Mandela27:Ivorian mentality you mean. Leave Africa out of this. |
ClearFlair:Buhari didn't give up to Gay, leading to Bandits. It's Tinabu's turn. ![]() |
Doing as may be done in the West without electronic tags as would be done in the West is as stupid as Africa. |
I'm not a fan of Africa and definitely not a fan of Africa integration and chumleyness . Nigerians should remain in Nigeria or travel overseas, if desired, not to other Africa nations. Africa isn't ready for Nigeria and Actually, scratch that last, Nigeria is socially mature enough to tolerate and handle foreign Africans. They are just not ready for us Nigerians.. Domestically, the Nigeria state is too lax and her citizens too free. Mature western nations, for instance, restrict the ability of certain members of society traveling abroad. The different parts of their society that link to creat a functional whole is so tightly woven, movement and actions of all citizens are nearly known. I could even make the argument that many Western nations allow crime to take place in order to feed the economic philosophy of state, capitalism. The Nigeria state isn't as fully in control of her citizens. |
Enskynelson:Thanks for the link. However a quick glance at it - I may have missed something - mentioned no Army personnel. Inspector General of Police, IGP Olukayode Egbetokun is not an army spokesperson. People shouldn't accuse the army of misleading statements when no one (officially) from the army - currently - made any statements. Police should be held responsible for the public statement it seems. |
At this point, if only a giant could sweep everything on top of Nigeria into the ocean, then reintroduce Dangote, Lagos, Abaleki, Umahi, Wike, Fashola, Allen Onyema, Falconets, Tobi Amusan, Nigeria Army and a few others I can't recall now..... Some vloggers.... |
Justbehave:What Army spokesperson stated this? For example, Capt AI Deep Fakeolabandji etc, what's his or her name? Or link, please. |
JASONjnr:Observant. Nationalists need to watch him closely. |
Fantastic, hope their plans turn out even better than they believed. |
Humanity and land! The world should learn from Nigeria. We don't give a Bleep about land. We dash Cameroon Bakasi. Our borders are flung wide open. |
What does criminal tracking equipment look like ? I'm reminded of grandpa type tok |
I didn't see or read the article on Nigeria Army claiming they rescued the girls. So, can I ask, what Army spokesperson came out officially and announced that Nigeria soldiers were responsible for rescuing these girls? What's his name and rank? |
Past Eagles reputation, and the popularity of Nigeria worldwide (whether due to infamy or fame) mean teams raise their game when playing Nigeria. Our players need to accept that they are always going to work for victory. |
Nigerians won't criticise this guy; yet, shielded by the walls of some building, in thire capacity as employers examining the certificates of prospective employees, they'd be raising eyebrows at one out of the following origin institutes: University of London versus University of Lagos versus University of Nsuka versus Kampala University of Uganda! Hypocrites! |
"The attack was successfully repelled with the terrorists withdrawing in disarray while evacuating their dead and wounded. An old adage Nigeria Army need refamiliarise goes, " he who fights and runs away shall live to fight another day'. RIP Dear soldiers. |
Measle:Jappaland is the very epitome and epicenter of Clamping Down. |
Mayeldah:Supposing those names are released and they are Igbo, did you consider this possibility ? If they release the names and they are Igbo, you might then tell yourself that the name withholding in the first instance was a trap set specifically to illicit a call for name realise due to a sense of unfairness, which would then lead to a sort of great names release expectations so that when the names are released and they are Igbo it would lead to laughter and the greater humiliation of those that had hitherto been calling for name release. See how complicated things get if you're fully emotion led? |
Mandate1:Rehabilitating is no deterrent. |
He does not look like a Nigerian nor is he comported like a Nigerian. He instead gives the impression of any of the uncountable, interchangeable and uncouth youths birthted by the circumstances of dysfunctional Africa - somewhere. |
Indeed, Barbarians and Yahoos. The lowest forms thunder in shrieking heads over the input fields of Nairaland wielding mobile phones now not clubs. ....I refer to all forms of Africans and otherwise, not specific tribes or ethnic groups.... |
Kidnaping is possibly lesser in Lagos or non-existent due to the proximity of individuals to eachother, it's face to face nature, effectively acting like a biological CCTV system. Even if you managed to secure victims unseen, you'll need to move them. You can't move far in a congested, eye-full place like lagos - hostages in tow - without being spotted, your final destination known. |
I still maintain that CCTV network implementation is best. The writer mentions "low fruits"; well, you'll be hard-pressed finding a more effective lower hanging fruit than CCTV systems with associated ecosystem. CCTV and Monitoring centers are bog standard basic although expensive. kidnaping organisations will simply abandon high level banking if pushed. A system that tracks movement live, kidnapers will find difficult to evade. |
Actual Facts : Nigeria is relatively rich in comparison to majority of West Africa nations' relatively dirt poor status. Opposition Politics Facts: Every Country in the World is Rich, Nigeria is dirt poor. Effects: Due to the overwhelming power of Opposition Politics propaganda, majority of Nigerians are diverted from possibilities such as Nigeria's relative wealth in West Africa, attracting the poor and wretched people of West Africa nations to Nigeria through the open and unprotected borders. When some of the more desperate as well as some of the more undesirable eliminates among these people inevitably rob, kill, rape and kidnap Nigerians, Nigerians lay the blame for this on eachother informed by the type of propaganda forwarded by Opposition Politics that I sighted above. Due to the practices adopted by Nigeria's Opposition Politics culture, Nigerians are never fully and accurately informed. This causes Nigerians to react wrongly, demand wrongly and deal with pertinent issues wrongly. |
You are truly wise but sometimes people need to go and experience things for themselves. I encourage the OP to relocate to another African country, that's the only time his orientation about Nigeria will change, good luck OPYou saved me writing. Let him and others travel to other African countries and learn for themselves. Eventually, he/she will find out why Nigerians abroad tend to be the ones that praise and love Nigeria more than those like him in Nigeria. Oops, I guess I ended up writing afterall ![]() |
A city like Abuja isn't too large for absolute movement watch following investment on monitoring equipments and a control HQ, let alone focused watching only in certain areas like Bowari. Instead of wasted energy and finances on manpower, patrols, emergency searches etc, Monitoring HQ personnel could simply sit back monitoring and identifying were undeterred kidnapers are headed so that police or military can later plan for and raid the place. |
I will be supporting and praying for a Cameroon victory because of the Youtuba Ajim Maczy. |
One seem to be a Nigerian. Another, may be a Nigerian, the other two aren't Nigerians. For instance, Tunkara is of Gambia , Sierra Leone, Ghana origin. |
Magnus105:I expect as a "Nigerian" obviously critical of bad intentions, you have good intentions. Why do you label yourself a female dog? ![]() |
Though still racists, the oriental peoples - Japanese, Chinese, Thais, Filipinos are best fit for black people. Congrats to them and best wishes for a long and fulfilling union. |
Nigeria is a great lesson to the world. If, as Nigeria and Nigerians seem to do, world Governments consider that people inhabiting national border areas naturally share some form of cultural and blood affiliation, wars will end. For when extrapolated to it's natural conclusion, we (the entire world) are all brothers. If you're in doubt, try the exercise of drawing imaginary borders anyway in the world, that manages to ensure that peoples - even for many miles, both sides of your demarcating lines - don't share ties. |
Botragelad:They need to take lessons from Nigeria. After the Iran attack, Pakistanis in the border region should have warned central governments that Iranians are thire brothers, that borders are arbitrary, they all have historic ties. An Attack on Iran is attack on the relevant related peoples of Pakistan. If the world took lessons from Nigeria there'd be no wars since firstly, borders would be meaningless, state boundaries sneered at. Secondly, the peoples that live in areas where national borders are delineated, the world all over, share some form of related ties. Central governments should - like Nigeria does- priorities the sentiments of such people over the overall national interest. In this way wars will be averted. The world would need fear only bandits and terrorists. |
