It's like you are taking the word enemy to be the direct opposite of neighbour.

No, enemy is not the word opposite of neighbour.

The word opposite of enemy is friend.

He is speaking with the knowledge of how laws amendment/annulment work.

Since the word LOVE does not disappear, it is no new law.

Probably, the issue of hardness of their heart may be the reason they excluded LOVE THY ENEMIES.

Jesus came up with what it was from the beginning.

Practical ways to love your enemies is to give them food when they are hungry and water when they are thirsty,
pray for their healing when they are ill or pay their hospital bills when they are admitted.

The law of love have been in existence but with a limited application.

My girlfriend packed her things into my house fully last 3 months cos her rent had expired and she couldn't afford to renew it .


I stay in a One bedroom apartment (self contain) but it was big enough for just the both of us , However to my surprise she arrives at my house with her bags and a little girl about 5 years old .

Now I woke up one faithful night around 2am and I was shocked to see what the little girl was doing..


This girl who is just 5 years old was praying to God on her small mattress beside our bed ,I tried very hard to remain silent and eavesdrop then I heard

" God pls provide for uncle Nonso (me) ,bless my aunty (girlfriend) and provide a new phone for uncle Nonso (Me)


After saying this weird prayer she slept back as if nothing happened


. I couldn't sleep again, I kept wondering why she prayed that God should provide a new phone for me when I already own a phone or does she thinks my phone is ugly or old?.. then a voice in my head said

"Dude she's just 5 so why expect a meaningful prayer from her "..I nodded my head in agreement

Although that increased my love for the little girl and I decided I'll start treatimg her like my child ,with that I slept off woke up early as usual and left for work .

On my way back home from work that same day ,I boarded a commercial taxi as usual to my apartment ,I was very tired so I slept a bit in the taxi .The driver woke me up when I got to my junction.i payed and stepped out .

Just as I was walking into my street I checked my pocket for my phone and it was gone !!...I screamed cos it was an iphone X plus I saved a whole year to buy it .

I tried going to the park to locate the driver and see if he helps me find It but all to no avail ,both driver and my phone were gone ..

I got home that day and I couldn't eat ,I told my girlfriend and she tried to help me track it and all but it was useless.


I suddenly remembered the young girl prayer and I begin to wonder if she is a witch or just coincidence..


The next day I woke up again around the same time ( 2 am) to find her praying and I eavesdrop again

This time she said

"God pls provide for uncle Nonso ,bless my aunty and rest in peace Mr landlord"

With that she slept off again like nothing happened,I couldn't Sleep after hearing the last part of her prayer like what does she mean by rest in peace Mr landlord.,



I must have slept off while thinking about it and by the time I woke up the in the morning ,I rushed to take my bath and leave for work .

When I got back later in the evening , I was shocked at the numbers of people in my compound , my girlfriend then told me the landlord was discovered dead on his bed this morning by his children

I suddenly remembered the little girl prayer and I shouted " witch !!!!!!".....


My girlfriend was confused and asked me who I was referring to but I told her not to worrry

I changed the topic but secretly in my heart decided that as from today I would always wake up 10 mins before 2 am so I can hear the young girl prayers,.

That night I couldn't Sleep well I was waiting for 2am so I can eaves drop on the young girl prayer.

When it was 2:05 she woke up and prayed again

" God pls heal uncle Nonso ,bless my aunty and provide plenty Food for us" ..


She slept off again and I just froze on the bed .. Heal ? But I'm not sick now ,does that mean I'll be sick ??...

I wouldn't necessarily say set aside, but upgrade where need be to the Standard of the kingdom of God which He brought, and this is essentially for those of His church.

For instance, concerning the commandment about adultery, Jesus said:

"Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery:
But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart." Matthew 5:27-28 (KJV)

Hence Jesus upgraded or if you like amended that commandment to bring it up to the level God expects of His church and those of the kingdom of God.

It's called idol in the heart. King Ahab chose such when he was searching.

Many Christians Only Know The Law Of Moses But Not That Of Christ

When Jesus began His ministry on Earth, He brought with Him a new Law, an upgrade to the Law of Moses, which consisted of a new set of commandments meant to serve as the standard of His church and those of the Kingdom of God which He was going to reinstate on Earth. Matthew 5:21-48.

Jesus also emphasized the keeping of these commandments which made up His Law. The final instruction He gave to His disciples after His resurrection and before His ascension, was to teach all men to observe them.

However despite the extent to which Jesus emphasized the keeping of His commandments or Law, it's shocking that many Christians were yet ignorant of the fact that Jesus had His own Law or commandments which they are meant to keep. When they hear of anything Law, they mind usually goes back to the Law of Moses.

They appear to turn a blind eye to the commandments of Jesus which are clearly written in the Gospels, because they have been misled to believe that keeping of Laws or commandments could only be associated with Moses not with Christ, which is completely false because Jesus made it mandatory for any follower of His to keep His Law (commandments).

John 8:31(KJV)

Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;

John 14:21 (KJV)

He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.

Hence anyone who claims a follower of Christ but doesn't keep His Law or the set of commandments which He gave is not a true follower of Christ, but a false disciple.

My point for saying it's Kai Kai was that He told them to fetch water and fill the jars, they did.

So the wine must be colourless and the only colourless alcohol is Kai Kai.

So I drank a lot of it with the assurance that Jesus turned water to Kai Kai.

Where you got it all wrong is condemning alcohoic beverages when God didn't condemn it:

So it's not what goes into the mouth that defiles people but what comes out from their hearts {Matthew 15:11} why not also condemn having anything to do with women? After all it's a woman that brought the forbidden fruit to Adam and compelled him to eat out of it {Genesis 3:6} it was women that led Israelite men into fornication and 24,000 died one day {Numbers 25:1,9} it was a woman that seduced Samson to death {Judges 16:18-20} it's women that sang a song that made Saul hate David till death {1Samuel 18:7-9} it was women that led wise king Solomon away to worship idols! 1Kimgs 11:4

So what makes you think women should be kept in our midst? Don't forget that alcohoic can't talk but women do! Genesis 39:7
