Hope so, just that from my past experience, if it doesn't go flat within the first 6 months of delivery, it becomes almost an impossible mission.

Didn't feel like getting up from the bed today cuz of Jillian Michaels grin

But then i remembered my lower belly fat and I jumped up.

So this is my post-pregnancy body after 4 months and I seem to be stucked. Took this pix today just before starting my work out. Been like this since last month and the fat has just refused to leave angry

Hopefully this shredding/work out/punishment will help.
