I would agree that it may not be suitable for browsing and not available throughout the airport but it met my limited needs and it was God sent because I was never expecting it and was in disbelief.

No! The workers dey even beg travelers money. I have used many airports outside Nigeria where I enjoyed free WiFi and didn't pay for trolley. Lagos international airport that has no free WiFi charged me for trolley both during my departure and during my arrival. I don't know if the trolley charge has stopped.

I think Lagos have free WiFi, I have used it a number of times.

As far as I can recall…..Join the WiFi and on the login web page, it will ask for your flight info eg flight number and airline nothing personal.

If you conclude that, a Chief Priest is not a native doctor, It then means you have a very narrow definition of who is a native doctor.

A Native Doctor in my definition is someone that intercedes between the living and the spirit world and prays to the spirit world or personalities on behalf of the living.

A Chief Priest does the same thing on behalf of the Community, in fact he or she is the aka Chief Native Doctor appointed or ordained by the gods to be the only individual that can come before them to intercede on behalf of the community.

The major distinction that I find between both is that, Chief Priests are not for private hire, their focus is the community and they are chosen aka by the gods.

If your definition of a native doctor is limited to just someone who have good knowledge of local herbs and can mix them for people to heal their illnesses, then you are correct.

However my definition transcends that definition because native doctors in our society have up their game and we have many people in our community that also have good knowledge of herbs and their prescriptions also works but we do not necessarily call them native doctors.

There is a difference between prisoners and ex-convict. While I perfectly understood your view of government trying to integrate ex-con to the society, government can not take such steps for prisoners who are serving their terms. If any government would do that for anyone, it is usually under mutual agreement for the convict who is probably a government asset and they do that by giving the beneficiary a new identify. Understand this and rest. Prisoners and ex-convict are not the same and the topic mentioned prisoners and not ex-convicts.

I see the distinction you are putting between Prisoners & Excons.

But your assertion that, they have to be given a new identity is not correct. Very often Prisoners behind bar for very low offenses and those serving out the last few months or years of their sentences are off-loaded to Companies by the Government.

From what I know, they work at companies local to the Prisons, also there are many prisons who are not put in jail but given some type of sentence that require them to maintain good behavior over a period of time while working.

It would not be far fetched for these local companies to ferry these prisoners abroad for these of work as it would be very cheap.

In any case Osho Baba say he got this information on ‘good authority’ I don’t if any of us have a better insider info to contradict him. He said their will be a Senate hearing, so let’s give him the benefit of a doubt.

No company can have access to inmates without it government consent and no government will release an inmate to a company without providing new identities to the inmates. So if new identities are given to such persons, how do you look it up given that you can only see what the government want you to see. So baba is working with here say even if it is 100% possiblity of truth.

In developed worlds court convictions are public records and anyone can access it, you don’t even red to be a company to do that. The only exception are juvenile convictions that are sealed.

That is why if you commit a crime in developed countries it will be difficult if not impossible for you to land that your dream job, because the company’s HR would pull a background check on you and they will get all your criminal history.

As a result of this unemployment among those who have completed their prison sentences, the government of many developed countries in an effort to help reabsorb ex-convicts back into society and to help reduce the chance of fall back into crimes, give companies certain incentives e.g. Tax breaks, special treatments, etc if they hire and retain ex-convicts.

Though Baba Osho did not mentioned names, those in the know, know that he is referring to Chinese Companies. Their Government give these companies incentives in China to hire these people and they hire them and ship them to Africa to work this way if they fall back into crimes, it will be the host Countries eg Nigeria and not China that would bear the consequences.

Western countries and China have good criminal databases and any person behind a keyboard with an internet access can look criminal records of anyone in those countries whereas that is not possible with Nigeria.

In most of these countries these information are public knowledge.

The Court favors parent more when it comes to care and custody of the kids, grandparents, siblings, etc only get involved when the court has determined that both parents are incapable of taking care of the kids.

As it is now, if she take you to court, she does even need a lawyer, the court will give her all three kids because the court would favor your ex-wife over your mother.

The case would have been a little different if the two boys are living with you, as since you stated she abandoned them, and they have good bond with you, you might be allowed to keep the boys with visitation to her and she keep the girl with visitation to you. But, you will need a very good lawyer for this, because courts favors that the kids stay together, there are a few exceptions to this and a good lawyer after accessing your case can draw up these exceptions in your favor.

If you guys share the kids as stated above, no one might pay the other support but if she get all three kids, you are in for a long one.

So access your options and proceed as you see fit.

That does not matter in the eyes of the law, even if she was the one that instigated it, forced herself on the guy, removed the guys clothes and hers and hold his thing and put it in hers, it is statutory rape.

I doubt if there is any defense against statutory e.g. in a hypothetical situation what if the minor put a gun to one’s head and under the threat of violence forced them into a statutory rape.

My reading of the Child Rights clearly states that, there is no defense, all the prosecution need to prove are two things.

1. The person was below the age of 18.
2. There was sexual intercourse.

Are other circumstantial arguments or explanations from the defendant are mere waste of time. Though, those arguments may help in the sentencing phase of the trial eg the argument about threat that I laid out above.

I have been curious about this thought for some weeks now. It happened that two of my guys reached out to me last week about their girlfriend initiating a breakup. I'm now wondering why is that it now ladies initiating breaks instead.

1. The guys lost their means of income or another player is bidding higher.

Floating Naira is a good idea.

The FG ran out of forex to use to defend Naira. It is foolishness to use scare forex just to defend a phantom exchange rate.

The FG failure is not focusing on aspects that would encourage exportation and discourage importation.

You are having a double mindset and it is not advisable you go into marriage with it.

Trust me, since that test result and meeting with the gynecologist, she is also having the same thoughts like you, it is very important that both of you seat down and discuss this common issue.

Explain where you are coming from to her and also listen to where she is coming from, if you love her and she love you, both of you would have to compromise some.

PCOS is not a death nail, she can still get kids but the longer both of you delay, the more difficult it becomes.

Ask her to drop her insistence on no-sex before marriage, let both of you try for a kid, I will even advise that, though it is very expensive, you guys should go for IVF where selected ovaries would be harvested and fertilizer and then implanted into her.

I think that would be a reasonable compromise from her if she truly loves you moreso you guys have gone far with the marriage plans. In fact you can even do IVF without having sexual intercourse with her, your sperm would be extracted just like her ovaries and fertilization will be done outside.
