hisgrace090:I didn't read where they said, he was mighty....or do you equate been called a 'Pastor' to been mighty? |
Ojiofor:If all we read here was what was considered.....Then the Judge is wrong to have even ordered the husband to pay her a dime for the upkeep on the one kid. Both parent's are responsible for the upkeep of the child, in situations like these...when each party was awarded custody of equal number of kids apiece, their obligation to each other canceled out. The only deviation, that is acceptable is, if one party make much more than the other; then the Judge can award upkeep to one party to upset the imbalance, and that maybe what happened here and in which case, the amount should be appropriate. |
Shugavee:You forgot the part where her phone automatically ‘died’ when it came time to order the Taxify ride and guy had to use his phone instead? Wondering....where you got the ‘it’s expected...’ the guy will pay, or you meant ‘she is entitled...’? I blame the guy, why spend 17k on a ‘meet to greet’ and complain about an extra 3k or fail to droo that extra on top as a rounding error...next time, take her to the park or movie...spend your money wisely and on things you value, not on some Nairaland opportunistic stranger. |

HigherEd:Oga make you no vess, I wan ask one small question.....can you name one religion that Christianity or Islam has eradicated?.... While doing that, please join add one other religion that atheism has eradicated. |
lefulefu:It depends on what you mean by ‘date’....I once over heard someone say... “...bad water dey quench fire” I don’t need to expantiate, if you know, you know...if you don’t know, don’t ask questions, just move to the next topic. |
I think, I can be said for men as well.... |
abokibuhari:Agreed! But, we all know that...distant is not a mitigating circumstance in things like these or in having vital information as to who might have done it. Am not in anyway suggesting he know anything about it...it will just be a process of elimination and due diligence on the part of the investigating team to call him and say by the why did you use the word ‘finally!...did you know that anything like this happened?’ |
The Police should call that his friend ‘Philips Anuolu’ who posted the message on Facebook for questioning.....he appear to know something! You can start a messaging mourning someone who was killed via homicide with: ‘finally, my man is gone...’ That is a clue to any investigator with common sense that, you know something. Those who wish you harm or even engineered the the harm, sometimes cry’s the loudest when something bad befalls you. |
Open a new Facebook account, with a brand new name and info... Spend time in acquiring both male and female friends, with other Facebook activities to make your profile look legit....then send her a friend request...thank me later. If that is a lot of work and to get more legitimacy, if you have like $2 - $5; you can buy a Facebook account with many years worth of histories, comments, fake pictures, etc and you can start your covert sting operation right away...use google to search for Facebook accounts for sale. |
Exponental:I think, he is just telling them to make hay while the Sun still shines. Agree, God is still in control and their are miracles, but why wait till when one is the 50s and start to wait on God for a miracle from heaven at that point; when you can take advantage of the miracle that God have already performed...which is your reproductive prowess at young age to make it happen? Believe me, it is a minute fraction of people who start waiting for this miracle at 50 gets it; the vast majority of them just wait on....until they are 60...70....80...90..... |
flyca:The article did not say, women in their 40s or 50s can’t get pregnant or give birth, it just stated that...the rate decreases with age! |
Why is it that, in 100% if cases like these...The police would always conclude that, it is ‘marathon sex’ that caused it? These things can happened as a result of a minute over excitement to anyone, who have an underlying condition.....or is a marathon consensual sex illegal and that is the offense in cases like these as against a one minute wonder? |
YomiFash86:Yes, they do depot; but not like in Europe. I will dare to say that, even with the advert of Trumpism and the ramped activities of ICE...US and Canada still remain the safest destination for illegal immigrants. The code is, stay in a blue state; choose your friends wisely and avoid crime... I can bet that, this guy must have come under the radar of immigration when his info pop up on some crime database. |
Fitbillionairep:He more likely killed himself....must have taken something before boarding the plane. The article only stated...he went into ‘medical distress’ that is even before take-off. @ishilove. |
Melonny:Which of the two do you think is putting food on the table, roof over the head and clothes on the back of him and his family....club career or Nigeria football? Let’s stop been hypocritical and assume that, for some illogical reasons, he that pays the piper must not somehow also dictate his or her tunes. |
NigerianBae:9ja self....you saw a thread opened today, with the OP saying, it happened....’this morning...’ but you here asking....was it today?...No, it was not today....it happened ‘tomorrow’....mtcheeeee! |
From the GF’s reaction, it is very obvious she is going to dump the looser bf very soon. She just don’t want him, blocking her chances of landing a good prospect. |
NgeneUkwenu:They need 2/3rd majority to impeach him, they don’t have the bodies to make it happen. |
all na wash.....IGG - Initial GraGra |
cruchenutii:Applying the next day or next month is not wise, you are more likely to be denied again and again, the reason is simple....the things that are defective leading to your initial denied can’t be rectify within one month. |
Hotzone:It doesn’t appear to be premeditated though, I don’t see the elements of premeditation. The death have to be pre-planned, before it can be premeditated murder. |
tunary:I tire oh...see as the guys come even spread the lady legs, come pause dey look, plus snap picture before they continue work. |
paroh137:Lol! You clearly did not think deeply or in detail about your advice about getting an alternate arrangement that will be outside ‘booking another flight’. Some refresher.....this was the last leg of a multi-stops international flight/travel...how feasible is it to make alternate arrangements for each stops of your flight, in case the next one disappoints? The only other option was for them to have changed their plans and plan for possible delays or cancellations....alternate arrangements don’t work very well in international travels, especially when they involve multiple stops and they are inherently unfeasible. It is far easier to seat back and play Monday morning quarterback, but if faced with the same scenario, you will do exactly as they have done or even worse. |
Ugosample:You clearly lack understanding and knowledge...go back and read my piece again, I had no plan... I simply lay a strategy that the government can use to force the Supreme Court to answer a constitutional question. It is the job of the Supreme Court to interpret the constitution and if you read my piece, I clearly stated that the Supreme Court can either dismiss the case, or interpret the constitution one way or the other. When the government brings a constitutional question before the highest court for interpretation, they are not forcing them to answer one way or the other, they are simply asking them to do their job, which is to interpret what the constitution really said. These kind of government referrals avoid national issues and help to establish a stable democracy and an equal playing field for all. In my piece, I never stated that 2/3rd of 1/3rd is the right interpretation, I was just stating the fallout whichever way the Supreme Court verdict goes....Your myopic brain missed the part where I stated that, should the Supreme Court state that it’s 2/3rd of members, then Saraki’s election is invalidated, since he was elected based on 2/3rd of 1/3rd. |
KosyJerry:I don’t see any loss here, except maybe for the next buyer in Nigeria. These are heavily insured. |
engineerboat:I think, the sure way to remove Saraki from being the Senate President is for APC to challenge his emergence as the President in court. They should force the court to interpret the 2/3rd majority threshold needed to appoint a Senate President, since Saraki did not meet that threshold when he was voted into power, as he only got 55 votes and used a different interpretation of the constitution i.e. 2/3rd majority of a quorum to get elected. The Supreme Court should be forced to render judgment on this. They will need a good lawyer, to over the overcome the doctrine of collateral estoppel; which in this case is that, ‘having accepted him as their Senate President for years, they are estoppel from challenging his election as illegal’. Judges usually apply this doctrine, and strike cases when there are no constitutional breaches. The case can be expedited, if the Presidency refer it directly to the Supreme Court in form of asking them to clearly interpret the constitution, which is their job. The Supreme Court can come out with a ruling within weeks and whichever way the court rules, Saraki will be tossed...ie if the court does not reject or strike the case. If the court ruled that, you need 2/3rd of active members; then Saraki’s Presidency is invalidated; if they rule that; 2/3rd of quorum members is okay, Saraki’s Presidency is validated...but it means that, all APC need to remove him from office is 2/3rd of quorum members, which is like 2/3rd of 1/3 of members. |
Puah:It is crime against the people by the politicians who stole the money meant for drainage and urban development. |
Let me go get more porn corn, this fight is getting more interesting. |
paroh137:There is only one flight per day, it was canceled at the last minute. I have never heard of any tour organization making double bookings in case, the first booking got canceled. Minus the cost involved, you are just exposing yourself to unnecessary scrutiny, especially if that is an international flight. Double bookings raises red flags as immigration in host host country have access to these bookings. Imagine immigration questioning at port of entry and on searching your name or passport number against there database to determine if any history will bar you from admission and they see that, you have another booking for the next day? The airplanes usually make accommodations and alternatives in case of cancellations, especially in the Western Hemisphere....if they had planned additional days, I think they would have been ok, but again; they might be running a very tight schedule. |
decatalyst:How do one envisage that a future flight would be cancelled? |
OP, speak 4 ya sef. |
