robosky02: So many guys date a girl and break up too soon because they don’t know when the lady has taken it from the friend zone to the “real zone” and thus still act casual until she walks away. And for some they don’t even know the signs that show she has surrendered to them. Because so many guys still ask how do I know she truly loves me?
Thus in this piece I will be writing about the green light to tell, when you are in a serious relationship. And should stop joking.
Note: green light simply means the signals that say you can go ahead she ready. Hmmmm if the gal b d jealous type, no b green light she go display ooops, Na RED light, very dangerous type of loving b DAT. www.dollarvista.comwww.jobtips247.info |

henryanna36: I came across this on Facebook, a Nigerian madam came in a jeep and made the house help fan her until she finished fixing her nails.I cried my eyes out, the heart of a man is very wicked!
According to the person who shared the photos, she said the house help looked unkempt to her.Read her account below....
'I witnessed this modern day slavery today at a nail salon. This woman who arrived in a jeep came with this girl who looked rather unkempt and had her fan her for over 2 hours.
I watched helplessly and prayed for life to be able to add value for my children.
If she can use her as a mobile fan for over 2 hours in public you can then imagine what she uses her for behind closed doors.
No help for this children as we watch them being abused.
No school.
Still hurt by this.
Sad'.

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: 6 Killer Questions To Ask At Your Next Interview by macho44(m): 6:59pm On Nov 23, 2015 |
[quote author=danieloy4 post=40328710]Did you know there are really only 15 variations of question you can get asked in an interview? So create some basic STAR examples and talk around them. Research a company, figure out why you want to work there, have some facts and figures on hand to drop in at will and voilá you’re well on your way to an excellent interview experience and then…well then comes the awkward moment… That moment right before the end of an interview where they ask “have you got any questions for us?” Or worse they just let the silence linger, whilst you rack your brains for something that makes you sound interesting and informed... In that moment, ask them this question: 1) Why has this position become available? Bet they weren’t expecting that one! But you can discern so much about the company culture and expectations from it. Did someone leave or is it a completely new post they’ve just created? If someone’s moved on up in the company you know things look good for your career prospects; if someone left then ask why diplomatically (Question 2 may help you with this) . If it’s a completely new role, you know you’re going to be expected to hit the ground running from day 1 so you can follow up with a question around support and/or autonomy in role – how much are you going to be able to shape the role into what you want it to be & how much guidance/line manager support can you expect vs what you require? You’re there because you want a role but interviews are a two-way street so you need to know what you’re going into: 2)What challenges are the team currently facing and how do you see the person in this role helping to change that? If they give you a lot of fluffy statements, truth is they probably don’t know what the problem really is or how to solve it. If they’ve got an idea about what the problem is but don’t know how to solve it, you can have a think about it on the way home and then when you send a “thanks for the interview” email you can add a paragraph about what you’d do in the role to solve the problem. Even if you can’t, it shows initiative. If they know what the problem is and have some ideas of how to fix it – you can spend your first weeks in role researching it, asking colleagues some questions about it, asking their advice and working out the right way forward. Basically you’re going to go in there with more than a “where are the fire-exits and toilets?” mentality, which means you’ll probably get a lot more done. 3)What would you consider the top priorities for this role? This is a variation on the one above but now you’re learning what the hiring manager expects you to achieve early on and a sense of their management style. If they can’t give you a specific answer to this, they probably haven’t thought about what the role will really entail - you have to question how seriously they will take your professional development. In terms of management style you can work out if they’re a guiding kind of manager – they’ve got a sense of the priorities but want to see what you think; a manager that just wants you to put what they want into practice; or someone who really doesn’t know. You then have to work out if you could work for someone like that – do you like autonomy to shape a role; do you like a certain amount of guidance but want to figure it out or are you the kind of person who just likes putting other people’s ideas into practice? All have a valid place in the corporate world. 4)What does success look like in this role? This is another way of asking about managerial style, shows you’re eager to get started & looking to be successful. You’ll get a sense of what key performance indicators look like so you can think about how you would spend your first months in role. A variation of this question is “How will you measure performance in this role? Follow up questions include “is there a good feedback culture here?” (e.g. you may only have one performance review per year but you’ll find out informally through feedback how you’re doing) You don’t want to wait to mid-year to find out if you’re doing well or not or if they think you could be doing better! 5) Do you think I would fit well within the team? You’re really asking them to visualise you as part of the team. Great follow up questions are “Could you tell me more about the people I’ll be working with?” From this, you may get an understanding of the types of personalities you’ll be dealing with and then you can see if you can work with them & create a rapport. Think how you might do this with people you may never meet face to face but speak to everyday if it’s an international or cross-functional role. If you do get the job you’ve also got the classic ice-breaker “HM said you were brilliant at/liked/did xx could you show me how to yy?” Just make sure whatever HM said was positive. 6)What is the question you want to ask me but you haven’t yet? This one is the clincher – it means you can address any further concerns they have about your application there and then. If they haven’t got any further questions, you’re probably in with a good chance of getting the job. To your Success... cashcity: I met a lady in my neighbourhood about 3 years ago in a friend's birthday party. We exchanged contacts and started talking as good friends. With time I started developing feelings and decided to ask her if we can move the friendship to next level.
She said no that I am not her type for relationship, that we are better off as friends that we were. She said that there are so many qualities of a man of her dream in which I am no where near.. Mehn, that statement hurts me so baaaaad. Then, I just concluded my NYSC and she was just in her 3rd year in university. Gradually we stopped contacting each other.
Few months later, I secured employment in one construction company as a site engr. Withing a year, God started blessing me with personal contracts to the extent that I was forced to resign in the company to manage my contract works....I visit my parents in the neighbourhood as usual but never see anything that resemble her all those while. One day a lady shout out my name when I was trying to navigate a T-junction in my street with my newly purchased 2012 Toyota tundra. I struggled to recognise her cos it has been long and women changes so fast. After little discussions, we exchanged contact again. Now my phone can no longer rest because of her constant calls.. She is even forcing me to fix a date for her to visit. This is a lady that allegedly insults hell out of me when I was poor. Again, how did I suddenly become her type now when my stature and look still remain the same.. Pls advice me pals. Should I take her as girlfriend or move on with my life? Nwanne! As I entered her office, my phone rang so I decided to take the call. The call was a bit long so she decided to get the file for me from one of the file cabinets. As she bent for the bottom drawer her skirt tore terribly exposing her panties. The phone almost dropped from my hand. I tried to hurry out of the office but she called me back to help her go across the street to stitch it. I was almost frozen. Ever since then she has been disturbing me to sleep with her.
She said she gave me the job because she love me. I just got married and don't want to cheat. Yesterday, she called me and and dropped the bombshell " if you don't sleep with me I will fire you". What do I do? I don't want to lose that job. I am considering reporting her to my general manager but I am afraid of the consequence. Since u no fit cheat on ur wife, a beg cheat on ur Boss. |

Politics › Aftermath Of The Paris Terrorist Attacks by macho44(op): 10:26am On Nov 15, 2015 |
With reference to the recent Terrorist attacks witnessed in Paris, France. The social media networks have been trending with all sorts of propaganda ranging from "Changing" ur profile photo to the French national flag to show support to the French populace and surprisingly a good percentage of social media sites users have wholeheartedly embraced this clarion call. Now my question is this; Why is it that each time any of the western powers get hit by a catastrophic event, the undue media hype and excessive coverage given to it over shadows every other thing! We get bombed on weekly nay even daily basis here in Africa as well as having other forms of bloodshed n carnage unleashed upon us in our continent yet nobody for once was thoughtful enough to come up with the concept of changing Facebook DP's to the national colours of affected African nations. Enough of all this Western Imperialism. Africans Wake Up. N.B: I'm using this medium to appeal to whoever was responsible for the Paris attacks, Violence does not pay. Stop the bloodshed. Celebrities › Re: Naeto C - I Had To Stop Sagging Because It Felt silly & Immature by macho44(m): 9:45am On Nov 15, 2015 |
bumi10: Nigerian rap artiste, Naeto C, popularly nick-named ‘White Kaftan’, has revealed how he felt when his song, ‘Tony Montana’ was banned, and said he stopped ‘sagging’ when he ‘grew up’. Speaking recently with Punch, the ‘Ringtone’ crooner said he didn’t see any sense in the ban because they had to wait for three years before placing the ban. According to him, ‘the board was late.’
It will be recalled that the Nigeria Broadcasting Commission, NBC, earlier this year, placed a ban on his music video, ‘Tony Montana.’ Naeto said, “I felt the board was very late in banning the song because I released that song in 2012 and it was banned in 2015.
“Also, in the video, there was a disclaimer that no one should try the stunts we did in the video and if they had seen the music video, they would have seen the disclaimer. If they are going to ban the music video because we used guns in it, then they should ban movies with guns and occult scenes,” the singer added.
“However, that is our reality,” he continued, saying, “I don’t think we communicated anything in a distasteful manner neither did we communicate the wrong message to kids. I have two kids and naturally when you have kids, you think about other kids in whatever you do.
“I respect the organisation and I would not talk down on it but I don’t think there was any sense in it; it was not necessary to ban the video,” he noted. Responding to why he stopped ‘sagging’, he said, “Yeah, I used to sag a lot. I think I grew up and realised it looked stupid.
“When I was a younger artiste, I did not care much about my image. But now that I am grown, I pay attention to my image because the people I perform for are my clients. “My client is a mature person who obviously can afford my services. You don’t want your client to see you as irresponsible because tomorrow, when you go to the same client for a business proposition, he would not take you seriously if you are sagging.

No matter what you decide to call it, kissing is something we all enjoy and is one of the best parts of falling in love. Kissing can make you feel desired and special faster than anything else in the world. There are different kinds of kisses and the way a person kisses you can let you know the kind of feelings the kisser has for you. Experts even believe that kissing can determine your relationships fate. Scientists say that couples that are good at smooching have healthier relationships. Kissing can tell you many things about your relationship if you just pay attention. The lips are our bodies’ most exposed erogenous zone. Our lips are filled with nerve endings and even the lightest touch can make us feel wonderful. Career › Re: Feeling Used And Dumped! by macho44(m): 6:50pm On Nov 13, 2015 |
ujuvals: I dont know if this is the best platform to express myself but i just want to cry out as there is power in the social media. I am a young girl of 27 years. I live with my dad in lagos, lost my mum 10 years ago and have been sustaining the family for a while now as my dad's business collapsed due to some circumstances. I am a graduate and very hardworking, i have worked in few places in the past but i want to say i haven't been lucky.
I worked with a transport company in ikeja as at feburary and after working for 3months we were asked to stop with no pay on the note that the company was collapsing and they had no money to pay staffers. It was so painful because i live at iyanoba and have to go through a whole lot of stress and pay up to 700 a day for transport to be at work despite we worked weekends. I felt so used but prayed to God to take control and judge them.
I got another job in september at ikeja i didn't want to take it because i had my fears about salary issue after my past experience but looking at the situation at home where they depended on me for survival i had to let go of my instincts and take the job. It was very stressful, the distance, the constant work on the system and sometimes starving just to be able to save up for transport. Despite the distance i always got to the office by 7:30am to resume 8:00am so you can imagine when i leave my house.
When it got to pay time, i was told my boss travelled and there was no talk on salary till after a long while. i also want to add that on one of those occasions i was going to work i was robbed and my phones taken from me, it was so painful but then its part of life. My female boss eventually took pity on me and paid me for September, i told her i would like to stop but she encouraged me to continue with the impression that i was just tested on my patience. I continued work and now halfway into this month of November i am yet to be paid for October.
The worst part is my boss has refused to show up at work, he avoids calls and sends no message. I eventually got across to him with a strange number and when he picked he said he has a lot of issues his going through but i can stop coming to work; just like that. I asked him for my pay and he said no money at the moment i should stop.
I really feel bitter as i have no one to fight for me and worse is i have debts i incurred in the process of going to work. How do i offset them and start again when am practically cashless. My monthly pay is 40,000 and it can't be too difficult for a man his caliber to pay but i feel he just wants to cheat me knowing there is nothing i can do.
Please nairalanders what do i do? i feel so bad, i don't even know what next to do as am so confused.
Why are the employers taking advantage of the jobless graduates and using them? How bad can it be for someone not working and then after working you get tossed in the bin? I want God to intervene but i need help. Please pardon any grammatical blunders and errors, as i am not in the right frame of mind.

DAVIYJONESS: My name is daviyjones, you already know that but what you might not know is the top 7 list why nigerian BF don't marry their GF. Don't forget I'm the man of list.
1. He has enjoyed every part of you : Nobody likes to eat rice all the time or beans, consumers always change taste in this case guys are the consumers. He has been straffing you for months and years same pussy, same boobs. The guy got to change taste.
all you bring is your problem or family's for discussion : Most girls do this, when they start a topic it must be about something the guy has to do for me,mostly financial problems. Sooner or later the guy will run away from liability. As if is only girls that have problem in this world.
you have collected the BRIDE PRICE already. : the money some guys spend on GF is enough to pay her bride price for 20 consecutive years, iphone6 price can even build a mansion in her village.
when you keep male friends like movie collection : There is probability that out of every 6 male friends a girl keeps, there is a Side-guy or BF amongst them.
when he discovers how promiscous you use to be : you use to be runs girl, olosho, slut and suddenly change when you see him as special guy, trust me when he finds out about your dirty pass he will never let go and will dump you .
when he discovers he is not the true landlord of the honney-pot; Guys always have ears around their GF even side-chick.whenever he heard you have a main guy from family and friends. He won't dump you but turn you to sex slave and wil never marry you.
if you are beautiful but dumb : average looking girls are more intelligent ( prove me wrong). Men love beautiful girls with brains. Funny you can't have them all. Because beautiful ladies are overwhelmed by their beauty and proposals they get from admirers which make them spend more time on their body than brain.

Romance › Re: He Is Engaged But Still Stalking Me...??? by macho44(m): 11:34am On Nov 12, 2015 |
Bbsharon: Hello Nairalanders,
Am kind of new here and I decided to share this to learn from all, be it just sharing your own view or experience if you have had any or just advising base on what you know too.
Three years ago I met a guy, handsome, working class, well educated. He was 27 years then and I was 19 years and not yet in higher institution, he told me he loves me and he wanted a relationship with me of which after some time too I started developing interest in him too and so the relationship kicked off after few months.
He was my kind of guy tall, dark and handsome, Godfearing, intelligent and also from my state. We were happy together until I started feeling insecure because he never introduced me to neither of his parent nor friends nor any relative at all, while I was busy flaunting the relationship and he won't agree to come visit me at my place too, i kept telling my siblings my bf is not in town, he said because his last relationship he did that and the outcome wasn't good because the girl later broke up with him and he was heartbroken so was being careful.
I tried believing at first but with time I couldn't trust myself to feel he is not hiding some things from me, so i confronted him and told him at least ur best friend and am okay with it and I asked him questions like is it cos am not yet in school? besides as at that time have written jamb and was waiting for the admission list to be out.
He told me he loved beyond all that but still no one can hear about our relationship...at that moment I knew something was wrong and my insecurity wont let me trust him again so I decided to end the relationship there.
It was painful to me at the time but I tell you it was one of the best decisions I made...and to my surprise he didn't come begging back like I read in romance books and that hurts the more but that made me forget about him faster than I wanted and I moved on.
Fastforward to 2 years later this same guy started stalking me everywhere telling me how he loves me so much and that he is serious that he wants me to marry him, promising heaven and earth.
At this time have moved on and I was already in school, well I told him I was no longer interested and I dont love him again, he left me for some time and then started stalking me back this year again.
So when I was home for holiday I decided to see him and then he told me how he is now engaged to a lady he just met this year too and they have done their introduction but he doesn't love her and he still loves me and if I say yes to him he will call of the wedding and marry me.
It was strange to see that same guy that was always bossy around me begging me but I just told him I wont be the cause of another woman's sorrow by him breaking up with his fiancee.
Now he is ready to introduce me to even his ancestors, and treat me like a lady but unfortunately I stopped loving him long time ago.
Now he stalks me everywhere and am fed up already.
so ladies have you been in this kind of situation before and guys too? what's your best advice on this?
