190: You are born and bred in the United-states,
You met a guy who is well to do back in Nigeria
Would you be willing to re-locate back to Nigeria and live there
with him (Dating and eventually marriage)
Matured responses only
cock stay off I guess this post describes me EXACTLY- born and bred in the United States-- I am not so open in dating some one that lives in Nigeria at this point- because it is almost impossible to do. Never the less I would be willing to move back to Nigeria for the right man if the situation was right! It would have to be some crazy good, off the wall , sheet clenching lovingbut I am willing and able !! Love does make you do the strangest things!! |
Romance › Re: Relationships And Random Gifts: by Ladyjide(op): 4:58pm On Dec 10, 2010 |
Orikinla: IT IS NOT.
I received random gifts from well-minded women in Nigeria and overseas. My woman knows how to give and I appreciate her good nature.
Why should you return gifts after they have been accepted? Except they are not gifts.
What makes a gift is not the price, but the thought.
If the gifts are meant to curry favour, then beware of accepting them. Good point "curry favour" |

Orikinla: Wanted: More Ambitious Women for Nigerian Men
You wonder why many women and men are still single and searching in Nigeria?
We do not have enough ambitious women.
Most of our women have little or nothing to offer the men.
We need ambitious women who can make a great difference in our lives.
When I met Mrs. Peju Adebajo, the young Managing Director/CEO of Mouka Limited last Monday, I was impressed by her dignity, integrity, nobility and humility and I thank God for her husband.
We need more women like her in Nigeria. Women who can make us proud, and not Liabilities. Well----I guess I can only speak for myself, but The same speaks for us women, there are a tremendous lack of ambitious men these days!!!!! Most men have little or nothing to offer us women- and what little they do have to offer- is not worth the headache, |
Romance › Relationships And Random Gifts: by Ladyjide(op): 4:09pm On Dec 10, 2010 |
More a question for the MEN. Is it uncommon or taboo in a relationship that as a man YOU receive random gifts from your babe? Not because its your birthday,Christmas, but gifts just because, Does it make you uncomfortable, especially if you are unable to return such gifts to her the same( meaning give her gifts just because ) ? What are your thoughts?? |

Romance › Re: Ain't No Romance Without Finance! by Ladyjide(f): 7:40pm On Dec 06, 2010 |
Well to a certain degree yes this is true! For me my stance is come to the table as my equal if not more at very least. I respect a man who is trying, and is working hard to reach his goals as well! I do not need to be taken care of because i have my own but also you need to be a contributing financial factor in the relationship as well. Finances will most likely become a problem later on when marriage is put in the mix- especially in situations where a woman earns way more than her man- especially in most Nigerian households!! |

ANGER MANAGEMENT!! You need to have a serious talking with her, and let her know, if she is not willing to change you might want to rethink the marriage thing! Can you see your self spending the rest of your life with someone who does not know how to direct their anger.?, Things will surely get worse once you add children etc, |

obowunmi: Who says men are closed and secretive. Just because ure dating someone elses boyfriend or husband, who only tugs at you on the mattress, does mean this applies to all men.
Find a man who doesn't confine you to the walls of his bedroom.
Not all men are closed or secretive. Some men enjoy showing off their babes/caught fishes. True talk!! |
