That's Untrue... In Colorado a carton (12) of eggs cost just $2.36, a crate cost $5.72. The average American worker could afford such with ease, that can't be said for Nigeria.

That's Not necessarily the case... inflation(largely as a result of bad policies) is currently wracking the economy with no end in sight. Prices Have skyrocket. Raw materials prices are soaring, supply chain is now a nightmare, weak currency... companies are struggling to cope, these and many other factors i think could help explain the rise in prices.

True, East Asian Countries, particularly, China has come a long way, the leaders there have done an extraordinary job of providing a flourishing enviroment that remarkably result in hundreds of millions of people lifted from poverty - a historic feat. However, whenever i take a look at Africa, it's past, present and somewhat grim future, i would quietly wish leadership could be outsourced - even the most efficient governor in Nigeria would be seen as a joker in China. Nearly 11 years of Insurgency in the North East(now snowballing into the North west) has resulted in a devastating humanitarian crisis, with tens of thousands killed and hundreds of thousands of people displaced as refugees, destruction of properties worth billions of naira, economic stagnation and worse forcing millions of school chicldren out of school. However, alot of people in the north have experienced the destructive effects of this disaster in one way or the other(myself included), to dispute against this known fact is self-defeating at best.

Not neccessarily! we as a country were once not here , same way we got here, there is also a way out - something can be done, whether through the ballots(in the form of elections) or the streets(protests and demonstrations), it may be may not be a smooth ride, yet history has shown it's possible and achievable . For proof look no further than last year's endsars protest that brought reforms to the NPF, also the transformation of Kano is a result of voting in a relatively competent governor, former governor, kwankwaso, whose infrastural projects greatly rejuvenated the state. It's becoming abundantly clear that most Nigerian politicians are not ideological firebrands - they follow where the wind blows, as such restricting your choice to a particular party is a disservice, for proof, look no further than the way they decamp and defect from one party to the next with relish and abandon. is Abuja not part of the north? just so you know some northern cities such as Kano are as safe as Benin(if not safer), inquire from your kinsmen living there so you get a balanced picture. Suggesting he cancelled the north due to insecurity is misguided.
