I did that from the beginning when I told u that is not what it is built for( read aws documentation on s3) even gave u examples of big companies using it ( I mean huge tech companies like Netflix and others with thousands of in-house developers) and how they use it. S3 is not built for storing sensitive data because that level of security was not built into it from the ground up, as a matter of fact do you know that many of the assets stored in s3 can be assessed through their URI, just as you access a web page through the url?

s3 is mainly for storage as you said, but mainly for large files like videos, pictures etc that may not be efficiently stores in a database, that is why a lot of streaming sites use it to store large files. Also sites use it to store static assets like css files and images. But when you need to store sensitive data like bank info, bio metric( like the type collected by nimc) or nin (equivalent of social security no in USA) you look for a highly secure database with strong encryption.

Agreed because of its scalability,but storage is storage, security and encryption is a function of who designed the project, who implement it,who maintained it.

All this boils down to the tech guys manning such job at the agency.
Nothing is secure until its secured.

I know that in the US, there are some sectors or applications you might build where the data must be 100% stored in the US according to the law. I got to know this in a training with AWS cloud.

You're very right and current too,am also having alot of training on cloud computing especially AWS but I do not want to limit my knowledge on Amazon products alone, just a specialty.

Anyone can store anything in S3 bucket but the questions we should ask is who and who's is granted access and what type of security groups are applied.
AWS have given various options depending on clients need and affordability.
BWT internet is public space its never secured ,you need more of privacy and advance security to stay secured there.
Its an endless possibilities of happening mennn things are bleeped up in this country

I know for sure AWS end,can't be compromised but the clients end (naija) am not sure who and what security or identity access management was applied .

My wife and I have been married for over 3 years now with a beautiful daughter who is 2years plus but things are falling apart everyday.

Whenever we had arguments she will want to sabotage my job. Couple of months ago, we had an argument and I was to give update to my team via teams meeting (I work from home)..My wife keep raising her voice, I left the living room and went to bedroom lock the door behind to continue with my meeting but surprisingly to me, my wife went through the window and started the drama again.

Just yesterday there was another drama and she picked my phone unknowingly and call my overall boss.

Note: it is from this job am sponsoring her Masters in one of the centers in Uniport and also feeding the family. More than 70% of my monthly earnings goes to her. I am not a social person..I don't drink and either spend lavishly.

My wife is a very proud person and she has this obvious non challant attitude which are all seen by family members. Everybody keep talking about her but she's not changing. Although I have my own differences as well but she believe I can't control her. She's not submissive at all...I can say that over again and again.

Even while she's doing her masters, I was the one taking care of my daughter at home (thanks to covid)..in fact all my team members knows my daughter as my second colleague. I believe we all know how working from home with kids is like.

Please I need your advice. I am already thinking of divorce but the fear of loosing my daughter to her custody is my biggest challenge.

I am loosing my mind.

Year 2021 February to be precise, my husband served me a divorce notice. Though I saw it coming as we have been separated for some months.

Yesterday felt like I wanted to eat an amazing jellof rice, asked some fellas on ma stat N was given some recipes then I went to the store got shrimps�, chicken�, fish�, vegetables���� N ir already got tin tomatoes�,oil, seasonings etc... for ma jellof rice after cooking I noticed my jellof rice dint look red like I imagined�

Please I'm in dilemma and really need some good advice.
This guy and I have been on this relationship thing for 5 months now with occasional misunderstandings here and there. The first one was because he visited me and refused to go after the time he said he would leave, when he finally left I got back home from work only for the security to call me that I have a visitor at the main gate and behold it was him.
I allowed him stay the night because he's a nice guy, really good in bed and also helps in the house to do stuff like wash the dishes and cooking.

Fast forward to December 15th we agreed he comes over and we spend the Christmas at my place then go to his place from 27th so we can enjoy the new year there. As we agreed, he came to my place on 17th of December and has not made any moves to leave or for us to go to his place. I am moved to create this thread because I got home from work yesterday and noticed more of his things have been arranged in the wardrobe with his shoes arranged by the front door..

Please how do I address this? I can't go on like this. He eats a lot. Snores also.
