Your HND transcript can also be sent but it would serve a different role from your 3year Bsc degree, this is because it complements your O level as university entrance qualification, but u are yet to mention the school you are applying to, for many schools in Germany, you would still be admitted but told to make up for the remaining ECts in Germany, others would accept your degree as it is, while few may reject it outrightly.Contact your program co ordinator for more info. Aachen, North Rhine Westphalia, is a good enough place with many other good cities around. For FH Aachen, you can assess the quality of the course in CHE/Daad rankings.. Just check the status of your course in comparison with other Hochschules that offer similar courses in Germany.

yes to the best of my knowledge I think it is possible. All you need to do is take the printed page asking you to make payment for the application (From Uni-assist) and all other documents indicating you are a prospective student. By the time you get there they will ask you for additional documents they need. But if you are talking about alternatives, I think you will have to talk to people already here in Germany to help you with that

Have you tried it bro? Or do you know of anyone who has done it successfully? I'm asking cos I found out from about 3 seperate banks including union bank, that a Form A requires an admission letter from the school at least, so it would be interesting to learn that this could be done at least for the benefit of those yet to pay. 2. It depends on your school, but your transcripts, Bsc certificate and language proficiency are the most important documents
3. Some may accept letters from your school but writing aa language test with good result makes things extremely easy

You misunderstand me, but anyhow let this issue die, I'm not interested in pushing it further, read my comment well and you'll see I don't necessarily disagree with you, just correcting a notion.

Yeah but that's a seperate issue from what we are discussing, even if you have a plan to get the money for block account, that doesn't make you rich enough at the moment to make all the applications, some people sponsor themselves for the application process so with the admission letter they can then convince those willing to help them. BTW, I would agree it is risky to do the contact thing, I'm just against the myopic view that because someone applies to study abroad then his bank account is already full to settle all application expenses. This is not an issue anyway, Ciao.

Not everyone who applies for study abroad do so because they already have the money, that's a limited perspective on how this whole thing works, I must confess to you.

I was told all the certification can be done at any high court in Nigeria.
These are my own questions :-
1. Do I need to certify English Proficiency Certificate given by the University.
2. Letter showing your final CGPA.

Well I don't know what you mean by letter showing your final cgpa, but at least you should certify your transcript of records. As for the English proficiency, it all depends. Some schools verify some of these test results online, but others may insist on certification. In general German schools do not operate under a central system hence requirements differ even under thesame faculty. The summary of my message is that your transcript must be certified, and the certification of your English certificate copy may depend on your school but there's no harm in certifying it as well just to be safe.

Bro i beg to disagree about not contacting the prog coord/advisor,sometimes daad.de often refer applicants to the school's website while it's also clearly stated on school's website that for further enquiries contact the prog director/coord/advisor... So whats the biggy? While there are schools with FAQs,some schools dont have on their websites. I don't think its a waste of time trying to make certain clarifications before applying.

Yeah I agree with you, but you only contact the prog coord after reading and searching through their website thoroughly to see if your question has been answered, for example you do not need to contact the program coord if on the website a school makes ielts compulsory for all except native speakers, but if such additional information isn't given then you make that enquiry from them. I believe that's the angle lmuhopeful is coming from.

I intend doing a postgrduate course in Munich but it all looks like no school wants to admit someone with a third class.
