If may not be 100% perfect but it will buy you some breathing space.

re-marrying is another "dangerous" option to add to that list. Women are all the same, to a large extent.

So if the person is morally flexible then they can just lie that you were served. Now you can mount a defense in court to appeal the issue. The bone of contention is the time and effort it takes especially considering you don't live in that state. The level of disparity/discrimination when it comes to applying the letter of the law, in marital disputes, is quite alarming.

A woman is generally allowed to keep the children (as the first custodian) whenever there is a separation between husband and wife......and in-turn, use that as a "leverage", to hold-on to the property they live-in .... irrespective of who owns the house, which inmost cases is the husband!

When it suits the legal system, women are viewed as the "weaker s.ex"[/color] (for example, in a case of two adults having s.ex with one another, a woman can claim rape ...while the man cannot because it is assumed that the man can "fight-off the assailant", while the woman cant! )

This "inconsistency and double standard"we all know is because of their gender and nothing more.

When it comes to the court system in most Western countries, the man can have his say but the woman will most have their way.
