Stop blaming Fulani for every death, you evil ethnic strife plotters. I’ll urge Nigerians online, always read and reread these articles, make sense out of them and if you are an objective Nigerian looking on, don’t be scared to express your doubts or challenge some of these articles on Nairaland. |
General travel advice General information relating to travel advice to and from Northern Ireland, including when you need to self-isolate, is available on the following page: Coronavirus (COVID-19): travel advice Southern African and South American countries, Portugal and United Arab Emirates If you arrive in Northern Ireland having been in South Africa, or one of the following countries: Angola Argentina Bolivia Botswana Brazil Burundi (this only applies to arrivals from 4.00 am on 30 January 2021) Cape Verde Chile Colombia Democratic Republic of Congo Ecuador Eswatini French Guiana Guyana Lesotho Malawi Mauritius Mozambique Namibia Panama Paraguay Peru Portugal Rwanda (this only applies to arrivals from 4.00 am on 30 January 2021) Seychelles Suriname Tanzania United Arab Emirates (this only applies to arrivals from 4.00 am on 30 January 2021) Uruguay Venezuela Zambia Zimbabwe Or have transited through any of these countries in the previous 14 days, you must complete a UK passenger locator form and self-isolate for 10 days along with members of your household. There are no exemptions from the requirements to self-isolate or to complete the passenger locator form. Denmark A variant strain of Coronavirus has led to a number of outbreaks of Covid-19 in mink farms in Denmark. There has been some limited overspill into local communities in Denmark. As a precaution, the Danish Government has ordered a widespread cull of mink across the country. If you have returned from Denmark and start to develop Covid-19 symptoms, you should contact your GP or local hospital. Make sure you tell them you have been in Denmark within the last 10 days. If you need a Covid test the health service will arrange this. Given the changing situation it is preferable that in this instance your test would be done through the health service locally. You will not need to book a test for yourself. If you are contacting any part of the health service for any other medical reason, you must also inform them you have been in Denmark within the last 10 days. If you are due to have a planned out-patient review or you are due to attend for non-urgent elective or planned care in the 10 days following your return from Denmark you should contact the service in question, as you will need to complete your 10 days of self-isolation. These are precautionary measures and they will be kept under continuing review while more definitive information on the Danish outbreaks is obtained. https://www.nidirect.gov.uk/articles/coronavirus-covid-19-countries-and-territories-exemptions |
Nigeria not on list above, stop wishing the worst for Nigeria. |

BabaOwen:Others in similar situations throughout Nigeria should keep video as well as pictorial records of these events for evidence in a class action suit against state or national government at the Haig or some international tribunal. This is necessary and also a cover in case of some catastrophic event less the international community act as if they were not warned or not aware of what is going on in Nigeria in terms of attacks on farmers and Nigeria’s agriculture sector. |
Herdsmen Crisis: Nigerians Have Right To Live Wherever They Choose - El-RufaiIndeed, but are these headsmen Nigerians? Nigeria needs to take nationhood seriously, the ability to establish an individual as Nigerian through the relevant documentation is part of this and border control is another. |
UDUJ:The girl’s family is an “average” Nigerian family unless you know them to be an “exceptional” South African family. The murderers are not average, they are exceptional they are deviants. |
UDUJ:[quote]Just shut up or apologise. |
UDUJ:You’re indirectly insulting the memory of the murdered girl and her family, with this exceptionally ignorant remark. It may be that you’re insular and have no idea what takes place in the world, as you hint by stating you stay isolated from people, nevertheless it won’t hurt to think before commenting. What is worst and makes you wicked, actually, is that you exploited an emotional event such as this to cast your racists statement in the hope that people will be too concerned about the main events of the topic to take you up on it. |
Good, CNN needs to maintain its high standards even when dealing with African Nations. This Muhammed guy should continue to pressure them. Too often many of these Western news cooperations have such little regard for African Nations that they neglect rigor when preparing news items concerning the relevant African Nations. Instead they lazily return to well-worn stereotypes used in references to Africa that have more in common with thire racist sentiments than facts. Just picture them: 'Oh it's Nigeria is it?', Someone at CNN probably said, 'known for the corruption label we gave them for our referencing purposes. Africans, are they? Africa, full of banana republics run, no doubt, by some pot bellied Cap-it-tan guy that kills his own people.' 'Ed, Cap-it-tan, is South America' 'Who cares, Frank. Hold back the resarch department, save money'. ' Scott's not gonna be to happy, this was his chance for a trip' 'He'll get his chance, Afghanistan, ha, ha'. 'Yeah, lol' 'Now, Nigeria. No doubt the ruling despot/ junta, or whatever, most likely did mow down lots of people at that Lekki and, even if he did not, we would be doing his people a favour by accusing him of doing just that. And, anyway, what can they do, Nigeria has no international friends, arrogant cunts'. |
Hate preaching. |
Shikena:Lol, sentence of the day. ![]() |
You know, this one Africa market is going to be bad for Nigeria. Foreign investors are now simply going to invest in other more manipulatable African Nations while relying on the Nigerian market. They will make loads of excuses for why they’re investing elsewhere when in reality the world doesn’t want a powerful black Nation like Nigeria existing. And, no, the West or influential business people in the West isn’t/aren’t always driven only by making money, they also are social engineers Anyway, this is a military thread so I’ll respect this from now on by keeping things military ![]() |
ariesbull:Why is it that some of you act as if the success of your various nations in Africa is dependent on supporting the West in portraying Nigeria negatively? |
Without prejudice, the following States and towns would make for catchy names: Bauchi , Maiduguri, Katsina, Kano, Ika, Bomadi, Isoko,Ukwani, Giadi, Yewa, Remo, Njaba, Isiala, Ovia, Esan, Takai, Rano, Maro, Kaiama, Malumfashi, Mai'Adua, Safana, Zaria, |
VaselineCrew:Another reason for lawlessness in Nigeria is that the general public opinion, now voiced online, support lawlessness. The indirect support for Bokoharam by the public online, exemplified by the celebration when Bokoharam kill Nigerian soldiers, is one example. Another was the general support for those that burned and murdered police during End SARS. There seem to be a disturbing rising in the consciousness of the mass stupid of Nigeria that the destroying, breaking or ignoring of any example of state mechanism is legitimate because of their unhappiness about one thing or another. And if the State dares try to force order, YouTube, Facebook or another form of Social Media platform is available to them to cry to America. Part of the solution is for people like you and I to always sanction bad behaviour and not let bad behaviour find legitimacy in political grievances. In other words we all need to sanction ludicrous excuses online made by unknown individuals for those online supporting obvious deviances. We also need to stop using Nigeria to excuse people. No it's not Nigeria's fault all the time, it's your fault for much of the time! |
Hi. I’m Anthonia, I’m a kid from Africa. I would love to travel abroad to study and play football for a School or club.Kid from Africa? Didn’t realise Africa was a country. That’s like Renaldo of Europe… I'm not a fan of Africa , give me Nigeria any time. |
We saw many dead bodies: Gory tale of kidnap victim from Edo forest where villains are rewarded for killing policemen.I’m assuming that this event took place in 2017 and if so the kidnap victim on regaining freedom must have taken police to the place where all these dead bodies were laying. Since then has there been headline news and Television report on the discovery by authorities of all these dead bodies thus ending the despair of families looking for their lost ones? |
You cannot stay and live in any area where there are many unburied dead bodies |
unburied bodies cause disease |
Xscape1993:You're stupid for many reasons but two stand out. One, you have no evidence that the story is true. Secondly even if the story is true and without exaggeration you have no cause to be labelling black people devils on account when more horrors were committed in Auschwitz alone by Whites than anything you’d find in Nigeria. |
Hmm terrorists groups full Nigeria, first it was Bokoharam then AQIM, ISWAP, Headsmen, SARS, Fulani, Amatokun, ESN and now Homosexuals ![]() Govt need to ban all of them! I forgot IPOB! |
Ihatemumu:You're very observant. It occurred to me, in that post celebrating the murder of that Nigerian millionaire by Dubai prison service, that if ever a country seem to fit the type of place jihadists claim is unislamic and deserving of destroying, Dubai would be it not Nigeria or Mozambique. What are jihadists doing in Africa if they are serious about the caliphate? I love Dubai and not advocating it be attacked, I'm mearly pointing out the obvious lies in these Islamic terrorists movements. |
Stonerobaba:Really? They, Indians, would blame us, though, were roles reversed. They’d call us Corrupt and their white European masters - especially the English - would be quick to add or deduct us points in any number of world indexes, eg corruption league table, created by them as means of controlling and manipulating world tirade and trade so that it remains in their Western favour. The world is unashamedly twofaced when dealing with Nigeria |
Goal keeper should have been Nigerian as well, Tochukwu Oluehi. I'm not a fan of Nigeria joining Africa in any collaboration; we always get cheated or undermined by the interference of the still active colonial masters of many of those nations. They fear us dominating them, which we should if we are better. Rest of Africa has been beastly to Nigerians as far as I can see online, and in person just observing, and I’m extremely resentful. The latest anti-Nigerianism is Cameroonians being told not to buy Nigerian music and yet Nigerians were mad about Manu Dibango Soul Makossa and bought his music and praised him tirelessly. |

thebosstrevor1:Even at 3 million? And Nigeria as an oil producing nation could probably source some at reduced price. Besides, just imagine how neat three oil rigs with blocks of flats in place of steel girders would look at night, especially with some of the steel frames, pipes and railings festooned with light. Besides this it would provide the Makoko people with space, clean environment and revenue from the tourists it would draw. ![]() https://thumbs.dreamstime.com/z/large-offshore-oil-rig-drilling-platform-night-twilight-background-31118332.jpg https://media.al.com/live/photo/9010652-large.jpg https://images.adsttc.com/media/images/5560/036e/e58e/ce19/1b00/020b/slideshow/A0_Section_LR2.jpg?1432355519 |
