my girlfriend invited me to her cousins birthday party that held yesterday, at first I didn't really want to go but she kept on insisting few days ago.. when she noticed I might not come, she went ahead to invite a buddie of mine who we do things together 24/7 so that guy had to press me on yesterday afternoon.

we were three who went, getting there it was filled up with lots of guys and girls... since we were invitees from her, we just sat down observing the crowd untill a girl came to bring us drinks filled our table With meat sauce..but where my girl now? she's no where to be found.. untill I saw her from afar sitting with her cousins and some other people. Staph aureus infection is mostly nosocomial which means it's mostly in hospital environment. He likely got it from the hospital. I know he has both. I read his story

Recently in January, I was urinating very frequent above normal so I went to carry out a test for infection. the test showed moderate E.Coli and protein in the urine. I received treatment in a clinic (injections and oral medications).

I went for a confirmation test last week, and the protein was negative, no E.Coli but this time Staphylococcus Aerus.

I want to ask if E.Coli can grow to Staphylococcus Aerus?

E.coli can never change to S.aureus. they are different species of bacteria. Ecoli is part of the normal flora in the intestines. It helps us synthesize vitamin K as our body cannot easily do it. It also produces some chemicals that kill harmful bacteria in the gut. E.coli can be seen in urine some few times but it becomes frequent in urine, it signals problem. E.coli also must not enter from the oral cavity to the stomach because it is an opportunistic pathogen. It is the causative agent of dysentry. It is carried by house flies from faeces into food. S.aureus on the other hand is a pathogen. We have staphylococcus species occuring naturally on our skin but not aureus. aureus is a bad bacteria. Staph aureus is rarely found in urine but if it is, you're in big trouble because it is haemolytic meaning it can destroy your blood cells and kill you by releasing toxins. She almost collapsed when she saw me inside her shop as she collected her baby from the stranger.

She did not come home straight that day as she first called mum if she was back. Though I haven't inform anybody since that day because I am still boiling inside of me till now and she has been reading it on me

let's look at it like this: I think they might not be sleeping with each other as you feel. even if she's cheating on you, I don't think she would so bold to show it off publicly. first thing to do is calm down so as not to make wrong decisions. what she did is wrong truly but do you know that many market women and shop owners are guilty of this? they engage in romantic displays like this and see it as nothing. it's the local ladies that do this a lot. your woman must be very local for her to be doing this with a bus driver. report it to the family and set your rules from now on. do not send her packing as many others posted here cos you might start regretting your actions later. let her know this is her Last chance. let her family know everything. don't forget to also carry out an investigation secretly concerning that guy. once you find out they have had something together, just send her packing. in everything you do, pls consider that child. on second thought, I hope that child is truly yours

it doesn't affect the liver in any way. the drug stagnates the HIV replication so that the cd4 cells can be produced in mass quantities. hiv replicates inside the cd4 cells and that's why the virus is difficult to destroy. the only way to get rid of the HIV in a person is by destroying all cd4 cells because they have receptors which the hiv binds to. destroying them would still leave such person vulnerable to any pathogen. hiv actually doesn't do the killing. it just wipes out the cd4 cells and then any other pathogen finishes off the host. however, there's a level at which ARV drugs are used that would make your hiv test results come back negative which means your viral load is very low just as the first 3months when you came in contact with the virus. in other words, even if you have sex with your partner, the chances of he or she getting it from you is very low. that's why those drugs are very important
