zed7:Which part did you think is fabricated? To me the lesbian part is suspicious but it is plausible. But the other part of being thrown out happens everyday, because it is the wife that have the visa, he is a derivative on her student visa as and such he is dispensable. In fact if he does not get an employer able to sponsor his visa very soon, he will be out of status and would most likely find himself deported. Word of caution to anyone male or female who find themselves on one of these non-immigrant derivative visas, try as much as possible and the soonest to switch to a visa where you will be primary. You can also go to school, also get a student visa in your name, e get why. Yes, I know you guys have kids to take care of and one need to work to pay bills while the other go to school….well, guess what? When they throw your ass in the street and out of the home, the kids will still survive and bills would still be paid. So let both of you go to school, both work and both take care of the kids, there are day cares, etc. And Please be wise especially for men, you are no longer in Africa where you have an edge….if you suspect that your wife is cheating and you are a derivative on her visa, please don’t confront her, don’t spy on her, smile and pretend you did not see or know anything but start working on your primary visa applications, only confront her when you can stand on your feet by yourself immigration-wise. |
Real plot twist…. Las las when the man settles down he will see fresher and better options in ladies abroad and go come dump her ass. |
advanceDNA:Your ignorance is golden. This happened in the UK and he was prosecuted and imprisoned in the UK, wetin come concern CIA/FBI/Homeland Security which are all American agencies for the matter? |
liamjakes247:This is what I am getting from Google: https://www.easydnanigeria.com/home-paternity-test/ https://smartdna.com.ng/order-a-test/ https://dnatestnigeria.com/ There are many more, as with any DNA Test, do a confirmation test from another source before making your conclusions. You can also approach a reputable local Chemist store and ask if they have the kit. In the Western world, you can pick them up as you shop for groceries in the stores. Disclosure: I am not associated with any of the providers above, only got them through a Google serach. |
advanceDNA:hmmm, is a two months relationship still considered a fling? Even one night stands results in pregnancy and serious dragging. If she truly want to drag the OP, she would take him to court, put him on support and still get custody of the child since it is out of wedlock. But, she did not do all that. I think her saying she does not want him in the son’s life is out of anger and given the circumstances, her anger is justified. The OP should give her time but not let go, you should NEVER ABANDON your blood anywhere despite the insistence of the mother that you must do. |
advanceDNA:I doubt if it is a format. When the guy was not serious when she told him about the pregnancy about a year ago, according to the OP, the lady did not trouble him again. She went through the pregnancy and delivery on her own, anyone can imagine the emotional turmoil she went through. Also, even after the delivery she did not contact the OP, it was the OP that initiated the contact and she had to let him know. I think she is real and the OP showing interest now is making her relive the pains, emotions, turmoils, heartbreaks, etc and she has the right to go through those cycles of emotions. My advise for the OP is not to give up, keep sending her message, make it a duty to be sending her message either twice a week or weekly, she will eventually open up. Also discuss this with your fiancée that, there is a possibility that you may be the father of baby but you have not done the DNA test yet. I do not think this is the right time to do a DNA test, normalize relationship with your alleged child first. |
ppogba:What kind of litigation? Off the Counter DNA kits are as accurate as the one you get from the clinic, check the stats. The only difference is that, they are not admissible in any as evidence, they only offer what they say on their face value. If he go for two confirmation tests with OTC kit, the results are golden. Moreso the OP is not looking for DNA test for any legal purpose, he just wants to confirm his suspicions. If he is the father there is no law mandating that the mother must be present before a DNA test can be carried out. As the father, he have the right to authorize treatment for the baby in the absence of the mother and the Doctors would not insist on the mother’s consent before moving forward, talk-less a simple test that only requires a swab on the inside-chick of the baby. |
That is not true, the owner or Associate of that Clinic or Lab are sympathetic to the women getting a blow back as a result of these frauds. At the most, what you will need is the birth certificate of the child showing you are the father and your ID, some clinics don’t even stress you to that level. Find another clinic or buy these off the counter DNA kits to do the test. |
TemplarLandry:Trump himself, his wife, etc are all immigrants, the USA is an immigrant Country, and this is racism at its core. This is all about the fact that non-white immigrants are posed to outpace white immigrants in the USA, hence this rhetoric. It is much ado about nothing. |
BondRiv:I gave you a Vanguard News Paper link that Carried it, not my words argue with your screen. |
BondRiv:At the beginning of the crisis, after the failed impeachment attempt on the Governor, 26 then pro-Fubara Legislators implemented Martins and elected Edison in his place as the new Speaker of the House. https://www.vanguardngr.com/2023/10/breaking-26-pro-fubara-rivers-assembly-members-suspend-speaker-elect-edison/amp/ Things went downhill for the 27 after that time, the court was just reaffirming the election of Edison as the Speaker and asking Martins to stay clear. So what exactly is PDP going to Court for now, when the current state of things are in their favor? |
Jackiedemie:Section 109(2) gives the Speaker the right to declare those seats vacant, go read it and educate yourself. It is the deflecting lawmakers who are not satisfied with the Speaker’s decision that can go to Court if they choose to otherwise case close. |
BondRiv:As per section 109(2) of the Constitution, it is the Speaker of the House of Assembly who declares the seats vacant and those who feel injured by that ruling are the ones to go to court. The onus is on the deflecting lawmakers to present before the Speaker that their deflection is due to a division or merger therefore exempted from the constitutional requirement of declaring their seats vacant. If the Speaker is satisfied with their submission, he/she wouldn’t declare their seats vacant but if otherwise, their seats would be declared vacant and if they think otherwise, they can go to Court. A high Court in PH have already declared Edison Ehin, Fubara’a Ally as the authentic Speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly, Edison is the only Speaker recognized under law at this time unless a higher Court rules otherwise. Speaker Edison has already declared those 25 seats vacant and asked INEC to conduct Elections within 90 days. INEC is bound to follow suit unless another higher Court Order rules otherwise in the coming days. |
Prospertochu:Where possible, you should never outsource the upbringing of your children even to your mother. From what you stated, there appear to be no hindrances regarding your job when it come to bringing them up and maybe for obvious reasons you did not made mention of their mother. Please relocate those children to your base, they need their father, don’t deny them that, you will not regret it. |
yinkus6750:Surprised that, the United State is not even more than that. The USA is the melting pot of global immigration and the most popular destination for most immigrants worldwide. And immigrants come to the USA with their culture, traditions and languages. The good news is that, with coming years and decades the numbers for the USA will keep increasing and at a point would be the highest worldwide. |
Againstallodds:What are you talking about? States in Nigeria don’t have House of Representative only House of Assembly. Even where they exist e.g. at the Federal level, both Houses are co-equal and one cannot declare seats vacant at the other. Only INEC can declare a seat vacant in Nigeria and technically these seats should be declared vacant but as you know, everything in Nigeria is politics and since INEC is controlled by the FG, no one know what they will do and when. |
Nazgul:I never condoled any form of violence against women, but it appear the wife is the one provoking and escalating this. Despite knowing fully well that, she is not as powerful as the man, she is still refusing to give him the key. Why is she refusing to give him the key, why is she seizing the key? Some women invite these upon themselves daring men to do their worst while they insist in not de-escalating. Is it the key to his car, his office to meet important deadline, event, etc…..woman give up the key. |
okoliobinna84:Post “Urgently Looking for Used 2007 Honda CRV Fuse Box to Buy at a reasonable Price” On all your Social media handles, eg Facebook, Nairaland, print small flyers join, post am for that Neighborhood, put your phone number. AbuTwins:The price and rate of currencies, stocks, etc are future prices discounted for today. Let me explain, the current rate of the dollar to Naira is the future price of Naira against the dollar e.g. six months or one year price discounted for time and inflation to today. It means, if the CBN comes out with a good policy framework and sound economy blue print that will make the Naira to appreciate to a stable rate of eg N500 in one year from now, barring anything the present cost of Naira will be adjusted for inflation and time value and could now be sold for e.g N800 today. The fact that Naira rate have not changed much is because the market did not see any concrete plan on ground today that would shift the current trajectory or market any investor buy and hold Naira in the hope that, it will appreciate in value tomorrow….in essence Naira is giving a bearish signal. |
uniquetechng:With a felony record in the US, he can’t even get into Europe. His best bet is to change his identity and assume a new name and run to another Country that does not share biometric information with US. |
uniquetechng:With a felony record? He stands no chance of getting back into the US legally. Dem dey bounce Green Card holders with felony records out of US talkless of allowing one already outside in. |
Lightmykpoli:You are incorrect, plus he have a felony record in the US, his chances of getting a visa back are a big fat zero. |
Ginik:He was the one that hand picked them to be appointed. He must have instructed them behind closed doors to resign, so they were faced with a real dilemma either to defile their benefactor or not. It clearly shows they were not there to serve the people of Rivers State but the Special interests. |
CasNova:The phrase 'the right man' is based on each and everyone's opinion, so just like opinions differ from one person to another, so is 'the right man or right lady'. There are no one-size-fits-all here. She has aired her opinion and you are drinking Panadol over it, why? |
Scarrr:In your previous post, you stated that the "...almighty west has lot of cases that won't probably get solved las las, Tupac and Big's death , Jon Bennet Ramsey, this TV presenter Jil dando.." And I went into each of the three cases you categorized at 'won't probably get solved.." and show you that, you are wrong that those cases are still active and in fact have key suspects with some in Court at the moment, all these information are from Government sources and Government investigations. The major take away is that, these Western Governments have not given up on these cases, they have people on trial for these murders, the one that was acquitted was on a technicality, but the Government is still going after them, the government know their man in each of these cases, they just have to get enough evidence to cross the threshold of 'beyond a reasonable doubt'. If you hold that thought for a moment and switch to Nigeria; what is the position of SCID on MKO, Abacha, Dele Giwa, are those cases still being investigated by anyone at SCID? Was anyone officially charged by the Government for these crimes? A case is cold in Nigeria if a suspect is not found within a mere six months. I have never heard of any case in Nigeria, where the murder was reported and the suspects are them discovered one year after the criminal act. This is the kind of differences I am trying to highlight. |
Scarrr:I also buttressed your point, yes there are no utopian world out there, but the West is a million light years ahead and it is not happening automagically for them, they have active cold case departments and we don’t. And by the way, Duane Davis has been charged with Tupac’s murder. Big Death was killed by hitman hired by Suge Knight as revenge for Tupac’s murder. John Mark Karr is a viable Suspect in JonBenét Ramsey Murder. Police say new DNA samples would exclude everyone from the home. Barry George was arrested, sentenced and later acquitted for the killing of Jill Dando but he still remains a focus of the investigation. These are the results of Active Cold Case detectives still working behind the scenes for decades to solve crimes, I don’t know of a single cold case crime that has been solved by CID in Nigeria. |
Scarrr:Bros, na West we dey? We don know who kill Dele Giwa? What About Abacha, we don solve how that Apple waka com kill am or wetin dey inside that Appple? How about MKO we don solve that one? And these are notable men, men who are rich and whose net worth still exists with us today in dollars and who have people with money still alive pushing daily for answers, yet nothing! Una thing say the West dey solve 10, 20 years cases automagically? They have an active and fully funded Cold Case departments. Nigeria Active CID departments all combined still dey learn work where one of their Cold Case department dey. |
maxiuc:But, no matter how he was behaving when the young man passed, you must have proof before defaming him. Suspicion is not a crime, though it could be true, but one cannot because of suspicion defame another, though it will drive content and traffic but it is still against the law. |
MEEVEET:How can 5 members pass a budget? They can’t even form a quorum! |
MadamExcellency:So na today you know that one? I just dey laugh those Nairalanders beefing each other because the other fellow dey carry another party card! Everybody collectively is a pawn on these politicians chase board and everybody is conveniently dispensable. |
Obavoh:Uncle know say na hunger bi your main issue na make arrange with him wife take give you that succulent meal, then topped with packaged fresh fish to go! Otherwise wetin go make you go visit this man wey you dey eye for N600k ‘loan’ since two years now, dem come set table and come spread leg come chop upon say, dem tell you say the person wey you come see still dey sleep…. Even if you nova chop for two weeks, you for ask for bottle water dey sip to show seriousness and focus. Na when your uncle come downstairs wey una don go outside come see as you destroy the food na him make am conclude say na hungry dey worry you true true. |
NinjaMetahuman:Bros kool down, let’s stop tolerating mediocre…. The report clearly stated that and I quote: “….Our source alleged that the newly installed conveyor belts break down almost 30 minutes daily, especially during the peak period.” Can you name one Country in the world whose Airport conveyor belt breaks down at least 30 minutes every single day? Before you cut these Ministers and Politicians some slack, have you seen the Prado Jeep they drive? Have you met any these their Prado Jeep breaking down on the road even for once? They make sure they buy new jeeps every year! This has nothing to do with Nigeria, it is pure wickedness and I am sure they diverted bulk of the money for that contract and use substance materials but when it come to their vehicles, they go for the very best! |
