Hi. Losing weight is not so easy, especially if you're doing it alone without some form of encouragement. There are five basic things you have to do to lose weight: eat clean, drink clean, exercise, sleep well and consistency.

All of them encourage healthy eating and they will never advise you to take pills or drugs to slim down. You will lose weight the healthy way so that it doesn't come back.

Vitamin E is a skin darkener, it's Vitamin C that lightens the skin. I use both the soap and body cream of Extract at present. There was a time I used Dove, I was turning black. When I started using the Extract cream (alongside the soap, which I've always used), I noticed some good difference.

To stun means to shock or to surprise. The picture I saw is no where close to being stunning. A more appropriate title could have been "Cynthia Morgan Looks Nicely Different in New Selfie". OP and Mod(s), it's an offence to mislead people .

I feel very psychic right now. When I saw the topic, I just knew you were referring to Economics. Economics is not the hardest course, you just need a clear mind and INTEREST in the course. There are more rigorous courses like the human and animal medical courses. Economics is definitely not easy but it's not the hardest.

There are four things that are likely to happen when the deadline expires:
