The employment market is stratified. The top talent that is easily teachable are recruited by top organisations. The average level candidates tend to be employed by the medium level organizations while the low level talent tend to end up in small businesses unless they are the startup owners.

What I have done as an entrepreneur is to target smart students and IT students to help with our business. Even this pool of talent is becoming difficult to get these days; many young people want to start talking about millions after secondary school. The society is going crazy when it comes to money.

As per dressing if you talk too much they will say everyone has freedom to dress the way they want so it's just better to look and pass

The way some girls dress nowadays is very alarming, growing up we were taught some basics of dressing, there are clothes you wear with vest aka Shimi, there are underwear for different types of outfits, chiffon/light materials you wear solid underwear, there's a level to which you must button your shirt to etc etc. The neck line a slim little bust person can get away with, a busty person can't.

Why on earth should I be seeing the line between your buttocks, are you the first person to wear a Jean trouser?



Now some don't even wear pant or bra not to talk of other undergarments. Don't they teach these things anymore? These are basic things I believe every girl should know.

It's modern day prostitution. They are all over malls and big shopping plazas soliciting clients. You need to see Ikeja Mall at night. At a point it got so bad the security started chasing the girls away whenever they were sighted.

l experienced no. 1 on fiverr. You are very right. Whenever l call someone Sir, they lose interest on the job and l will lose the job.

So, Right now I'm not in school I wrote my waec four years ago hoping to further myself into a higher institution but TBH it has not been easy for me.

Right now I want to learn any skill or trade so I was thinking either fashion designing which is tailoring but the rate at which everyone is in to it I feel discouraged already I thought about going to a catering school but I don't think I can afford it. though I'm working, but I'm not going to do it forever I need another source of income which will be my own so I won't be depending on anyone for Money which I find uneasy to ask for help sometimes infact all the time.
