grow up to find out that he/she does not have a mother and the "mother" is a man? His/her parents are 2 men kissing each other as husband and wife, is the life of the child not damaged for life? Is that not selfish of the gays who were born and grew up in a home made of a man and woman but want an innocent child to grow up under 2 men or 2 women as parents?

While I acknowledge that how you feel is not your making but who you are, I believed it can be reversed if the right therapy is followed. I have watched videos of gays who left it and became straight. However, the first road to redemption is to acknowledge that it is not right and it is a problem. The bible says, "You shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free" Once you accept this truth and genuinely want to reverse course, I believe you can find help. But if you don't genuinely accept there is a problem, then you can't come out of it no matter the therapy.

Your case is better I believe. Since you have slept with girls, then it means you can have and sustain erection with a woman at least to have sex which is good. It would have been a different case if no woman can make you erect. So coming out of this will not be that difficult if you genuinely want to do that.

It is not your fault you are gay and I don't condemn you but I hope and pray you reverse course and come back to the natural order of things.

Lol. Absurd reasoning and hate on rich folks. The kind of hate that stems on envy.

Poor people are the worst set of people to live or relate with. No wonder the rich in Nigeria live in gated, well guarded estates that is out of bounds to people who don't belong there.

In your mind now, every rich person in Nigeria has questionable wealth.

Lol at the "Abroad is a leveler of wealth". What sort of levelling is between people who live in shared flats in London Zone 5, running to catch the tube every day and those who live in private luxury estates in London Zone 1 with a rolls Royce, chaffeur, 24 hour nannies for their children, paying almost 50k in tuition per child at Elton College.

The audacity to compare rich people to our folks in the abroad who move around with bushy hairs because they can't afford to pay £15 pounds weekly for a haircut.
Guy, first of all, you are not rich so relax. There is no where in my post that shows envy for the rich except you mean envy for lawlessness which is a privilege for Nigerians rich class.

You twist my statement to suit your stupid points. Where did I say "abroad is a leveler of wealth" as you highlighted? I said " abroad is a leveler of men" meaning the man who lives in luxury estate in London zone 1 cannot oppress the bushy hair man who lives in shared flat in zone 5 because of his wealth.

In case you don't still get my point. If Elon Musk injures an American in the US and Dangote injures a Nigerian in Nigeria as a result of reckless driving for example, who is likely going to face accountability between the 2 people based on how their society works?

Mathematically, it is appropriate for the wealthy to reside in their dominant environment. The wealthiest Japanese reside in Japan, ditto Chinese in China or Singaporeans in Singapore. Expecting your wealthiest folks to reside outside their dominant environment is an aberration. The tale that they won't get the level of respect abroad as at home is even more reason they remain in their dominant environment. Wealthy Chinese who relocate from Mainland China tend to move to Singapore or Hong Kong, where the majority look like them.

The mathematical reason is also why most black billionaires come from Africa, not the US or Europe (no black billionaire in all of Europe anyway). Sub-Saharan Africa is the home of black people. So, statistically, it should produce more black billionaires.
I understand your point but I don't think you understand what he @OP is asking. I don't think the OP meant the ultra wealthy like billionaires. I don't think anyone expects the likes of Dangote to migrate and officially reside abroad, it doesn't make sense.
I think the OP is asking about the rich in general not necessarily the level of Dangotes. Wealth get levels naa

Hi guys. I’d wanna spend my Christmas in Naija.

Finished my studies, got my Work Permit and Work Visa Stamped!

Hope I wouldn’t have any issues coming back?

Kindly Advice.

Regards,
Make sure you have a valid visa on your passport ooo. Work permit does not grant you entry to Canada, only your visa does. A friend nearly got deported back to Nigeria after he went for a wedding in the US. He wasn't allowed back into Canada initially but there is a law that allows you back only if your going and coming back is within 24hrs and your travel is only to the US, that's what saved him. His visa was expired but he thought work permit replaced the visa.

TravelRe: Why Do Most Wealthy Nigerians Prefer To Live In Nigeria Than To Relocate Abroad? by Kenn55: 12:52pm On Oct 02, 2023
The answer is simple. They can't get the level of respect and worship they get in Nigeria when they reside abroad. Secondly, their source of wealth will be questioned.

Abroad is a leveler of men, nobody send anybody. No special interest or recognition, no police or army following you around carrying your bag and umbrella for you cos you are a big man, everybody has 24/7 light, everybody has water rushing in their homes, everybody enjoys good roads, everybody can afford to travel to other countries because of their passport if they can afford a flight ticket not because they have billions in the bank to show the embassy etc.

So at the end, the gap between the rich and poor is narrow so nobody is going to become a slave to another person because they are rich in abroad.

So if you are a Nigerian big man, you don't want to live in a place where you become an ordinary person, you will rather want to live in a place where your wealth can make you a "god" in the eyes of the people and you can use them and the system to your advantage. In Nigeria, if you are rich, the police, judiciary, pastors etc will do your bidding, in abroad, nobody cares.

But then, don't forget that despite that, most still have properties abroad and their children also have one leg abroad through citizenship or residency incase of incasity grin Don't let them fool you, they are WISE

Middle income earner, I finally decided that we buy food in bulk after getting advice from counsellors as a way yo cushion the realities of this country.

My wife and I went to the market and spent about 200k to buy food items. Perishables were stocked in the fridge and that night, no light. Them dey bring am them dey bring am, I don burn like 45k on fuel in less than 5 days. Gen set don pack up yesterday.

Gentlemen and ladies, na the meat and fish I dey boil and smoke since morning dey cry. Tomatoes sef and other perishables don dey soft for fridge.

Tell me why one should not leave this country come rain come shine.
Chai grin grin.

Yes, you can...100%...I applied for my SOWP while my spouse was still around and it was approved. We will be travelling together next month.
Thanks.

So your spouse already got their visa before you applied for sowp? Not that you applied together
Is there anything specific to note when applying in this situation?
How long did it take?

His parents migrated legally. He is talking about illegal immigrants.

What exactly is your point and how is his parentage relevant to this specific policy issue? Do you disagree? If so, why? Do you think it will not be effective? Do you believe it’s immoral in principle?

What’s your proposed solution to illegal immigration, as an immigrant yourself? Or do you not believe it’s an issue?

Make your case and leave him and his parents alone.

You people need to learn to engage issues on the basis of logic, not sentiments and ad hominem attacks on the person making an argument.

PS. Before people start responding with irrelevant assumptions, I did not say I support what he said. I do not. The point is that irrelevant personal attacks like this serve no purpose as they fail to engage the issues raised.
I don't care what he does with illegal immigrants, I don't support illegal immigration. But children of illegal immigrants born on US soil shouldn't be denied citizenship, they didn't ask to be born there.

As a child of an immigrant himself, I expect him to show a little bit more compassion at least to the children and not trying to be more mean than even white supremacists. No other conservative has publicly targeted children of illegal immigrants, why should the only one floating this idea be one whose parents just migrated from India just 40 years ago?

You get my point now.

Others have called it a hood nigga vs a field nigga. I've called it wallpaperism. You put a tokenised fellow in charge of controversial policies that could affect their group. Its much easier to limit criticism that way.
Take Suella for e.g. first she called Pakistanis rapists, now this. All in pursuit of an election.
Too bad. This is similar to what Vivek Ramaswamy is trying to do in the US elections. Trying to be more notorious to immigrants than Trump himself just so that he is accepted by the hard far right. He wants to end birthright citizenship for children of illegal immigrants born in the US, even Trump hasn't gone that far. Imagine someone whose parents migrated to the US just 40 years ago has the guts to be spewing that nonsense. I don't blame them, they are oportuned to be born in a free society where they can aspire to rise to any position and they now feel they have arrived.

With the current interest rate? And furnished? Probably all inclusive? This is a great deal!!!

Do you know what utilities cost these days? The other day we paid $640 for gas, water and electricity - and it’s not winter yet. Last winter our enmax bill went up to $1050.

So before you comment about someone trying to rip people off, think again!!!

Check out how much property taxes are now.
Research current interest rates
Confirm rate of utilities

Then come back and apologize to poster.

SMH
Abeg no vex. Where do you pay this kind of outrageous amount on utilities? Which kind of property is that?
