Atheism, agnosticism, mysticism and even illuminati are all religion on their own. Even if followers don't believe in anything, but believing in themselves suffice. |
If as a Nigerian you consider me LOUD and braggadocios, then that's smartness. You can not get that from other countries. I prefer being loudly smart but patriotic than being unpatriotically smart. You are morally wrong to generalise the ills of a few Nigerians. Long Live Nigeria! |
I guess you occupy one of the flats at Gowon Estate Egbega. The description of your abode in the tale typifies the estate, |
Indeed, a tale by the sunlight [I read the piece in the afternoon]. I can't wait for season 2 |
[ I'm NOT looking but if I were - ] My "ideal" Nigerian Wife has to be a virgin or the closest thing to it! (of course, there's always an exception She needs a bachelors degree or higher. I LOVE educated women! She has to know how to dress and speak like a grown woman. (eye glasses are a plus, I love the nerd look ) She has to be a non-smoker, drug free, disease free(and tested). She will be small in the waist and cute in the face (No Acne). Long natural hair with good hygiene. She'll likely listen to a variety of music including Hip Hop, R & B and Reggae Music and lovvvvessss to dance! I'll consider it a plus, if she's a great cook! and I'd be mesmerized if she can sing! These are a few of the qualities I appreciate in a Nigerian woman. What are yours? SOUTHCHI NOTED! WE'LL KEEP SEARCHING. NEXT PERSON PLEASE, |
There is a clear difference between LOVE and GENEROSITY. It is obvious she does not love you. A girl showing sign that she does not love you, [to me] does not mean she is your enemy. Helping her when she is in need of your help is noble. You may wish to announce your disaffection and formal break up from her. But your help to her will make you the nicest person she has ever come across, and she will ever regret letting you go. My man, never regret helping her. |
Why are we hurling bottles at one another for these guys who can never be proud of their origins. Whether you care or not, these guys are not representing Nigeria. They can never claim they are part Nigerians. I can only congratulate them for achieving their feats just for the fact that I am a fan to them and a BIG one at that; but not because they were born with Nigerian names. pls, cut the crab. Tell any of them in the face and get sued. However, these guys are my sensational artists. I am proud of them. CONGRATULATIONS Taio Cruz |
I am not surprise. I am sure some of these Naija BB freaks are with one [or without] kidney. The obsession is mind-blowing! May God help us |
''President Goodluck Jonathan’s first 18 months at the helm did not bode well. The politics of division has pitted northerners against southerners and Christians against Muslims to the point that obtaining the cohesion and social harmony necessary for economic development will be very difficult''. the above is very conspicuous in GEJ's administration. I wish it could be addressed truth is bitter and more bitter in Nigeria. the analysis given my El-Rufai should be looked at critically. Nigeria is too fragile to be left in the hands of goons. excellent analysis by elrufai |
is not as if you are losing this guy for life. why should you be heartbroken. you said there is no love lost between you two. both of agreed mutually to stay apart for 6 - 12 months. picture the relationship as a distant one, where communication is still open irrespective of the psychological differences. you are luck gf, |
fine girls are not difficult to get BUT are difficult to keep. You cannot let her see life in your eyes. there are better prospects outside for her than you, except you want to trade your head for her. fine girl fine t.r.o.u.b.l.e.m it is the fear of keeping a liability that make most guys look the other way |
good and bad are in our hands. rationals being chose good as the ultimate. the bottomline is, whatever the nature destined you to be that's just what you''ll be irrespective of working hard or not. inadvertently, situation spurs on [when otherwise we should be slothful] in order to realise that destiny. Destiny and blessing are seamlessly connected. success is not a direct product of hardwork but blessing. Whatever the reason why Lagos commercial bus drivers and conductors are not successful is a mystery. |
give her a second chance and watch until she smashes you and burn the house down. May be that's your understanding of precaution. |
You know what it means to procure and install digital audio in all courts in Nigeria? mehn, after the contract, you would be one of the most sought after political godfather. Govt has to consider this proposal. Can anyone here follow up? |
Why not! Your wife could be a blessing far imaginable. As the bible states: he who finds a good wife finds a good thing. But the fact remains, you have already nursed that fear of impossibility, and you sounded like a not-too-prudent-person when it comes to finances. If you are not ready, it will not work, even if you earn 1m/per month. Determination win the race. |
Unfortunately, you are not explicit on what you mean "fine girls'. It is facial beauty or physique or inward/outward [complete] beauty? Please, explain first. |
It is baffling you can not read the handwriting on the wall. My brother, it is crystal clear she had no love for you but your money, what you can offer materially. Ain't this enough reason for you to call it quit and thank your God for the wisdom and revelation? |
iyatrustee:Da Doctor thanks for giving credence to the quoted text from Iyatrustee and for the kind advise to back down. Trust me, I was not drawing a sword challenging her to a duel. I was just not comfortable by her text. I was disappointed to have read that from her. I thought she condoned indecency, but now I know she only wanted attention. However, her persistent determination that her emphasis was on [below] gladdens my heart iyatrustee:Iyatrustee, pls, continue to be a pride to womanhood. Cheers guys! |
It's a good idea, but at the same time you are looking at the business (contract) aspect for your coy |
not exposing your stretch marks! what i mean is our husband's are used to seeing skimpy dresses outside. so what wrong if he sees it on his wife? personalising it now, i am married with 2kids, still very young and my hubby also is young so why wont i? but if i was old and my husband was old, then i wld have been a different ball game. I only wanted to be sure I got you right by your opinion above. Yes, our dress-sense and Oyinbo aren't same but we have been able to allowed ourselves be assimilated by Oyinbo lifestyle. I rarely see a typical African woman dressed skimpily in African attire. |
, more Doe all these appeal our ones husband? Iyatrustee, you are lucky to have a man different from men. As a man I am, these are all disgusting and nauseating
|
, and
|
I guess these are what Iyatrustee meant, What is fashion? What is dressing? Appealing your husband does not mean you should appear like a slot - half dressed
|
Buy original Chinko. There is this new one that has all the properties listed as well as fridge and air conditioner. |
mine was wen our flight from Turkey enroute Lagos landed in one of the bus stops in Ikeja, Lagos, to drop off some passengers, unknown to the Pilot that the bus stop is an illegal one and we were busted by LASTMA. The plane was towed of course |
THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!! WHEN DID SLAUGHTERING A CHICKEN LIKENED TO A MAN'S GUT. ABI, YOU FALL THEIR HANDS IN THE TRIPPLE-ACT AND THEY DECIDED TO CHICKENISED YOU |
Why would people make up things like this: The wedding was one of the biggest events in the world. How come popular Channels don't report this. IT IS A JOKE, even as these two (Kate & William) were not likely compatible going by their on-and-off relationship while they were dating. We are being June-fooled. |
If you are not her Gigolo then the decision is yours to make. To me age ain't a thing but a number. My dude to be blunt, if there is something (materially) you so desire from her to make you compromise to be with her, pls, rescind your decision cos' disaster lurks behind. The temptation in no distant time might out-weight the pleasure. Acknowledge the fact that, younger ladies out there might pose a serious threat. |
A ring (Romantic, Love, whatever you label it) means nothing. I don't even wear it. Conventionally, I might wear it on that day, you know what i mean, and thereafter, it becomes history. It just a sign of custom and fashion. |
LMAO, Most Nlers read others comment from bottom to top, that is why they find it hard to understand what other people pass across as their opinion on issues. Desmond assertion here has been openly misunderstood by some. Even if some of us don't like him (personally, he is not my kind of person) but that does not mean he is senseless. He (a family friend) made his assertion based on his interaction with one of the daughters of the spouses involved in this dishonourable act. This does not mean that he spoke in favour of one at the expense of the other. Of course, he is entitled to his opinion like any other person. He was not there when this happened and we were not either. We made our own opinion based on what we read or hear. The fact remains that somebody would be vindicated sometime soon. There is nothing hidden under the sun. |
Buhari's Wife is the prettiest. If I had to choose, she would be first |
There is no basis for comparing Dangote with some of us. Apparently, Dangote was born into greatness. He strives on government policies (monopoly) that does not favour the masses. Let govt review all the policies towards him, preferences given to him - As sure as hell, the effect will be colossal. Ponder this: If you are given N10million to start a business (I don't mean from banks but from your parents), and you went into sales and supply of garri (stable food in Nigeria). As if you walked into privileges, the government decided to reward you (cos of your parents' loyalty) - The reward: to be the only mainstream supplier of garri in Nigeria and beyond. Tell me with all politeness, would you research why you are richer than most of us? |
